Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately no pool in this hotel but the beach is right next to the hotel. It is a nice hotel, not too big or too small. Our studio was comfortable and clean, we loved the kitchen and balcony but most of all the swiming pool. Lovely hotel. Christoff the owner couldn't do enough for us. He put on a BBQ in the evening for us. He even sorted out a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Hotel is spotless aswell. Can't wait to go back.

Our last day in this hotel. We have been here for 1 week after spending a month in Crete. Best hotel so far. Reception & Bar are super helpful and great people. We stayed in room 222 as a family of 4. Such a big split level apartment with 2 bathrooms. Underground parking, a short walk to the main road but super quiet. The hotel is perfect. Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The receptionists are great and can't help you enough. It is a 3 star and you get value for money. 2min to the beach, the room and bath was very clean. 20min to Chania. It is nice and quiet and there is more than one beach to go to - check them out, in particular the one near the chapel on the hill- 5min away. Very happy to recommend it.

Gorgeous hotel and rooms, pool was clean, seating was plentiful. Breakfast was tasty however hardly any variation. Staff were lovely, no issues with them. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes walking so this hotel is a good place to stay. Be prepared to pay 5 euro for air conditioning/

We enjoy the Malou Hotel and return with our family every year A fantastic hotel - with a homely feel. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. It is always clean and fresh both in the rooms and the other areas. The pool is probably one of the cleanest we have seen in Crete! Perfect location, close to several beaches. We highly recommend this hotel especially to families with children.

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Chania. Just a few kms / short drive to the main area of Chania. Our room was nice and clean. Slightly outdated. TV, small balcony, air con and small kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Hotel has a pool, we didn’t go in it as weather too cold but it looked nice. An excellent Greek restaurant around the corner (recommended by the hotel) and supermarkets close by...

Such a good quality food! We were really surprised. We ordered a few things from the menu and they were all good! The red wine in glass were amazing we tried them both. The food of this restaurant is super good ! Only Greek cuisine which prove the quality of the food, they don’t offer bad pizzas as many other restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff is really nice and considerate and the place is cozy, around the pool. I can only recommend this restaurant!
