Family disco was well handled and the Saolin Acrobats out of this world. The staff were immaculately friendly, polite and engaged even though our stay was the very last week of the season

The room was simply fantastic—spacious, beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The extra room in the suite was a game-changer, giving us a comfortable space to relax while our baby was sleeping

The loungers were comfy, towels plentiful and there was no banging music (phew!) It felt really high class and like a luxury stay. Thank you, Grecotel Creta Palace for a very memorable 5 days

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations

About the hotel to write a lot will not, as a hotel any big quantity, only the housekeeping they have so-so, yet do not comment it is good to clean will not

We stopped at the restaurant. Excellent food. Waiters are just perfect. Decent prices. Recommended to have on your list for fine dining/lunch

The shower and sink were separate to the toilet. I have been in larger public toilet cubicles than the toilet we had in this room. The only saving grace was the staff, they were lovely, polite and friendly

We used the Al la cart restaurant which ended up costing us quite a lot of money which was quite annoying as we had paid for half board already! We had booked a superior sea view room

not quite sure what was superior about it. The wardrobe wasn't deep enough to hang long dresses, there was no full length mirror. The bed side lights were hanging off the wall

We had a very pleasant stay and got a very very nice room. We couldn't have wished for a better room

The hotel Sentido Pearl Beach was the perfect base for our holiday. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The real highlight of our stay was the food

Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic and the delicious coffee or tea is served to you at your table by the waiting, which made a lovely change from other Hotels where you have to queue for a coffee machine, serving undrinkable warm drinks! The location of the hotel was perfect for us as beach lovers

This was buffet style at breakfast and on evenings, but absolutely fantastic! An array of Mediterranean and local foods were served daily, including meats, seafood and many Greek specialities

Only my first day so far, but lost my bag on the bus over here with my passport. Got great help from the staff and had no problem checking in without passport while i was waiting

Hard to fault. Room have good aircon. Buffet food is as good as it gets. Staff are friendly, helpful and all speak great English. If I come back here, I would re-book.

We were very well looked after by the staff and the outside dining area was much appreciated. Very good food and a pool bar which had excellent service and good snacks

The hotel rooms are lovely big enough with a lovely balcony but couldn’t really sit on the balcony during the day as the sun was hitting on it. Lots of restaurants on the strip but the old town is where you need to go

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. We are vegan and could always find healthy options. The staff are very professional and helpful. We also enjoyed the private beach.

The location within the city with all the money; clean beach - those two are the hotel's greatest advantage

the hotel is very close to the old town and a beautiful beach is just in front. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. We got a nice sailing trip by the hotel with a snack and champagne and we enjoyed so much

The gym in the hotel is compact but still offers a chance for a decent workout with Technogym eguipment. There is also a sauna available in the gym/spa department downstairs

Also the sea in the beach is crystal clear, which is almost unbelievable! Provided with the hotelroom you have free access to beach towels, sunbeds, shower and changing rooms just in front of the hotel

First time visit to Rethymno and The Kriti Hotel. The hotel location to the beach can not be faulted with beach free sun lounges available to residents. Restaurants and bars are also nearby

You must buy a plastic bottle of water when thirsty at dinner, even though dinner included in the price, water not included! If You need just 200 ml of water, you MUST buy a huge plastic bottle of water, which results in destroying the environment with the plastic

There is water available to take in small glasses at the breakfast, but they put a clothing on it at dinner time, so that you are forced to buy plastic bottles of water!

I want really recommended hotel Bio Suites. Hotel Staff was perfect i very helpful. Room are very comfortable and very clean. Food is delicious. It was very good holiday. Thank You.

Excellent the geography of the hotel. Within walking distance of the Fortezza, the old town, the promenade, port. The hotel is fully correspond to its stars. Food and drinks are of excellent quality

I had a great time. The food was very tasty,rooms pretty spacious and the shower was absolutely amazing with very good water pressure and big cabin. Very nice people in the staff!

