Rhodos Horizon Blu

Lovely hotel - public areas clean & spacious. Our room was lovely although bathroom on small side. We had internal view but struck lucky as we had a large balcony & garden view.
The breakfast at hotel was fantastic - everything you could possibly think of was available & the food was so fresh & tasty. The hotel is well situated for bars & good restaurants in the area.
Pool area not particularly large but there is so much to do on the island that we weren't at pool area before 3pm & had no problem getting a sunbed.
The staff at hotel were all very friendly & welcoming.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The hotel is part of the wider 'Rhodos Horizon Resort' if you would like to use their amenities then you will need to go all inclusive. The Blu hotel is kept spotlessly clean with cleaning ladies around all day. Our room was spacious, clean and overlooked the pool bar and pool. We could even see the sunset if we were in our room (88). The public areas were always tidy and inviting. We were all inclusive and so made use of all three hotels but we tended to eat mostly at the Blu. The food here was amazing, presentation was second to none and they catered for most tastes. The staff were great, helpful, friendly and always smiling, Vasilez was at the door most occasions to greet everyone and was always happy to help the other staff members if needed. There was a lovely lady called Samanthia that was always greeting people 'Kalimera' as we arrived and was usually on hand to ask any questions about the food. The cocktail bar was well stocked with most drinks available. The staff were always happy and hardworking. Stamatis was working every night that we were there and was so kind and helpful, we practiced our Greek on him and we shared stories about our countries and cultures etc. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening, I joined in the Greek dancing along with many other holiday makers . 😀 There is a handy shop downstairs that sells plenty of things that you may need (we forgot toothpaste 🙄). The pool bar restaurant was fabulous, definitely worth visiting, we visited most days, the moussaka is a must. If you are all inclusive then it too is part of the deal. The atmosphere is wonderful and feels like a Greek café. I hope that this review is helpful and that if you decide to go that you too will have an amazing time.

I've just stayed in this wonderful hotel with three friends. The 250 rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day (unusual in these times), the balconies are lovely and large, the pool is big and clean, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. My friends and I all have poor or no sight, and with their help we were able to avoid the busy confusing buffet breakfast as they brought everything to us. It's a large adults-only hotel, and we really enjoyed the quiet friendly atmosphere.

The most incredible thing is the breakfast selection! You can find a huge variety of bread, cheese, salad fruit. The breakfast area is big enough , you can choose the outdoor side which facing the sea view to sit.

Yet, the housekeeping service can be improved. The room floor was simply cleaned and the bed was made. However, the toilet was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.

Also, note that the air-conditioner is chargeable by day !

We have just returned from this Hotel.it was amazing.The reception staff to the bar staff and dinning room. The welcome we got was great very friendly staff. The food My husband is fussy eater but he found he could eat anything This hotel is 5 Star.its clean yes rooms maybe small but you only sleep in them not live in them. Please see all photos of staff and food. Drinks were not watered down. Hotel is comfortable very welcoming. We stayed 3/9/24 to 13/9/24 it was truly brilliant And so looking forward to going back next year.already booked
