Incredible amount of swimming pools. An amazing time for kids. Loads of really good slides. And play areas. It's an inclusive resort . So you get Free ice cream. A really good place to have lunch where they have a small burger stall If you don't fancy going to the buffet. Not the best cocktails at a resort I've had. Are they weren't bad.
The food is fine. Again, not as good as I had at other resorts but still very nice. A lot of selection.

It looks like they're building an extension to the dining area and more rooms.

Bedrooms were fine. Not very big but they did the job. You already slept in them really.

Kids activities were good. Kids disco was great at the end or night. The entertainment was hitting or miss.

Absolutely amused by how very professional the misuse was, I would most definitely recommend to anyone use this spa when and never would you regret doing so many thanks My appreciation goes to specialist Albora

We stopped here for 10 nights. Overall it was a great stay. The children really enjoyed exploring all pools. Some reviews say you don’t need to reserve but by the time we got up the beds were all taken so I would suggest going out to the pools earlier. The food wasn’t bad. It’s was you expect from an all inclusive holiday. Same with the drinks! I bought coke from the shop as there’s wasn’t the best! FYI I didn’t see nuggets once in my whole stay. The restaurant is absolutely crazy. It’s busy and LOUD and all the noise from the chairs is frustrating! They could do with putting pads on them to avoid all the squeaking. The thing that annoyed me the most was the BOWLS. There only ever seemed to be 10-15 out each time where there’s 100s of plates so I found myself asking for one or waiting for a restock. The hotel definitely needs more out available. Staff are friendly and polite. The splash park is really good, I’m not sure why it doesn’t open until 11am though. The bars are great and lovely sitting areas too. We went to afew of the entertainment nights. The Acrobats night was our favourite. Pizza, Gyros and Burgers were delicious! The only annoying thing is when people jump in instead of queuing like everyone else but this isn’t the hotels fault. We stopped in a family room which was big and clean. The fridge was stocked with different pop and 3 x water bottles. You can’t get anymore water for free and will have to pay however, I took stainless steel bottles with me and was able to fill these up from different places throughout the day. There’s boards with info on about the theme for tea, night entertainment etc. There are restrictions on the slides and the life guards are always on duty. A child did a poo in the pool which had to close the splash park for the whole day to clean the water (which shows how tidy the hotel is) annoyingly it was closed for the day but a good thing it was being clean properly. We flew with Jet2 and both times it was delayed. Our flight on the way back was delayed from 11:25pm to 12:50am. If we wanted a late check out this works of cost 130 Euros which is ridiculous. The late check out was until 6pm otherwise you need to leave the room at 11am. Hire towels were available and I also visited the spa which was great! Highly recommend. Would I return? Not likely as the area is far too quiet however the beach and little ***** is a 5 minute walk. We also had to lay 150 euros for our stay on top when we arrived.

I can honestly say this was my worst holiday ever. Negatives The room we had was nothing like was advertised it was more like a prison block facing into other guests balconys. There was zero privacy. There were also bare electric wires showing in the room and on the balcony. We spent our first day trying to get moved but were only offered worse bottom floor rooms right on the busy pool where live music plays till 11pm right outside the rooms and block we were in. This was not an option due to having a young child. We were then told to try again the next day after spending most of our first day trying to get moved but were advised it would be a similar location so we said forget it. The sewage smell is awful especially under the dining room. We thought the tennis was free as it usually is in hotels and was advertised as included but they wanted £5 per racquet and that wasn't a deposit it was the cost. Pool was 3 euros a go and the kids amusements were 2 euros. The Sauna and steam room were 30 euros each which is appalling when you are a guest. There was no football area for the kids which was advertised. No playpark for bigger kids just a small set up for little tots. Not enough sunbeds. Had to chase to get minibar refilled. You can't even walk on the beach as the sunbeds are all packed together clearly for maximum profit. Positives The waterslides are fantastic and lifeguards are a credit to the hotel. Bar and lounge areas are lovely. Food was good but no variety for little ones or suitable deserts. Cleaners are brilliant they done a great job in our room and block. Hotel is definitely not even a 4* never mind a 5*

The Aego Spa was great, very relaxing. Hotel was very clean, great food, beds super comfy. Entertainment good. Soft drinks not thr best, too much syrup. But all in all very good holiday, attentive staff

