Feel clean and comfortable. But, the procedure to access to free Wifi is complicated. Also, the breakfast is simple.

My shower overflowed until I took a wire hanger I had brought with me and snaked out the drain only to find what look like a hairball the size of a small squirrel (see photo). When we went to Milan, we thought that there was no bad food to be found, but the hotel proved us wrong. The hotel had one man who was the bartender, the cook as well as the person who delivered the food to different hotel rooms. When we placed our water for dinner for the 4 of us, he brought up one meal at a time and then he only brought up two meals and forgot the other two people. This is not what I would call good service. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful, but this only applied when they had to give minimal effort. There were only two exceptions. One man who was working the night desk who because I couldn't hook up my alarm clock made an effort to wake me up in my room so I could take my medication at 3 in the morning. The other was the woman at the front desk who was kind enough to take my post cards and cash and mail them for me since I would not have time in the morning two go find some place that had stamps. These were the only exceptions at the hotel, and for them I am grateful.
