Simply WOW! Incredible, the best hotel I have ever stayed in, its details, its location, its amenities, but above all, as in every hotel NH in the world, its staff is its greatest strength. Stayed here for 3 nights and the service has been great! The room was cleaned and well conditioned where we had to increase the room temperature haha. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for our anniversary and they made it special! The location is great - straight 5-10 min walk to the basilica or shopping district. Would definitely come back here and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying Florence!

My stay at the NH Collection Firenze was a truly exceptional experience. The location is ideal for short walks to main attractions and premium shopping. The building is beautiful and modern with cold AC and up to date amenities. The breakfast buffet stretched into 3 rooms with generous and delicious options for every apatite. Finally I want to mention the staff. Every encounter was pleasure and I look forward to returning.

We travelled to several cities across Italy and this hotel was our favourite. Cannot say enough about the staff. This boutique hotel has so much charm and is so unique. Great breakfast, not a cookie cutter hotel, tons of history. Great location.

We had the best time in Florence and the hotel had a lot to do with it. The concierge was so helpful! Franchesca and Nadine were so helpful and gave us great suggestions of things to do. The breakfast is next level! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and the location of the hotel is right in the heart so super easy to walk to everything. We also did the golf cart ride around town, suggested by Franchesca, and that was great to get to see everything in a shorter amount of time. I would definitely stay at Porta Rossa again when I come back to Florence!

Great location for this property which was beautifully designed and very elegant. The breakfast was exceptional on all levels--quality, selection, ambiance, and service. Rooms are a bit limited in terms of size, design, decor, and comfort--this is attributed the property being one of the oldest in the city. Depending on room location, noise from local street can disturb sleep.

The location is perfect, it’s so accessible to everything but on a more quiet street. The staff are so attentive and kind. The hotel itself is stunning and a work of art. The rooms are not your average cookie cutter room which is so refreshing. Each one is unique and has architectural interest. Our room was in the mezzanine which involved some stairs, so make sure they know when you book if you need a handicap accessible room. There is an elevator, but there are a select number of rooms that require stairs even after taking the elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us but I think it’s important to know. Love that they do turn down service. The breakfast is also delicious and has savory and sweet options. I’m sad we have to check out, this has been our favorite hotel on our trip!

We had an excellent experience at the NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa. The greatest benefit is the location and the two entrances to the hotel. Every single activity is an easy walk from the hotel. The rooms were very nice, within the historic charm of the property. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and abundant fresh fruit and juices. The hotel bar bar was very nice and cozy. The entire staff we dealt with were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely return to the Porta Rossa in a future trip to Florence.
