this hotel surprised us in a good way. We booked it with very low expectations because of the low price taking into account the absolute prime location. The hotel is old and the rooms have not been remodeled but it was so clean and comfortable it was better than all our other hotels during our trip. The room so spacious, good AC, clean and comfortable big bed.
If I go back to Florence I would undoubtedly book it again.

Hotel is very well located, however rooms could be cleaner.
Bed was very itchy during the night and there were insects in the bathroom during the night.
Breakfast and attention were really good, tho.

Perfect Location!!! room was good, bed comfy, staff was great and helpful. Please do not be "surprised" yes, the rooms and beds in Europe are smaller. However, its comfortable and clean. Just what you need.

We were looking for an hotel with parking. The day after we have an early flight and we needed the car early in the morning(7:00).
We check in at 15:00 and asked for the parking. We got charged 25€ for the parking.
30 min after the check in we asked if we could get the car 30 min earlier. Wich was denied.
This 30 min were fundamental for us to reach the flight on time.
So we check out in the same day payed 25€ for the parking and also 110€ for the room.
Without sleeping or even using the room.

Room was a little tight for 3 people but we managed. The people at reception and everyone i spoke to were always very helpful. Thank you very much!
I really enjoyed the service from breakfast. The lovely lady there is so very helpful and always smiling and talkative and friendly. A big think you to her please.

Great staff and location. I would book it again when visiting Florence. Also breakfast is nice and they hold your bags without any charges if you are there early.

Solid rooms in an excellent location. Rooms are "classically' decorated, but if you don't care about having perfectly up-to-date interior decor this hotel is a recommended pick especially for its reasonably priced, free breakfast, and solid front desk services.

The rooms are certainly simple but hard to beat the price given the central location. Very nice nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back!

The rooms were vintage style and it was perfectly good for the price
I wnjoyed my room becuase I chose it with a view . It was on the street i don’t jnow how it feels on other rooms

The location is great.
Rooms are big enough but dont't have any cool box or refrigerator.Daily WATER isn't include on rooms and the front desk sell a 500ml bottle for 2€. Big bottle isn't available in the hotel.
