Hotels with breakfast in Rhodes Town

Couldn’t call this a 5 star hotel at all. Be wary of room descriptions… my “sea view” room look at three buildings and faced neither Aegean or Mediterranean Sea. Instead of you stand on the balcony and lean over and look directly left you get a small glimpse of see its misleading. Breakfast buffet is a joke. You can’t get fresh juice, you can’t get a barista made coffee, you can’t even get a seat...

The staff is very attentive, the cleanliness is exemplary, the food is diverse and very good. the restaurant and everything related to the restaurant is impeccable. the pool is a little small for what I expected. the receptionists, waiters, waitresses, all very attentive to details and to the needs of the customers. Our first time in Rhodes and we loved our hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were excellent definitely worth paying a little extra for a sea view room. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. A review from an Irish Couple. The Hotel Mediterranean is absolutely fantastic and in a great location. Elle Beach is about 30 feet from the front door and it's only a 10 min stroll into Rhodes Old Town. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for the beach and backs onto new town and is a short walking distance to old town. Food/restaurant did not cater well for gluten free with limited hot food options available and ‘dish’ labels/signs did not include info to let guests know what the GF options were; which meant the Chef had to come out of the kitchen and go through what the options were which seemed very inefficient...

My first impression was a comfortable hotel with friendly and professional staff and I want disappointed. The hotel and facilities were clean and comfortable and I was able to fully relax during my stay. Overall allright hotel. Location is convinenet, not too long way to go anywhere. For longer stay, you would like to have some kind of couch in a room. Pool area is compact but big enough still to take the sun in. Hours when building next to it does not cast a shadow is limited.

He picked us up from a spot close to the town center and drove us with his mini golf cart all the way to the door. Stayed at the Mitsis early April. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and safe. Do not get a partial sea view room, many of these rooms don’t actually have a partial sea view, you have to look past another balcony. The upgrade to a sea view room is worth it. Much bigger room with beautiful views of the sunset.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room clean. Balcony good views. Breakfast, only had once due to other things but great yoghurt. Just as welcoming and comfortable as on previous stays. It's in a quiet position, with advantageous access to both old and new towns. Lovely cafes/bars/ice cream parlour/supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Also near to a beach; not a particularly salubrious beach, but OK.

As we arrived, the receptionist told us our room wasn’t ready yet. Something had broken and they needed to fix it, which would take about a day. Because of that, we had to stay at another hotel across the street. However, this lady was kind enough to walk us there. The next day we came back, but whatever was broken still wasn’t fixed. The room was basic but had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, there was Aircon and a balcony with lateral views to the beach. The real positive is the location. 5 minute walk to the harbour plus another 5 to the old town. Reception staff are very efficient, cheerful and helpful (also 24 hours). This is our second time staying at the Savoy Hotel. The location is great, the breakfasts are excellent. The only downside is that the air conditioning didn't work well. We had to open the front door and the window.

Right in the centre of town an easy walk to the harbour for boat trips and the old town for a wander around it's medieval streets. Hotel itself is quite dated and basic, stairs carpet could do with a good clean or replacing! But for a couple of nights it's good value for money (we did £82 for 2 nights inc breakfast which for the location we thought was great).

Nothing wrong with this functional central hotel. This is my second visit. Close to bus station, ancient city and local beaches. Breakfast buffet. Rooms are functional but perfectly fine. Hot water, desk, ac, WiFi and small balcony. Value for money and ideal for solo traveller

The location is very close to the center. The people in Gövliler helped us with every issue. We thank them very much.

If you want a clean room and a nice breakfast and you don't have much expectation, this is your destination. Only thing is the heater lights above the hot dishes in the breakfast area is quite close to the food, my hand got burned while I was taking food to my plate. BE CAREFUL!

The room is really too small The CP value at this price is too low In addition, the somewhat dangerous elevator is definitely not suitable for children.

A good and cozy smaller budget hotel. The room was cleaned daily. Friendly staff. They helped allways if I needed. I bought breakfast every morning for €6. It was very versatile. Good bed/mattresses. Close to the beach. Poor soundproofing.

Great location, in walking distance from the most important things to see in Rhodes and from the beautiful beaches ⛱ Although the rooms are small, they are cleaned up every day, you get fresh towels and fresh linen.

Very nice hotel, and 24/7 restaurant in the front. Not very modern, but not too outdated either. There is no pool, and I would not recomend for families with children, but very great value for the money! Lovely staff! I would come back.

Really good location and great value for what you get. The owner was a really nice guy and very helpful. It wasn't the best night's sleep due to some drunk people outside in the middle of the night but that isn't the hotels fault, any accommodation you book in this area will be at risk of night time noise.

If you want to meet the culture and new age of the heart of Rhodes, there is a bar here that allows you to do so and they have recommendations for other locations of the island to discover some interesting gems of the island and even around. I had the most delightful stay at this charming hotel. It has perfect location just steps away from the beach, the old town and the abundance of fantastic restaurants.
