The evening up to Agreco farm with dinner was a highlight and true Mama mia dream for the kids with tour of the farm and animals and food 5* with panoramic views! The spa back massage was on special offer and was truly amazing! Thank you Grecotel team for an amazing holiday 😊

Having travelled the world staying in 5* hotels for most of my life, I have never experienced such warmth and care I received from the staff at this hotel, especially the team who look after all the guests in the restaurant at meal times

👏 We were breakfast only and caught taxis along to Rethymino village to forte and explore the old town and its many amazing restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed the taverna closest to the hotel

Thanks to this, we had a good rest and left very pleasant memories! Definitely a wonderful large and well-kept territory near the hotel, a spacious beach line

Don't be put off by corridors, they are a little shabby but the rooms are fabulous, we had a suite thanks to a free upgrade. Fruit, wine and baguettes were left for us, welcome after a late arrival

The pool areas are clean and tidy a nice area to relax with lots of sunbeds, we visited beginning of September. Entertainment was OK, usual holiday offerings

We have been in Minos Hotel on vacation. When we arrived the manager poured us a drink while we checked in, immediately making us feel welcome

Easy check in thanks to an app. Spotlessly clean, clean towels daily, bed changed half way through the week. Free WiFi throughout, free safe

Bar and restaurant staff are lovely, cocktails are to die for! Bit of a steep drive, but easy walk to beach and other sites

Only issue was the hotel layout which is a little complicated to say the least but once you got used to it was OK

I can only wonder where they had found so friendly and helpful receptionist. We got help with the room and baggases, good restaurant recommendations, later check-out and always greetings and couple of nice words

The staff was so professional, kind, and friendly! Everything was beautiful- the rooms, the views- everything! The front desk people couldn't have been nicer. Oh, don't let me forget to mention the incredible food

The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. A special mention to our servers, Even and Margarita, who were exceptional. Kindness, helpfulness, generosity, and humor. They made sure we had a wonderful evening

We had such a great team at this hotel. Room was so spacious (room 52) and nice, everybody who works here is kind and ready to respond on any kind of request. Very clean and the food is amaIng

I visited Rethymnon and chose the hotel because of full seeview and good location (next to beach and near old town restaurants and shopping options). We found out several other reasons to choose it during our visit

Our balcony door was really hard to close properly, the shower head holder was broken (they fixed that really quickly) and our room had started to show some wear, but all in all it was a pleasant st

Reception and concierge service was good. We made certain arrangements in advance of our arrival (car hire and a guide for a specialist trip). The recommendations were spot on. It was buffet style, like the evening meals

Far enough from the tourist traps, but also close enough to walk to the old town. The beach is kept very clean, and is very nice and enjoyable. I just wish we would have stayed longer

We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening partly because it was a buffet and partly because there was a good selection of restaurants nearby. There were good Covid protocols in place

Lovely 5 star hotel. Staff all friendly and more than happy to help. Lovely pools and beach side location. Also very clean rooms just keep tidy or the cleaners will do it for you.

The spa services was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a pleasure to meet Evdokia (Spa Manager), Poppi and Konstantinos (Therapists) who provided an exceptional service

Evdokia was lovely and friendly and spoke about the different types of treatments which were on offer - which were lots!! My therapist , Konstantinos was professional and made me feel very relaxed

The stay in the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed getting a massage in the hotel spa. Evdokia is very friendly and helpen us with the booking. Dina did the massage and made me feel relaxed

Excellent trip! We were 7 days in paradise! The SPA was unbelievable, with Evdokia- the friendly , beautiful face at the reception, Dina and Constantinos at the massages

A special thanks to the wonderful Katerina who serves the drinks and food at the beach again always served with a smile. Two big swimming pools and a kids pool. Lots of sun beds never had trouble finding one

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

The hotel rooms are lovely big enough with a lovely balcony but couldn’t really sit on the balcony during the day as the sun was hitting on it. Lots of restaurants on the strip but the old town is where you need to go

