NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa

Unequivocally, this is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. It’s a great location and close to everything. The interior is just beautiful and our room was excellent. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed for a healthy breakfast. But the best part of our stay was our interaction with the staff. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Everyone was great, especially Nadine Ezzat of guest relations. She was a breath of fresh air and a gem of an employee. This was our second stay at this hotel and both times were exceptional.

This is a REA.5 stars hotel.
Really its staff is very well trained, looking to offer all in their hands so that you feel at home. The chief of the staff, Mr. Julio Cesar is a very professional one , as are all the people assisting him.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 10 days in November 2024.

The Hotel is incredibly clean, the Hotel staff are friendly, dedicated, hardworking and committed to ensuring you have an excellent stay.

The morning breakfast was delicious with an incredible variety of high quality meats, cheese, breads and included morning samosas.

The Chef visited us twice during our stay seeking feedback on the variety and quality of the food. We really appreciated his enquiries because it speaks to the genuine care they have to ensure guests are having an excellent experience at their Hotel.

The wait staff at the morning breakfast deserve mention for their hard-work, dedication and commitment to ensure the guests have excellent service.

We had an issue with noise every morning at around 3 am....everything from fighting, arguing to singing going on in the alley beside us. As we were on the 2nd floor this was tremendously annoying. I brought it to the front desks attention and they did not hesitate providing us an upgraded suite on one of the upper floors on the opposite side of the Hotel.

They genuinely cared about our experience at the Hotel and demonstrated that concern several times during our stay.

The Hotel is beautiful and is in an excellent location - virtually everything is walkable from this Hotel.

We highly recommend and hope to return.

My husband and I recently stayed at the NH Collection Porta Rossa and we had the absolute best experience and stay. We stayed at two other 5 star hotels during our 2 week visit in Italy and this property was by far the best. We will definitely stay here again. From the moment we booked our stay until the moment we left the staff took amazing care of us. The entire staff was exceptional and Vladimir specifically answered all of our many questions and helped us with our many requests. Vladimir made our stay truly special and we cannot wait to stay here again during our next Italian vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is exceptional and the staff is very helpful and kind. It is in a great location and you can walk to everything. We loved our room and it had every amenity we wanted. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt so comfortable during our stay. Thank you so much and please do not change anything, everything was perfect!!!

Wonderful experience. Stayed 3 nights. Great location. Room and bathroom excellent. Plenty of space. Bar on 1st floor very cozy. Hotel is just lovely. Breakfast in the morning again 5 stars. Coffee bar. Staff extremely attentive. Upon our arrival they were able to get us a private guide for a 2 hour walking tour. Highly recommend. We booked this through Costco travel and very pleased.

Stayed here for 3 nights and the service has been great! The room was cleaned and well conditioned where we had to increase the room temperature haha. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for our anniversary and they made it special! The location is great - straight 5-10 min walk to the basilica or shopping district. Would definitely come back here and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying Florence!

My stay at the NH Collection Firenze was a truly exceptional experience. The location is ideal for short walks to main attractions and premium shopping. The building is beautiful and modern with cold AC and up to date amenities. The breakfast buffet stretched into 3 rooms with generous and delicious options for every apatite. Finally I want to mention the staff. Every encounter was pleasure and I look forward to returning.
