We were just looking for somewhere reasonably priced to sleep while exploring Florence and that's exactly what this place was. Location was absolutely perfect - couldnt have been better. Room was comfortable, cool and spacious even though we only booked the small double room. Id return without a doubt!

The facility itself is functional, but certainly not fancy. The couple that run it, however, make up for any physical deficiencies. They are a delightful pair. They went out of their way to find soya milk for my vegan partner, for example, so her breakfast could be more enjoyable. It's just down the street from the Duomo so it's location is ideal. All in all, a good spot.

We had a one night stay here a few days ago, and were overall happy with our experience.
Friendly staff greeted on arrival, and accommodating to our requests. The room was slightly smaller than envisioned, but for us it wasn’t an issue as were only there as mentioned for 1 night. Clean and comfortable.
To note, if you are relying on the hotels hairdryer, it is slightly underwhelming, and a little confusing to operate, but it’s manageable.
Overall, great experience & lovely staff. Also, perfect location for exploring all central Florence has to offer.

The room and location were great. Some staff do not speak English, especially the evening shift, and the elder gentleman working at the reception in the evening was making inappropriate remarks to my friend who I was talking with in the lobby.

Simple but Nice Hotel. Aircondition worked perfectly, refrigerator did not get very cold, TV lacked international channels (but then again one does not go on vacation to watch tv :)).
Breakfast was very simple, as seems common in Italy. But all in all a Nice simple hotell with very Kind host.

Short walk to train station. Museums, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. No elevator so had to carry luggage up steps.

Lovely hotel. Its location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the SMN train station. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom. Danielle and her family are very kind and caring. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and make the best recommendations on tourist attractions and places to eat. They also looked after our bags before and after check-in. They speak Italian and English quite well. 100% recommended.

Great hotel.
Lovely couple running the hotel were very welcoming and friendly and even offered us a free breakfast given our travel was around Christmas time.
Room was modern and comfy.
Location is 5*.

Absouletly no! the room was very small as for me it is for one person a room plus a bed which is also for one person. The ban on eating in the room sounds absurd. The bathroom had mold, there is very little space in it and the light went out by itself, which made it difficult to make makeup. Beautiful location but I personally would not stay in this hotel anymore.