The hotel is situated right on the beachfront, where the crystal-clear waters provide a perfect setting for sunbathing and swimming. The service and hospitality at Atlantis Beach Hotel are exceptional

The staff are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism, making you feel at home

Lots of amazing restaurants especially down the little side roads. Well done Atlantic hotel you all work so hard and you all have the biggest smile. nothing is too much trouble for any of you

Unfortunately, there are also a few negative points: I'll start with the room we stayed in and the neighboring ones — the sound insulation is very poor; you can't get any rest at night, as it feels like the windows are always open (the rooms face back a road with constant traffic)

Finally, I’d like to mention that the adult pools close at 7:00 PM — exactly when it would be ideal to take a swim and enjoy the moment. This is incomprehensible to me

And one last thing: I didn't understand why there are no mosquito nets on the windows, especially considering the high number of mosquitoes

Then there's the metalic spiral staircase, which feels like you're climbing into an attic — very uncomfortable and undesirable

That being said, it is still a pleasant place, above the average offer in the area

We stayed at Grecotel Plaza Beach House for my birthday and had a fantastic time

It's important to note that the beach has a partially pebbled shore near the water's edge, so keep that in mind if you prefer a sandy swim. Overall, my stay at Minos Mare Hotel was absolutely phenomenal

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

On the bright sight, there is plenty of room on the beach and the view is 10 times better. The sea entry is rocky, so it’s better to have swimming shoes with you

We also went to Rethymno for a day, which is 10 mins drive. The receptionist called us a taxi which cost us 10 euro

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

I did not stay at this hotel, just been to their beach and they got the most friendly and serviceminded staff at the beach. If possible, I would give 10 stars for their effort to make every guest feel good at the beach

Everything is dedicated to the guests. We never met such a gently and polite people which are oriented to the guests service. This is place with excellent beach, shop inside the property with a prices as in the city

Special big Thank to Georgios. We were met with a big smile every day, and they helped us with sunbeds, drinks and free water to make sure we did not dehydrate in the sun. I have no problems recommanding this place

It was our third stay in the hotel and we really enjoyed. A special thanks to the kind Sophia serving our cappuccino every evening. The massages in the hotel spa are also very good and the spa ladies are very nice

We saw here dancing and would love to see a Salsa Show in the evening entertainment of our hotel (maybe it's possible next year ?♡) We hope Nora will be here next year again!!!

Breakfast starts a bit late (if you need it early make sure you announce it the day before), but offers a splendid choice of fresh fruits, sausages, toasts, bread, cheese, local delikatessen, everything

Their outdoor pool is big enough, and they have a smaller one next to it as well - ideal for infants/very young kids, the terrace itself offers a few deckchairs, too - enough space for everyone

Had a very pleasant stay with them early in September to sort out some business. We arrived early, and not only were we allowed to check in early, we also got a free upgrade to another suite

The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff and so is the manager, Christine, who is very kind and understanding. We have had a very nice stay so far and everything has been so smooth

The suite hat a living room with open kitchen, and a sleeping room separated from it. Both rooms had access to a quite large terrace with seating and vice of the sea and Fortezza

The hotel has different kind of facilities, but because of the COVID, most of them are closed besides the outdoor pool and the massage. All in all the hotel is recommendable

Sophia from reception was so lovely and helpful! The airline lost our luggage on the mainland, and she kindly offered to handle everything for us, calling the airline and organising for our luggage to be flown to us and we had our clothes by that night

We could not say enough good things about the staff here, and are very appreciative and thankful for everything they have done for us. It really shows how Cretan/Greek people are also family oriented individuals who care

The chef specifically made food for my fiance and I, as she was feeling lethargic and could not eat much. The waiters were all super respectful and reassured us if we needed anything to not hesitate to let them know

The hotel staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooftop restaurant staff, in particular, were incredibly courteous, and the dining experience was nothing short of fantastic

The maids come twice a day to clean and change towels and bedding. During our stay, my fiance who is pregnant, and I got sick. The staff automatically ran to help us with anything we needed

