A very basic 2-3-star hotel with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness. The room lacked any sense of comfort or style, making it incredibly uncomfortable for anyone seeking a more elevated experience. While the staff was kind enough to hold my bags, it didn’t make up for the overall disappointment. The worn decor and lackluster amenities left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it was the only room available—and after staying, I can see why it was one of the only rooms left in Florence.

Value for the money and very nice location. Rooms are clean but bed was more or like uncomfortable. Room was also heavily perfumed with some kind of fragnance. I thini it is because there could be some mold there which is typical for middle and southern europe.
Breakfast included to price of the room and it was really good with variety of different choices.
Hotel is located just nearby big marketplace where you find local delicasies with possibilty to enjoy them at the place.

I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews, we actually stayed here two separate times throughout our 2 week trip. It’s an older building but we thought it was nice. The staff was all very polite and friendly. They let us drop off our luggage early when we arrived before check in so we could walk around. Pretty full breakfast option. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Has working AC and a mini fridge. Overall we enjoyed our time here. No bed bugs either, I kept reading that in reviews but we found our rooms to be super clean. Also in a fantastic location.

Considering classification of Italian hotels it's really not that bad - in Croatia it would be 1 or 2 stars, I expected that so I wasn't bothered by it.
It was clean, the staff was friendly. Location is awesome, either for visiting Florence or to use Florence as springboard for visiting Tuscany.

Hotel is dated, that's expected, but the staff is not friendly or actually cares about your experience, specially in the night shift I asked, can i drink from the faucet? and they said: well.. yes no.. didn't give a clear answer, i don't know if this was a joke from him, as his face was serious, we ended up having to buy bottles, AC broke in the second day, but we stayed on the room out of fear of given a room with bugs as other reviews shown, i ended up woken up to mosquito bites ( i hope)

We had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean and cosy, the stuff was very friendly. It was better than most 4-star hotels actually. The hotel is close to the station and all the touristic places to visit. We were checking out but didn't have our train until night, the gentleman at the reception offered us to keep our bags so we could still visit the city without having to carry the heavy bags. It was a very kind gesture. Italians are very nice, I will learn italian and be back again.🙂
