Stayed at the Mitsis early April. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and safe. Do not get a partial sea view room, many of these rooms don’t actually have a partial sea view, you have to look past another balcony. The upgrade to a sea view room is worth it. Much bigger room with beautiful views of the sunset.

The room provided was very small. Also it’s a bug within the resort according to the staff making people sick. I think that this should be investigated to stop the contagious spread of whatever virus is there.

The check in was terible. They gave us rooms at the 7 floor, there was no elevator and no staff to help with the heavy baggage

On the northern spot of Rhodes island with a tremendous see view, Aquarium view hotel is a very nice café and restaurant with exciting music nights 3 times per week and a very nice staff always ready to serve you. I prefer it as it is stated at the centre of everything but still retains a degree of serenity and isolation. Enjoy!!!!

Nice hotel, amazing view. The carpet floor in the hallway is a bit ugly and I wished the oatmeal at breakfast wouldn’t have been soaked in water. The superior rooms are very pretty & clean. Staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a trouble with our car and needed help asap! Even tho we were not hotel customers Nicole from the reception has been of great help calling road support and making sure we would arrive to the airport on time, so we wouldn't lose our flight!! Staff were helpful and polite. Room clean. Balcony good views. Breakfast, only had once due to other things but great yoghurt. Bathrooms, had 2 rooms, small, showerhead great but flooded easily, required more bath mats. First room was fine but second in a corner was a lot better, seemed more square than long. We were happy.

Close to the old town & starting point to the excursions. Service could be better as I could see that i wasn’t being treated equally with other guests which made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. Otherwise, room service & room are well taken care of.

The toilet/shower is flat, all on one level...When using the shower, the entire bathroom is and stays flooded all night.

Carina Hotel is a place to be, it is nice, clean hotel, if you have a small budjet then it is good choice, near to every place in centrum, very good location. Breakfast included in the price, so don't hesitate.

Good hotel for the value. Rooms are pretty good, little bit tight with big balcony. Bathroom are not in very good condition but it's not useless. Despite the all bad reviews I saw, we went there. The staff was extra frendly, kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and big enaf. Breakfast was also very good, there was something for everyone. Location is great, across Windy beach, and Elli beach is about 200-300m from the hotel. Marina, city center and old town is also very close. The only bad thing is the mattress but we manage it.

Lovely hotel with a good selection of rooms. Personally I prefer the superior room with sea view but the standard room with city view works just as well. It is hard to beat its location. Hotels offers great views, lovely pool area and huge beach just over the street. The old Rhodes town is just 15 minutes walk. Even the non-refurbished rooms were nice and clean. Together with helpful staff and good pricing it makes perfect hotel to stay in.

Hotel was alright. Rooms were cleaned most days, but room service were always at our door so early. I think the earliest they knocked on our door was 10.30 am which is uncommon for room service. Breakfast was decent but it was free so that is good. We got false complaints from the hotel for being noisy and the bed sheets could have been changed more often.

I booked one night here - as I always do, just to make sure its suitable - I ended up staying a further six nights, say no more. 😊 This post is from October 2020, so you can dismiss any previous negative comments regarding this hotel, oh yes, bear in mind it's a two star hotel, regardless to say, it was better that some of the top notch places I've stayed at.
