We visited the hotel to spend the day with a day pass, that gave us the opportunity to enjoy 3 magnificent main meals at the buffet restaurant. Very welcoming owner and hotel at all. It’s situated in the centre of Agia Marina. In 5 minutes bakery with ice cream and coffee, beach, shops, bars, bus station to Chania There is also amazing bar in the hotel and relax zone. Highly recommend to stay in this place.

The hotel located in the very nice area, the beach is just across the street and there are a lot of great restaurants around. The owner is very kind and gave us a helpful advice regarding the area and places to see during our day. I would recommend this place to anyone, looking for peaceful vacation in Greece.

We have been in Oscar Suites for a week. The location is super nice and the apartments are also very good. It's nice they have two pools and a fitness. The employees are very very nice and helpful. I really recommend Oscar Suites to everyone.

Fantastic staff. Very child friendly and caring. They give you personal service and remember your issues and requests. The rooms maybe a but outdated but that is in no way an issue when you consider free parking, free air conditioning, decent breakfast and a wonderful service. Definitely choose these folks

A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. Wonderful, in every way! Close to the beach, Clean sandy beach and sea. The pool area is also nice and clean. Fits for couples and families, for anyone actually. The staff in this hotel were so lovely and friendly - after moving to this hotel after a bad experience at our previous hotel, they did an amazing job at making sure we had a special stay. The Junior Suite room is very big and cosy and the restaurant offered lots of great options for food. The pool bar is also a nice place to hang out in the evenings.

Everething is good, just a few small cons: weird shower (water goes to the room), every day almost the same meals. The beach is 50m away, but it's not the best, it's better to go around 1km to the east to find beach with normal sand. If you have all inclusive option, you will get only the cheapest drinks in the bar.

Very nice hotel, pretty much everything in it is brand new. The food is tasty, a good mix of local and continental cuisine. What's most important though is the service - a group of the most kind people on the planet. Especially the bartenders! I will have some of the most beautiful memories to keep from this place.

The hotel facilities and location are great but what really sets this place apart is the hospitality skills and attitude of the staff there. Great hotel with a superb sandy beach in the backyard. A lot of aquatic activities to do. The best part for us is to paddle board all the way to the small island in the background! We had a free room upgrade, which was a such good surprise! Will definitely stay there again if visiting Crete again!

Amazing hotel with brand new facilities and nice pool/beach area. Breakfast was good as well. Stuff is friendly, helpful and very good at following social distancing and Covid preventing procedures. One thing to note that sun beds cost 10EUR per day (2 sun beds) but this includes water, other refreshments (we’ve got watermelon juice) and some cold towels to refresh in a heat. Absolutely lovely hotel! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, tasty breakfast, lovely view from the restaurant. Rooms aren’t the most modern, but everything was working, including air conditioning. Swimming pool is nice, with tasty cocktails from the bar. The only downside I can think of is that there is a bit of a climb to get there.

Beautiful place and good staff. Only downside for me as i have mobilty issues was its up on a steep hill so getting down and up from main road/beach was a little difficult. However they do have a lift to to the lowest part of the hotel so its only a few steps up/down. The complex has several buildings with a few rooms each, so you don't feel crowded. The sea view rooms are right on the beach, those on the ground floor don't even need to use the door to get to. The extremely nice staff, Claudia and Eleni from the Beach bar, Maria from the reception and those from the kitchen, I apologize for not remembering the name of the lady (Stavra?) who was particularly attentive...

I have been traveling all my life, but I must say that I found one of the nicest places so far. The hotel is just perfect. Very clean, excellent food, fantastic service(Eleni in the pool bar:-) and could not ask for better location, far away from the crowds but also so close to the "action places". You got to talk to managers and even the executive chef is around during dinners to talk to the guests...

Great hotel. The food could be a bit better but it's buffet so understandable. Great staff, super helpful, especially the lady running the pool bar. Room was modern and clean. The beach is a mix of stones and sand. People giving the hotel a bad review because of the beach are a bit ridiculous.

This is a great hotel... Still currently here, the manager Stavros is a great guy along with all his staff. Even being from Scotland we are treated no different no matter what other reviews say. We will be booking for next year also.

The rooms are very big clean and beautifully decorated. The view is so beautiful to the mountains and to the sea.. The stuff is so friendly and good with the customers. The stuff team is very friendly leaving all the customers pleased. The food is very tasty and has a very big variety of choises leaving all the customers satisfied and happy. They have very big variety of food salads and sweets.

Best staff ever. Swimming pools and gardens really well kept. The cleaning staff did a great job. The all inclusive buffet had always new and fresh dishes. We wish we could stay longer!!!

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

We stayed in room 54 ( sea view) for 10 nights. The room was clean, renovated and beautifully decorated. The wifi (free of charge) is quick everywhere in the hotel. The food is ok, but a little bit boring, since the menu is repeatitive. It would be great if we could buy refreshments (coca cola etc) inside the hotel and if there was a massage spot by a professional. You should definitely add small bottles...

I had no expectations because already once in Greece the hotel was a disaster despite the higher price and good reviews. But the hotel exceeded expectations. Beautiful quiet hotel, not far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent food and cocktails. If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday, go there. Rooms new and always clean everywhere .
