Hotel Paris

Hotel Paris was the perfect location for a solo, less experienced traveler to Florence. Bang in the middle and less than 10 minutes walk to so many significant places. The staff were warm, welcoming and ready to help around the clock. The decor is appropriately dated in keeping with atmosphere of the premises and location and prepared clean and crisp.
The breakfast was perfect after an early morning walk, coffee on tap when needed including non dairy milks. And a lovely rooftop view from my little balcony.

The Hotel Paris in Florence was a wonderful find for our family of four. The rooms were spacious, a rare treat in Europe, and easily accommodated us all. Having just one bathroom was a minor challenge, and a separate toilet or shower might have been helpful. Also, be aware that the hotel doesn't provide irons due to safety policies.

The included breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. I highly recommend booking a package that includes breakfast directly through the hotel's website. While they can help arrange parking through a third party, be prepared to pay the ZTL fine to enter this area of the city.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Florence. It's close to major attractions and immerses you in the city's vibrant atmosphere. You'll find a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel generously provides free water bottles, a welcome perk in the summer heat. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

Ideal location in this busy city if travelling in by train. Easy to walk to all the main tourist points from here. A lovely welcome, lots of choice for breakfast. Comfortable and clean. There was street noise which can't be avoided if you stay this close to the centre.

We had a great experience at Hotel Paris in Florence. Great location, so close to the Duomo, train station, bus station for excursions. The robes, slippers & all-day coffee drinks (in the breakfast room) were very much appreciated. Although quaint, the hotel was extremely clean & well maintained. The breakfast buffet was large & varied, very good value. The breakfast terrace is precious. The only improvements I could suggest would be providing some surface area in the bathroom, on which to place personal items & it would be nice to have a bit of variety from day to day on the breakfast buffet. I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to others!

We had a perfect stay in the suite room which was huge and beautiful. Location was perfect so we walked everywhere. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast included the typical continental items like eggs, bacon/ham, pastries/bread, yogurt, juices, coffee, fruits, etc. and coffee/tea were available in the lounge at all times. The hotel also has a cute outdoor terrace to relax and enjoy the view!

The staff at the reception are exceptional..They are by far the best human beings we ran into for many years..Mr Massimo and Mrs Annika we will never forget you..We hope that you will always come across people like you...
Hotel Paris has a perfect location. Very romantic historical rooms with modern amenities. Very nice bathrooms as well. Perfect breakfast..We would not even think any other hotel to stay in Firenze..

We have stayed at the Hotel Paris five times since 2018. Typically we spend at least a week. Our last visit in March 2024 was for 11 nights. The location cannot be beat in my opinion. The staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming. I think of the Hotel Paris as my home in Florence.
The Paris is not a cookie-cutter American style hotel. Rather it is a modernized palazzo, or rather two. It is full of character and history. Mostly it just feels genuine. During our recent stay there were some issues with the water and we were moved twice. No big deal and not unexpected perhaps in a building of its age. The important thing was how the staff handled the situation. The breakfast room is beautifully frescoed and the spread generous and varied. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful time here. We spent a week here and couldn't get over how convenient the location was. Very close to the city center and the main train station (Firenze SMN). The staff was very friendly and helpful at all hours of the day. Beautiful breakfast room and coffee/water available all day. Plus we visited the restaurant across the street and had a great time there as well.

A great experience with really good staff. This is not a modern hotel but perfectly comfortable. The walls are a little thin however. Location is excellent.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We wish we had been there longer to enjoy the hotel more. The location is fabulous, close to the train station and walking distance to all the must-sees in Florence. Both our room and bathroom were spacious with plenty of room for both of us to easily move around. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful mix of traditional Italian with some American touches, there’s truly something for everyone available. The staff were standouts to our stay, they were all super welcoming and kind. We had an early checkout of 4 a.m. to catch a train, and we’re kind enough to put together breakfast boxes for us to take with us. We already agreed if we ever come back to Florence, we be staying here.