The room we were given on arrival, had a main bedroom with patio doors. This room had a double bed and a dressing table. No draws or wardrobe. The other room witch had a bathroom and door leading out to the entrance hall. This room had a medium size wardrobe and a small cupboard. There was nowhere for my daughter and granddaughter to hang their clothes anywhere and no draws for underwear, they had to leave their clothes in Their cases. We had an early flight that morning we had to get up at 2.30am so we were all tired. We went to bed at about 9.30 We were awoken at 1.30 am by a man at the top of the stairs shouting, he’d obviously had too much to drink. Himself and others were shouting and running up and down the stairs, scraping chairs along the room above ours. Eventually at about 3am it stopped. Then at 6.45 am the cleaners arrived (the cleaning cupboard was next to our door,) they were shouting to one another, dragging their buckets around and filling them with water. Luckily the person upstairs went home next day. It was then quiet for a couple of days then 3days later we were awoken at 1am buy a child screaming, I opened the door and saw a child in a pushchair with her coat on, she was in the doorway whilst people in the room were shouting. Next day I received a message from the hotel asking how many stars would you give the hotel, I said 3*, later that morning we received a note under our door asking us to come to reception to meet with the manager. All he could do was apologise and said he could try to find us another but the hotel was full, we said we only had 2 days left and it wasn’t worth packing and unpacking. He said on the first night you should of phoned reception but we didn’t know there was a phone in the main bedroom, and we didn’t want to wake my daughter and granddaughter up. The main bedroom had a door and when closed they didn’t hear anything. Those rooms should be for 2 adults and 2 children, not 3 adults. Also we told the manager about the cleaners but he obviously didn’t say anything to them as they were there every morning shouting and banging. The food at this hotel was not great, some of the meat was inedible, the best was the desserts. The drinks (especially the coca-cola )are poor we ended going down to the beach area a paying for our drinks. The all inclusive drinks finish at 12am but the bar stays open until 1 am, people told us that when they left the bar at 11.45 people were stocking up the drinks before the all inclusive finished. This is why you could hear people outside at night shouting and swearing after 1am. We have stayed in Crete in 5* Hotels and we have stayed in 4* hotels this is definitely is not a 5*. I know it has lots of slides for the children but thats all. We stayed in a water park last year in Corfu, it was a 4* and was so much better. The best thing about this hotel was sitting by the Poseidon bar, Maria the bartender was lovely, she worked so hard and kept the bar and

The most amazing massage I’ve ever had by the wonderful Lediana. She applied the perfect pressure and was calm throughout. I would 100% recommend

An honest review as a family of four travelling with grandparents. Pros: - Location, similar reviews say don’t bother with expensive taxis from reception, supermarkets and bars are a 10-12 minute walk max, follow signs for the beach from hotel then CENTER signs for the *****. - Staff were fantastic. For the most part. - Pizza and Gyros station really good. - Room was cleaned daily. - Entertainment geared more towards young children. - Baklava in the main restaurant doesn’t look that appealing but it tastes absolutely Devine, don’t let looks decive! - Coffee is really good. Cons: - I’m all about first impressions and on arrival the member of staff sorting our booking out seemed erratic, they were sorting our passports out, then went to do something unrelated to our booking, then started answering the phone then doing something else before returning to us whilst we tried to control two very excited young children, I am not kidding when I say our check in was prolonged by at least 20 minutes which was unnecessary had we been given full attention. - All inclusive soft drinks are local brands and not global, you must pay extra for branded drinks from supermarket. - The on-site supermarket is three times the price of local supermarkets on the *****. An example was we found these lovely banana biscuits at €4 but the supermarket on the ***** charged €1.40. The staff are lovely and gave our kids free toys at the supermarket onsite but it’s worth the 10 minute walk which we done a few times for confectionary. - The food quality in my opinion was suspect. Honestly it got better at the week went on, but the five out of seven days I found myself loading up on cake and sweets which made me feel sugar rushed. Kids really struggled as all meats are in sauce. - The queues. All inclusive should mean you rock up, get what you need and go. I found myself in 8-9 or even 10 people queue deep for ice creams, gyros or alcoholic drinks. This hotel is heavily over subscribed and even during main meals in the restraunt you are generally queuing for food. It’s not the 5 star all inclusive we are generally use to. And really surprised by the lack of facilities for the amount of guests staying. - Only one ice cream station that the freezer is open that much because demand is high, by the time you get your ice cream and walk back to your pool, it’s half melted. We compared this with a supermarket ice cream which made it back to the pool in tact, so concluded the demand was just too high for ice cream that the product didn’t get a chance to re freeze. Also by day 7 of our holiday, we had never tried the bubblegum ice cream as none left, and they had run out of strawberry, pistachio and cookies so over half of the selection was unavailable, I appreciate shortage may be outwith the hotels control, but contingency planning and alternative provision should have been made available when only 3 flavours available. (Chocolate, Banana and Vanilla) - if you have yo

Just came off a 1 week stay. The hotel is nice but obviously has its downsides.

The pools are a wide range of depths and areas virtually plastered all over. The waterslides are nice and the lifeguards are friends, the kiddie splash park is accommodating as well.

When it comes to cleanliness there was much to be desired. When we first entered there was sand in our bedsheets, on the fourth day I found a silverfish in the room resting on the wall which was definitely not nice and left me on edge throughout the rest of my stay in my room. Finally the towels were far too small to be of effective use.

The food. No qualms at all with the food, it is very acclimating with a wide variety of meats, pizzas, vegetables, fruits and deserts all on a whim with no expectation of a tip which is nice and allows you to relax easier.

The service, the service is immaculate from virtually everybody I spoke to. Some people I remembered are “nevilla” working on the bar she is lovely, the man who works in zorbas gyros with the bandanna he is lovely and the lifeguard working on thr waterslides. All staff are friendly and approachable often seeming to want to talk to the customers.

The location is virtually perfect, about 200M away from the beach. Around 1KM from the strip where there are great bars and food, multiple rental locations, I would recommend seeing the animal shelter around 1.5KM away from the hotel next to the aquarium. The location is very convenient.

If you’re ok with meh cleanliness I would recommend this place. Location is amazing as well.
