Nice and clean hotel with paid parking, had a good experience in Florence

Great location right next to a tram station and not far from SMN.

Bus stop that takes you to piazzale Michangelo is also around the corner.

Breakfast was alright for what it was, delicious honey comb was on offer.

Room was spacious for one and would work well for a couple as well. Air con worked great as my room faced west so got quite hot in the evenings.

Bathroom could have used a bit of work as it showed signs of aging.

Great hotel, I'm happy to return to it during my holidays

Very minute rooms and smaller than japan standards… breakfast was good though. Location walking to city centre. Just a hideout away from noise.

I only stayed one night, but it was a hotel I wanted to stay at for several nights! The hotel was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk or take public transportation to get anywhere, but the road was flat, so moving my suitcase around wasn't too difficult.
The room was very clean and spacious, which made me excited. I had no trouble spreading out my suitcase and it didn't get in the way at all♪The shower room was also spacious. The only amenity was shampoo. However, when I turned on the shower, it came out of the shower on the ceiling first, so I screamed the first time I used it. Be careful (lol)
The breakfast was in the semi-basement, but there were several types of croissants and bread, as well as bacon, ham and cheese, and some raw vegetables. I was very happy to see cherry tomatoes! There was also a whole wheat-like croissant that was delicious♪

The hotel was not chosen in the very center, but near tram and bus stops (100-150 m).
Three stars. The room overlooked the courtyard, which was great, since the hotel is next to the road. It was quiet, there was coffee and tea in the room, a kettle. A refrigerator that maintained 15 degrees. A little better than nothing.
The toilet was not very comfortable, the shower cabin is very small. Well, yes, for a three-star hotel it is normal. One of the advantages is the presence of an elevator. Polite reception.
The breakfast is very average, they do not cook fried eggs or an omelet (well, ok, but there are not even eggs), instead of fried eggs - a fried egg with a piece of crouton inserted into it. Constantly uncleaned tables, since the service is 2 people, one of whom makes coffee and cleans the tables, the second one makes food and makes a display.
If the price was low, it would be possible to put up with it. But for 330 USD it is too much. London is cheaper.
Florence is very dear, and alas, not to the heart. I don't want to go back. Venice rules.

Super friendly staff from the concierge to their kitchen staff. Very enjoyed the room we received as it was very spacious and clean. Great variety of breakfast options and they never left the plates empty for long always had it topped quickly. Fresh coffee served. Location was great we parked our car overnight and walked majority of the time staying here. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Definitely revisiting this hotel if we get the chance to revisit Italy!

What a lovely little hotel. Staff are very nice and hotel is super clean. It’s just over 1 km walk from the main train station or 2 stops on the Tram @ €1.50. The breakfast is the best I had in Italy and the young man serving breakfast is great. You can walk to the city Centre easily about 25 mins. Very quiet. I would stay again. Just note If you book single it is a Single bed
