This is a great and clean hotel complex. We didn't do the all inclusive although the breakfast buffett covered all bases. The swimming pools offer variety and the beach is fantastic to visit around 4pm/5pm when it is a little cooler. The staff who cleaned are room were amazing and very friendly.

What an amazing resort! We have been travelling around Europe for the past 7 weeks and this was our final stop. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. Great place to relax. Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA. Fantastic hotel, right next to the sandy beach. The dedicated sun beds on both the beach and by the pool were of high quality. The rooms were also nice, with small kitchens equipped with everything you need for making food. This was the second time we've stayed at the Thalassa and we were so pleased we did . Fantastic hotel , lovely staff , great room and a good size balcony with a pull out clothes drier. Our cruise ship was detoured here due to high winds and dangerous surf. We emailed the resort and asked for a day pass, which they offered to us. We rented a lovely day bed and towels and enjoyed the sun, bar, and restaurant service. The staff was all polite and professional. Our lunch of pork gyros was delicious. This was a great way to spend a windy day.

The best part of the hotel was it's view. We took a sea view room and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was courteous. Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. The service was great. They arranged a birthday celebration for our four year old girl and it was wonderful. The food was very tasty. The hotel was perfect. The location was so good. Only 5min to walk to the beach or to the nice restaurants. The staff was very frendly. Everything went good with them. In the hotel area was so many cutes cats. They were so friendly too and they were well taken care of. I could visit again anytime.

We enjoyed our stay here. The facility is spotless and has a very modern look. The breakfast fills you up and leaves you satisfied. The male bartender really knows his way around a gin drink! It was the perfect place to spend our holiday in Crete. Close to the beach, with two pools, great terace and delicious breakfast and food. We recommend the restaurant during the evening. The staff is wearing masks all the times, very careful with the clients. We loved everything and for sure we will come back.
