GOGO` Petit Hotel

The hotel pleasantly surprised with its great location - all the main attractions are easily and quickly accessible on foot. The rooms are very clean and cozy. I would like to emphasize the high level of service: the staff is always friendly, responsive and ready to help in any situation. We will definitely come back here again.

A lovely, small hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable; the city is right on the doorstep but the hotel is on a quiet street. There are all the normal noises you'd expect from a busy city but nights are tranquil. Service is friendly and personal. We are a family of four and we took two rooms. Arriving by car they can arrange for a valet service nearby. Sure, the hotel is up up some stairs but you've got to look at where you are.

Rooms are clean, location is excellent, and the service was great! The rooms seemed well and newly renovated, with a strong air conditioner (essential for Florentine summer), and even an excellent hair dryer. The location was within walking distance to major attractions and the train station. We enjoyed walking by the river each morning to central downtown! As the location is near embassies, the neighborhood is also well guarded and feels safe. It was possible to leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout, which was very useful. As it is in a historic building, there are no elevators, but staff were friendly and offered to help with luggage. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Florence.

Excellent customer experience, a hotel that approaches digital: booking and exchange of communications is all done online. Cleaning and standards respected. Located in the center, therefore excellent, both for pleasure and for work.

Splendid guest house, excellent location along the Arno, near the center and ten minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station and a quarter of an hour from the entire historic center of Florence
