Good location ,Clean, The room is big comfortable for 3 people. Staff also helpful I asked for extra pillows and kettle they brought it not difficult👍 For family it’s a bit dark from Style and decoration but it’s safe.

The hotel was converted from a seminary 500 years ago. After being abandoned for a while, it was bought by the Ferragamo family and modernized in 2022

The first floor of the hotel is a buyer's store and a 10-11 restaurant (the appetizer meat ball is highly recommended)

Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

There is usb sockets in the room however they don’t work and there is only one socket for the room. Also the mattress is only a mattress topper so not very thick. The staff were helpful in lending a plug.

Had a great stay, particularly for what I paid and would have given fully glowing review if it wasn’t for the wifi being so slow, if it worked at all, which made my stay SO SO SO SO frustrating

I liked the hotel very much. Large and comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, very tasty breakfast, large bathroom. Of the minuses - there was no partition in the bathroom, when you take a shower - the floor is wet.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating over the one night stay! Location is conveniently near the metro.

My rain shower and toilet seat were broken. My shampoo bottle was empty and the hotel maid didn’t top up. The receptions are very nice and the hotel are very clean with good location

Located near train station. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We had checked out on morning but still allows us to rest on the resting area while waiting for our train after lunch.

The last time a hotel used Dyson was in Shanghai Disney Hotel, and the price was much more expensive than here. Breakfast is on the roof, which is a good angle to take pictures of the church

The room was amazing, the location was great, it looked very new, no faults at all.

There was a lamp on each side of the bed and a light switch which would turn off the lights, meaning that you wouldn’t have to get up to turn off the lights. The hotel does the job if you’re staying over for a day or two

The fitness room was quite small, but had good equipment. Overall, I think the rooms could do with some renovation. To sum it all up, I would recommend booking with this hotel! FOLLOWING UP

Stayed here for a conference nearby at the politecnico di milano. The location is really great and cozy feeling, there are lots of good restaurants to try nearby that seem to not be so tourist-y

Good value for the money considering location. But there are some disadvantages: the corridor in the standard room is narrow, the bidet is strangely located opposite the toilet, and it's a bit dirty

This is a very good hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and many attractions. The hotel service is very considerate and very friendly to Chinese people.

There's a small park nearby, you can walk through it to get to the metro station, which takes around 15 minutes of walk. Location wise it's a good choice

Room was nice, only improvements would be a bigger fridge (inside of it was small), bigger shower area and potentially better air con but it worked fine. Bed was great size for a single bed

This is an excellent 3 star hotel with exceptional service nothing less; for the price is a great deal being close to the Lotto metro station from where you can go anywhere in Milano

Breakfast was included and it was a good variety every morning with (unsurprising for Italy) a good coffee machine

We only stayed one night but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is across from a park so there was a lovely view. The only downside is that there was a loud group outside in the middle of the night

We booked a double room for a week during fashion week and the hotel was very nice. The room was large with huge windows for great light during the daytime but very efficient blackout curtains for sleeping

The hotel is a nice clean hotel with a few good amenities. There are reasturants across the street from the hotel. Every other establishment is a restaurant. Its a 20 miniure walk to the Milan Cathedral

It's an old fashioned hotel that's not quite close to the main city sites but has a few large, clean, comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Best reserved for a business trip, perhaps

Clean. Breakfast buffet is small but you can find cornflakes, different cheese , croissants, fresh fruit &... , there is no room view. It’s good for just sleeping

Location is the best, near Central station but quite! Safe location as local Milan area. Service is perfect and has 24 hour service and concierge . My room was clean and enough area .

It's really expensive. Every inch of land costs a lot. It's very close to duomo and cardona train station. The location is really good and the service is very good. The room is a bit small, but it's quite comfortable.

The hotel was a bit tricky to find but that was the whole charm of it —going through a small door within a larger door (?) the entryway being a giant hall with stairs, the tiny one person elevator haha it was a cute alice in wonderland esque experience