My fiance and I came here on our summer vacation. The hotel is beautiful and we were greeted warmly by the staff with a complimentary welcome drink. The rooms are big and spacious

Grand Leoniki Residence gave us the true Crete Experience, it felt very authentic from start to finish. Would put a higher rating if possible

The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower

wonderful hotel neat and clean apartments. the beds are comfortable and it's like you being in a small village. the staff are very friendly and helpful and work hard to please the guests

The newly renovated reception is a lovely area to sit and relax in and the renovated breakfast buffet area, having been enlarged and with the addition of more hot plates, now offers even more choice of delicious traditional dishes, which change everyday, along with the homemade cakes, pies, meats, cheese and fruit etc

The food was delicious, and we truly enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I loved the beautiful decor and vibe in the hotel— very inviting and tastefully done. The boys enjoyed the gym and the pool table

Two lovely pools to choose from, no rush for sunloungers as there’s always some available. There is a gym with very good equipment like free weights and machines. If self catering you can purchase breakfast for 15 euros

From when we arrived until we left, the staff could not do anymore for us. The location was perfect for both the small town and the excellent beach. The hotel was spacious as were the rooms/apartments

Lovely view from our 1 bedroom apartment over the pool and very quiet bar. If you wanted food you could get snacks small meals in the bar or you could shop at any of the local supermarkets

With the beach just a few steps away down the road to the left and the shops, tavernas, supermarkets, bus stops and taxis to the right at the top road everything is very convenient

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, superior attention to detail and super friendly and helpful staff. A little up the hill from the main town but 15-20 mins walk only and fantastic value for money

We were not able to travel because of personal circumstances. So I requested to the hotel to waive the cancellation fees for obvious reasons. I have course really appreciated the kindness of the staff

The only thing that I can comply is on the loud street noice that comes from the outside, late at night and on earling morning hours

Food is delicious and I can't wait to come again! The hotel is also 5 minutes from the beach

Around 15min walk to the city beach,but the bus station is really near the hotel so you can go to that or any other beach. Of course the hotel would use some renovation,but for now we were satisfied with our stay

The only thing we were not satisfied with is that the last 2 days AC was really leaking,we've reported but one took any action,not even informed us if anyone is going to fix it

Rooms are fine stayed at a studio apartment, good breakfast, good location to the sea, good swimming pool, the refrigerator was meh, the freezer in it didn't work properly, but a very pleasant experience, would visit again🤩, can't wait for the gym to be ready💪💪 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷

22/06/2025 room 210 Was greeted with the warmest of welcome. Rooms very modern and clean Breakfast was fun with the staff, limited hot food which suited us, fresh fruit, yogurt and an arrangement of pastries

Fabulous hotel, fab rooms and cleaned daily. Great food at the pool bar, nothing too much problem for the chef. The staff were amazing and fun, great atmosphere

Over the road is the beach, free sun beds when you purchase a drink. Walk into the old town is a flat 20 minute stroll with bars and restaurants along the way

Amazing stay bed very comfortable and pillows very clean and staff friendly cleaned every day and bed changed if required , small kitchen with microwave and fridge lovely shower room with large rain shower and you can put loo roll down the toilet whereas in some places you can’t

Beach short walk and supermarket next door Fantastic gyros restaurant a few minutes walk I got one every night to take away. I travel solo a lot and I would give this hotel 5 stars

Superbe Hotel in the centre of the Old historic part of the city. Our room had its own private Hammam. A wonderful surprise

Super cozy hotel, perfect location in the middle of the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not super special, but fine. The room was great, super nice bed (slept like a baby), AC was working again

The location was perfect for wandering in and out of town and the service was impeccable, especially during breakfast. Nothing was ever too much trouble even when our flight was late and we didn't check in till 2 am

Amazing service and kindness ! Great breakfast and superb location. There is an intense smell in the room from the building so maybe that could be fixed somehow and beds were little too hard for our preferences