Just returned from a 7 days stay in Bio Suits Hotel and it was amazing. The apartment was super clean with all the necessary accomodations you can think of

The highlights of this place are definitely the staff (especially Nikoletta at the breakfast and Spyridoula at reception), the location and equipments (lovely indoor pool to relax after a day trip)

I stayed in this hotel for a week mid-August and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had! Obviously, the rooms have everything you need and are very clean and modern

Location: While the hotel is situated a comfortable distance from Heraklion Airport (approximately a 60km drive), it's important to note that Rethymnon itself is a bit of a taxi ride away (around 15 minute ride for 10 euros)

But I strongly suggest booking a room with a pool view, where you can enjoy an evening or two on the balcony. We had different menus every day and the choice was just perfect, not too much and not too little

If you need anything special there is a small shop on the territory of the hotel or you can go into the town 10 mins, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including Lidl

The balconies were well-maintained, offered ample space to relax, and provided excellent sound insulation. Impeccable Hygiene: The hotel's dedication to cleanliness was truly impressive

The restaurant also has good food and the breakfast is heavenly with lots of food to choose from. It's also very close to the beach and other restaurants and shops. Highly recommen staying at this place :D

The entire staff of this hotel needs to be commended. Friendly, helpful, courteous and most of all went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing

Swell Boutique Hotel is the perfect place for those who like comfortable, clean and quiet rooms with a stunning sea view; breakfast rich and diverse; the beach just a few steps away

The location was perfect right across the street from the beach. We had a parking space directly in front of the hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it

The staff was so professional, kind, and friendly! Everything was beautiful- the rooms, the views- everything! The front desk people couldn't have been nicer. Oh, don't let me forget to mention the incredible food

My fiance and I came here on our summer vacation. The hotel is beautiful and we were greeted warmly by the staff with a complimentary welcome drink. The rooms are big and spacious

The maids come twice a day to clean and change towels and bedding. During our stay, my fiance who is pregnant, and I got sick. The staff automatically ran to help us with anything we needed

We could not say enough good things about the staff here, and are very appreciative and thankful for everything they have done for us. It really shows how Cretan/Greek people are also family oriented individuals who care

Grand Leoniki Residence gave us the true Crete Experience, it felt very authentic from start to finish. Would put a higher rating if possible

The location is absolutely breathtaking, directly across the sea. You can have a nice walk to Rethymno city along the beach from here. I really recommend the breakfast buffet, they also accommodate dietary restrictions

A sofa bed would have made more sense but the upstairs bed was uncomfortable so we ended up using it. Would be nice to be able to add your TV subscriptions so there was more options on the rainy days but not essential

The back of the hotel is like a small town full of backstreets and was great! There isn’t many sunbeds by the main pool but on the beach there are plenty of sunbeds just for the hotel with servers willing to order your drinks

A great team welcomed us with a smile. We had a brilliant start into our short vacation of six days. The location directly at the sea (just a road between the beach and the hotel) was the reason we picked this hotel

We both had fantastic massages in their wellness centre on our last day which were a (necessary!) highlight. Room was fairly basic but we were really only there to sleep so not so much of a problem for us!

The apartment we visited was nice. The kitchen had a dishwasher, oven, stove, and a microwave oven. The dining table was a bit small, but four could eat around it quite well. The staff was really friendly

A fabulous hotel in the heart of the old town. It was everything we wanted from our three nights exploring the area

The pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day

We arrived by hire car and always got parked for free on edge of the old town with 5 minute walk to hotel. Overall I would rate this as a 4 star hotel as rooms slightly dated

Area was great for eating out, with dozens of great restraunts to choose from either around hotel or down at Venetian Harbour (5 min walk)

Would highly recommend and would stay again if in that area

Around 15min walk to the city beach,but the bus station is really near the hotel so you can go to that or any other beach. Of course the hotel would use some renovation,but for now we were satisfied with our stay

The hotel is a bit old and the walls are thin, so you can hear everything. Better have the ear plugs. But the price is low, so the price-quality is ok. It is just 5 minutes walking to the old town.

The only thing we were not satisfied with is that the last 2 days AC was really leaking,we've reported but one took any action,not even informed us if anyone is going to fix it

The rooms are clean but the furniture is a bit old. Close to the old town and bus station. About 15 minutes walk to the city beach

Their outdoor pool is big enough, and they have a smaller one next to it as well - ideal for infants/very young kids, the terrace itself offers a few deckchairs, too - enough space for everyone

The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff and so is the manager, Christine, who is very kind and understanding. We have had a very nice stay so far and everything has been so smooth

The room is very big and has also a big balcony with a nice sea view. The breakfast is also very nice and tasty and so is the staff, which is also super helpful

The hotel has different kind of facilities, but because of the COVID, most of them are closed besides the outdoor pool and the massage. All in all the hotel is recommendable

We booked as self catering and the room had basically everything including microwave, utensils, electric cooking hub, kettle, iron hair dryer and so on. The room was very tidy and housekeeper came in almost everyday
