Loved our stay here. The employees were so kind. They gave great recommendations. Location was perfect, literally right outside the Duomo. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We loved staying here and if we ever visit Florence again we would definitely stay again.

Amazing, friendly, and beautifully run hotel! The perfect home base for exploring the city, with epic Duomo views from the breakfast area and some rooms. The free gelato was such a thoughtful touch, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Couldn’t be better located, in the heart directly across from Duomo. Best thing was morning breakfast with ATA, the nicest guy and the free gelato 24 seven. Pistachio was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried it everywhere I travel, also the black cherry AMAZING!!!

My wife and I stayed during our honeymoon. I had been to Florence before and it is one of my favorite cities in the world. This hotel only reaffirmed that. The hotel is a convenient 12 minute walk from the train station and located at the hear of Florence with an incredible view of the Duomo. Amazing cafes nearby, all the food you could eat. The staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Florence!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful. The place was clean. it’s a perfect location. You’re literally in the center of everything. Lots of great food and places to shop. And close to the train station. The rooftop was beautiful. They made our bed and gave us clean towels every day without asking, which is something they don’t tend to do in the United States anymore a lot. The AC worked a lot better than I expected it too. Another thing that I really appreciated was how secure the place was. Which is very important to me.We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The hotel is GREAT location, right next to the Duomo literally. It is also a 12 minute walk to/from the train station, so no need for a taxi, which I initially took to get there and cost $54. The staff was kind and always accommodating. The room I stayed in was a bit outdated and needed updating, but very clean and had some charm. It is an older building, but the charm makes up for it and the location.

Hotel was fantastic and the staff was great. Shot out to Leon (mascot) for being a great greeter. The hotel is in the best location to get a taste of Florence.

We stayed for two nights and I must say the service was top notch, the location was perfect. This hotel is a little Gem. If you want to be in the center of it all and get great service, this is the place to stay. The accommodations are nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and Atta couldn’t have been better. The food he prepared is delicious. The level of attention to detail and service is superb. We were impressed and very satisfied. It was beyond their expectations. Felipe It was funny, cheerful. I’m very helpful. There was a young girl at the front desk as well. I don’t recall her name, maybe Nada or something like that she was also super sweet and kind. This hotel is a little gem and I recommend it highly.

Room was small and so was the balcony. The elevator is tiny as well. The breakfast is lacking, and the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The location was the only and major plus. Plenty of places to eat and walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and Plaza where David statue is, up on the hill. Beautiful scenery.

The Hotel was great! Our room had a beautiful view of the Duomo. Staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was delicious! The staff was wonderful when we were affected by the train strike. They were helping us figure out how to get to Naples. Thank you for a wonderful time!
