We had the most wonderful vacation in years! The hotel is spotless and well-organized, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided every day

We did use it one day and as the resort was shut there was only one other family there, only downside was we couldn’t use the shop as it had closed down for the season but the main rd is very close

The beach resort is lovely, clean and the rooms are clean and can be cleaned daily. The food is lovely but it’s the same things every night with a very small variation so does get a bit boring by day 5-6

The food was excellent – delicious, varied, and plentiful. Even though the hotel had many guests, the restaurant never felt crowded and the service from the waiters was consistently high-quality

Pools are very cold apart from one which is heated. Beach is on the doorstep but you have to pay for the beds and drinks. If you’re a white wine drinker, find something else, it’s not nice

We were worried as we booked there for the water park but on jet 2 looking into it they were keeping the park open with the rest of the resort shutting

The bottle of wine offered in the room, and the complimentary welcome cocktail drinks.

My husband and I stayed at the Minoa Palace for a portion of our honeymoon with the half board package and we greatly enjoyed the experience. Their location was great and transportation to Chania was easily accessible

Was fresh every morning and had a very large variety of hot and cold dishes and sweets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful property

The half board includes breakfast and dinner in which the food was excellent. We choose this option so that we could venture out during the day and explore other places for lunch

There is a glorious beach just down the road, 20 minutes walk. Bus to Chania can be picked up at bottom of road and 20 minutes you are in the old town (2 euro). I would recommend this hotel, it's good and honest

Some improvements have been made to the restaurant since we were last here, which made the experience even nicer. The hotel has 3 pools which for a small hotel (165 rooms) makes getting a sunbed never a problem

One of the pools has entertainment in with Madina, Bato, Danja and Addy making sure you have fun. Great water dance programme with Addy and a big shout out to Madina for our morning stretch and yoga sessions

The always cheerful, accommodating, and dedicated staff undoubtedly contributes to the overall high rating of this stay. Furthermore, we appreciate the overall cleanliness of the entire facility

Everything was great, especially Radek as an entertainer. Great food, activities and location, very helpful staff. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Would definitely recommend

This was our fifth visit to Althea Village hotel and once again it did not disappoint. Year on year Stavros the hotel manager and his team welcome us to the hotel as if we are family

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo

We spent half of our honeymoon here we were welcomed with beautiful gifts and friendliness, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean

The cleaning team are amazing, not just the rooms but the hotel and grounds are all immaculately kept. Great service at the pool bar and the guys that bring your drink direct to your sunbed if requested

This was the second time we've stayed at the Thalassa and we were so pleased we did. Fantastic hotel , lovely staff , great room and a good size balcony with a pull out clothes drier

The sunbeds on the grassy area by the pool were very much in demand every day, but we preferred the beach anyway (coarse sand and rocky when you go into the sea so take beach shoes!) Everywhere was very clean and tidy, a well-looked after hotel

All the staff are very welcoming and attentive; a special mention goes to Klapsas the cat for keeping us entertained at breakfast! Bar area and Ouzaki beach restaurant are lovely to have lunch in, the bar has a nice vibe in the evening

We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. This was a great way to spend a windy day

Back for a 2nd year and it didn’t disappoint. We stayed in one of the sea view rooms again (#500 row) which gives you a view of the pool, sea and bar, and even though the hotel is quite compact it isn’t noisy

Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The room were big enough and the bed was very comfortable

Martin from the animation/entertainment team was great! We all really enjoyed the daily darts game! Theodora (training captain) in the buffet restaurant was amazing, my 10 month old daughter absolutely loved her

Even outside the resort the local businesses were so friendly and not pushy for sales, in fact they gave us free drinks and gifts for our children! Can not recommend this resort and the area enough!

Just returned from a week at this fabulous hotel. This hotel is amazing the bed one of the comfiest i've ever slept in. The attention to details is second to none and i would 100 percent stay there again

Nice room/suite and facilities, clean, peaceful environment and top tier service from the lovely staff! The room was very well equiped, good comfortable bed, great air condition, bathroom supplies including razors and other useful items

Welcome drink on arrival and a voucher for a free drink at the bar also. Pool area is relaxed and there are loungers on beach and round the pool so best of both options. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Also a ironing board and iron so one could get wrinkels out of the shirts. Breakfast was superb and a good variety to choose from, all with an magnificent seaview and friendly considerate staff

Excellent food in the restaurant, a lot of dietary dishes for children, a variety of the diet were changed every day. Two nice pools with sea views. All the amenities in a walking distance. Will definitely go here again!

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water

The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

Top Hotel with Nice service and every rooms have 3 balconys. Great when you dont want to live in a big tourist complex.

Clean and brilliant location for apartments. Well stocked for breakfast / lunch at home. Two mins to supermarket shops bars restaurants and same to beach. Lovely pool for afternoons if sea too rough

The beach is at the end of the path, 50 meters away and the cozy center with shops, bars and restaurants around the corner. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend this accommodation!

We have enjoyed our stay at Kallitsakis Beach Hotel. Great apartment with its own bedroom. A quiet hotel located right by the city center and right by the beach

The beds are wonderful, the cleaning is great and all employees are very friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet, clean and equipped with sunbeds with parasols

Only minor critics m there is only air con in one room cue whingeing from kids about how hot it was in there room

The location is great, you have a walking distance to everything you need (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops) Big and nice rooms with great balconys, the room had everything you need and were always very clean! I have a 1-year old and they put a very good bed/crib for my son in the room

The food and drinks in the bar was really good, especially the food (The beef stifado was 5/5!) There is nothing to complain about, I will definitly go back here and I already miss the staff and the hotel❤️ Thank you for this amazing week!

Me and a group of 17 people (5 kids) stayed here for a week. The staff and the family that owns this hotel were so friendly and so kind! We felt so welcome and at home

Really good food. The best I have tasted in Greece so far. They use mostly fresh ingriedients. If you are staying here you should try out the restaurant.

it was VERY hot in the room, but AC is available at 7. 5Euro extra cost pr day, we did that, and it was a life saver,
