Lovely hotel with friendly staff. I booked a package including breakfast with TUI and everything was arranged perfectly. It is a adult only hotel which was very nice.

Only praise for this hotel except for some noisy hotel guests who would wake me up in the middle of the night. But ofcourse that is not the hotel's fault.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay!

Lovely hotel and staff. Not much wardrobe space though and the only full length hanging for dresses is on the hooks on the wall. Rooms are spotless and mopped every day. Fridge and air con are a must as it doesn't cool down at night! Breakfast buffet is stacked with lots of choice. No complaints at all 🌞🍺

Clean, quiet hotel close to the beach and the old town. Friendly staff and great food. The room size and elevator can be improved.

Second time staying here and can honestly say we won’t stay anywhere else in Rhodes now! Staff are so friendly, and the hotel is immaculate. Rooms are basic, however we were only in the room when sleeping so didn’t matter to us, just wish we realised air con is free before our last night as we were woken up through the night with the bin men. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice for breakfast is great, also ate twice for dinner and really enjoyed it both nights with the different themes. Pool and pool bar were great and cheap, perfect for spending a day/morning without the wind like at the beach. Bar staff at night, specifically Georgina, are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Honestly can’t wait to come back already!

Lovely hotel, good food and evening entertainment. Staff all friendly and helpful. A la carte restaurant is good. Private beach opposite with sunbeds for hotel residents . The old town is about a half hour walk but taxis were £7.

On arrival, we were charged €60 euro for the use of air con in our room, which was a bit disappointing.
The rooms are modern and clean and the rest of the hotel is the same. After a few days, we upgraded to the suits on the top of the hotel, which are stunning and a real star of this hotel.highly recommend.
The food was good but not great but overall we were satisfied with the food.
Another issue we had,along with the air con charge, was at dinner they turned off the self-serve drinks machine, leaving you no choice but to pay for a drink.
We went half-board, but you'd expect the water to be at least free, but no, they even charge for that. They also charge for the use of the safe in your room.
Staff wher for the most part, great. Always happy and helpful the maids cleaning the rooms wher all so cheery and friendly and do a great job. Our only issue with staff was bar service in the hotel. It was slow, and we often had to either go up and ask for another drink or the bill. A small gripe, I agree, but the bar was never more than a quarter full, and with it being table service, it made us feel ignored or forgotten.
Prices for drinks wher in line with drinks at the bars locally, in our opinion, a little high but not crazy.
The pool area is good with a decent sized pool,bar, plenty of loungers, and snack bar area.
The snack bar area was a really nice place for lunch
Overall, we enjoyed our week there. Upgrading the room was such a massive step up that we only wish we'd done it sooner.
It's in a great location, really near the old town and 1 minute from the beach.

The hotel is great but what makes the differens is the staff!!! Ereza is super friendly and talk about service! All hotels should have an ereza!, the bartender at the snack is really service minded and really friendly as well, the manager is super helpful as well, talk about a great guy over all!

And this come from a person that have been working at first Grandhotel for 9 years, from breakost, to the kitchen, to a bar manager😄

Ideal location for town and lovely sea views if you pay extra However it struggles to keep its 4 stars as food is often tepid and rooms are on the small side.Restaurant staff are lovely and service good.
