Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

The breakfast was tasteless, and has a small selection of not-so good food. There is a teenage boy working here who’s yelling constantly, and staring at everybody the whole day by the breakfast and bar, which ruins the good vibes at breakfast and is really annoying. No do not disturb signs to put on the door, which means the poor washing lady has to knock on the door and disturb people living there...

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

Tourism is big business on Crete and the team running the Geraniotis have figured out how to make the most of it. The main Platanias village on a hill is a 15 minute walk and Chania is 30 minutes away on regular crowded buses (with a stop right outside). We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

The best part of the hotel was it's view. We took a sea view room and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was courteous. I have been staying in toxo several times and looking foward (hopefully) doing it again this coming summer 2025. Arrived very late and reception was closed but rang the phone number and manager arrived to show us to our room. Large apartment, 2 storey with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 3 balconies. 2 double beds and air con in each room including the lounge area. We stayed here a week with four Kids. So nice small hotel. Poolbar had good and quite good prizes. You could eat in the bar or in your room/balcony. Good location, quiet road on the side. My friend and I are two girls from Denmark, who spend 1 week in Agia Marina and stayed in Epimendis hotel. Our flat consisted of 1 bedroom, 1 dining room with a small kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 outside sitting areas. We enjoyed to make our own breakfast and there were plenty of shops nearby the hotel witch made it easy to get groceries. It is not a 5 stars hotel, but you get good value for the money...

This is my second stay at Christina Beach Hotel. Loved the apartment and pool, and the super convenient location on the beach with an onsite cafe and bar serving tasty food and cocktails. Very basic hotel with nice view to the beach and the sea. Elderly hotel keepers are nice. Hotel reception is in the taverna which is overpriced and food is nothing special. Personnel of the taverna are pretty weird and seems that they are drunk every day. Also they are smoking inside the restaurant and in the kitchen. The cocktail bar next door is ok and the personnel there is normal.

All of the rooms has really nice sea view from the balcony which is really nice. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. Location is perfect, only few meters to the beach and just 15 minute walk to the Chania Old Town. The room is really bold but it does the job.

Very comfortable rooms and a great location. We loved the old town vibe and having a superb breakfast, sitting outside, seeing Chania waking up. You get great value for a good price, no doubt. No parking at the hotel but we managed to park at the public square Talos. This has free spots and is only within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is in old town and easily accesible to any where. Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and everyday they are making room up. Breakfast in the morning has lots of kinds, I especially liked local olive so much. Rooftop pub has a nice view and prices are affordable. And most important one, everyone working at the hotel is friendly, sincere, polite and helpful.

We had a great stay at the El Greco hotel. We were fortunate to be upgraded from a balcony room to a suite which was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the bedding of excellent quality, the pillows, superb, and the shower fantastic. Breakfast was really good, and there was a lot of choice, all of good quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean and romantic hotel overlooking the old port of Chania. We stayed in room no 1 on the first floor which has a double iron bed and a large TV. From the bed you can see the lighthouse.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our rooftop deck. The breakfast was fresh and varied. A bit hard to access as you can not drive close to it but once you know where it is, loved the Old Town location.

Can’t thank Katrina enough for my luggage was lost by the airline and she went out of her way to help us when the airline was not being very helpful. The hotel was outstanding the only issue was that it is difficult to get to with luggage as there is no car access and no parking near the hotel. But everything else is outstanding

Room was comfortable enough for 2 days, but it smelled of urine. No matter how many times you flush, the urine smell permeates the entire room. You will hear loud music until about 4:00a in Oldtown. Aside from those two things the hotel was okay. Breakfast was good. Felt safe. Perfect location if you desire to be in Old Town.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is insanely central, everywhere in the city centre is within walking distance. We had a view of the old port which was incredible, and the room was clean and looked new and renovated. We stayed there one night whilst on a road trip but will be back for longer sometime soon. Gena one of the family owners is awesome and very welcoming, although we only had the one night it was like we'd known her for ages, highly recommended. The front of house staff where excellent always helpful with with anything I needed and the excursions they booked for me where amazing and informative. The driver was for these trips was really good, sorry can’t remember his name but he gave lots of information about places we were going past and was very helpful would highly recommend staying here and going on the excursions.
