Reviews
I just stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the very first night, we noticed an issue with the cleanliness of the room. We woke up covered in bites, and when we informed reception, they dismissed it, claiming it was “just mosquitoes.” However, it was clear that the problem was much worse—likely fleas or bedbugs.
Despite raising the issue multiple times over two nights, nothing was done until the third night, when they finally changed the sheets. By then, the discomfort we endured was already significant. It didn’t help, though, as the bedbugs were probably in the mattresses, showing a serious hygiene issue in the room.
To make matters worse, after three days of this unpleasant situation, we were denied a simple request to fill a water bottle from the breakfast service, which was included in the stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience. We’ve even had to visit a pharmacy to get treatment for the bites. The hotel needs to address these hygiene concerns immediately.
THIS HOTEL THREATENS PEOPLE WHO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE.
Rooms were clean and bigger than most of rooms i have been staying in swiss and paris. I had booked a double standard. Didn’t have any issues with bed bugs like other reviews tell. I think it was one person reviewing with multiple accounts.
Not sure about breakfast because we didn’t opt for it. Would come visit again for sure!
Here’s what happened:
For 3 days, bedbugs feasted on my family. Luckily, I wasn’t bitten, but my two sons were devoured by them.
The staff refused to take responsibility, and, suspiciously, they all repeated the same nonsense: “It’s just mosquitoes.” You don’t need to be Einstein to know those were NOT mosquito bites. We have photos and videos of the bites.
Despite going to reception every day and asking them to disinfect the room, they ignored us and even treated us like we were “crazy,” even after we showed them the bites all over our bodies. Complete incompetence.
On the last day, at checkout, the rude manager/owner (or whoever she was) mistreated my family by denying the existence of the bedbugs despite the bites (you’d have to be truly shameless and a bad person to deny it when your guests are all bitten), and she even refused basic services like water at breakfast. If you read other reviews, you’ll see the same thing happened to others.
We’re now having to use creams for our skin because of staying in that disgusting place.
• Stayed for 3 nights; woke up covered in bites due to bedbugs. I have photos showing bites all over my body.
• Hotel refused to take responsibility; staff insisted the bites were from mosquitoes, treating us as if we didn’t know any better by making such an absurd claim.
• Bedbugs clearly in the mattresses; only changed sheets on the third night, which didn’t help.
• The owner or manager, along with the receptionist, spoke to a family member in an extremely rude and hostile way when he tried to explain the issue, dismissing his concerns and treating him with a complete lack of respect.
They refused to let us fill a water bottle at breakfast, even though it was included in the price.
This hotel is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs. Having traveled to many places in my life, I can confidently say this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had.
