Hotel Victoria in Florence Italy is a small boutique Hotel in a very central location in Florence . the street Via Nazionale is a very busy /bustling street with many small hotels, but also quite central. walking distance to many of major attractions.

The room is very basic but spotless. there is an elevator. breakfast very good. Easy walk to mercato centrale, duomo and main train station (SMN)

Not a good experience. I understand you get what you pay for, but our room smelled like sewage and smoke. The bathroom smelled horrendous and we had to keep the door closed at all times and open our window to air out the room while we were gone. Also, when we arrived, I had booked 2 rooms in advance. It was not a smooth check in whatsoever. The man at the check in counter was extremely rude. He was instant that I only had one room when I showed him my booking receipt and confirmation email. He told us to come back later without resolving the issue. Luckily, when we came back it was a new, more friendly worker that made check in smooth.

Really only good things to say about this hotel. Location, cleanliness, value for money, staff -were all excellent. Thanks to Deborah and the breakfast staff, and Leonardo (di Caprio) who always were keen to help woth a smile on their face. Ciao!

A very basic 2-3-star hotel with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness. The room lacked any sense of comfort or style, making it incredibly uncomfortable for anyone seeking a more elevated experience. While the staff was kind enough to hold my bags, it didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. The worn decor and lackluster amenities left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it was the only room available—and after staying, I can see why it was one of the only rooms left in Florence.

Very good!
Very Good price-service relationship for short trips. The breakfast is varied (mostly Italian type), the people at the front desk are kind. The room was quite big also. The only “bad” thing is that during the night is noisy outside so my sister had some problems to sleep well.

Value for the money and very nice location. Rooms are clean but bed was more or like uncomfortable. Room was also heavily perfumed with some kind of fragnance. I thini it is because there could be some mold there which is typical for middle and southern europe.
Breakfast included to price of the room and it was really good with variety of different choices.
Hotel is located just nearby big marketplace where you find local delicasies with possibilty to enjoy them at the place.

A very basic 3-star hotel with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness that fell far below my expectations. The room felt cold and uninspired, lacking any real sense of comfort or style, making it an uncomfortable option for travelers looking for an elevated experience. While the staff was courteous and helpful enough to hold my bags, it couldn’t compensate for the overall disappointment of the stay. The decor was tired, with worn-out furniture and uninspiring amenities that felt neglected and far from modern standards. Unfortunately, this was the only room available at the time, and after experiencing it firsthand, I can easily understand why it was available at a busy time of the season.
