The review goes to the staff from the beach. Anyone can choose to use their sunbeds, for a fee of 5€, that's ok. However, we chose to stay on the beach near them, simply because the sunbeds are more comfortable. Anyway, it happened that I used their stairs to go back to my hotel, so I washed my feet at their side. I could understand that maybe that's not allowed, if I didn't stay on their sunbeds, but the guy there was so rude (seemed to be the waiter of their bar who is responsible for the beach), he even stopped the water and he didn't let me finish washing my feet. He told me I should better use the water at the beach I paid, which might be correct, but it can be said in a way more elegant manner. I would never use their services!!

Old hotel, but very clean thanks to the wonderful staff and owners. I've never experienced such caring staff in any hotel till now. The view from the hotel balcony is amazing, especially during the sunset.

Just went to the beach for a swim and some coffee. Worst and most expensive coffee i've met in Rethimno. Stuff was barely alive, unable to communicate and no intention to service the customer what so ever. We asked if possible for another coffee cause one of them was almost burnt and tasted like trash, the answer was: "you don't get another coffe cause you might not like it as well". Worst experience, try any other beach. I have no say for the hotel itself never stepped foot inside.

The two star hotel. Breakfast always the same and poor … the cleaning lady has the main voice and will scream at you if you do not clean your feet before you enter the hotel…
But, location is great, just across the beach that is wide and sandy… the see is open and can be wavy but clean.

We was under the ground. So bad smell in rooms , because there isn’t any windows. When you open the balcony door you see under the cars, because you are there… no sunlight, no fresh air. In the morning they wake up you with sound of machine noise and they don’t talk normal, they are yelling.. awful experience…

The owner of this place he is very friendly and helpful.... the hotel is situated on a lovely pot close to the beach .. the rooms are lovely. Although when I arrived my room wasn't ready..butbthe owner still managed to put me in a room that was simple and nice (linlithgow the fashion look).. but when I was given my room ..I was really happy with the way it look.. the price was right..I had my own balcony over looking the beach side.the owner is the most friendliest person I ever meet in my life, even his staffs made you feel welcome. Even my time was up to move out..I explained to the owner and he extended my time to stay in the room.. and a few hours later still wasn't ready to leave the city so the own allowed me to leave my bags and other important items in a room.. then he told me whenever I'm ready I can come back and collect my things (that was really class of him).. I applaud him for this.. inwiuld definitely go back there and I highly recommend everyone to visit his hotel.. he's class and he would definitely treat you well #TrustMe
