Reviews
Hotels of this style in Europe are not staffed all the time, like in the US. This one had a policy that you had to call prior if you were going to be checking in later than 8pm. We didn't have a phone, so we weren't able to call. Instead we had to ask a local Gelateria to use their phone.
When the person came to let us in, they were very helpful and friendly, even though we didn't follow their rules and call ahead.
