Hilton Milan

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is

My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful. Super convenient location, 5 min walk from the central train station. Would stay here again— grazie a mille!

Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a new room on the 4th floor that had undergone a recent renovation. Wow...very nice rooms, very modern. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food although some of the hot items were room temperature. The main dining room and restaurant had great options and was our favorite.

We stayed for three nights and were delighted with the hotel. We started with a glass of Chianti Classico which was one of the best reds we have drunk for a long time. The breakfast was great, the choice enormous and the staff, especially Maria, adorable. The location was great, a sort walk from all of the beauty of Milano

We had an exceptional experience at Hilton Milan. When our young child became very sick, the front desk staff and concierge quickly arranged transportation to a children's hospital and provided invaluable support. Thanks to their prompt and caring assistance, everything turned out fine. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with helpful staff always available. Parking was easy, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I have to say I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews about this hotel but we had a great experience.
The location is very close to the central station which is a huge plus for some but it’s not far from the duomo. You can drive for 10 minutes and literally park just a few steps away from it.
The hotel is a bit old but they are renovating it. The rooms are clean and sanitary.
The breakfast buffet is great with lots of variety and the employees are professional and very friendly.
Connecting rooms option and booking them ahead of time is a great advantage for families and that option is very limited in Milan.
There is a 24 hours parking lot right next to it with direct access to the lobby using an elevator. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to have an agreement with the parking managers to allow hotel guests to pay the full day fee with an option to leave and come back any time. We had to pay for parking every time we leave and park.
We really enjoyed our time in Milan and the hotel made a big difference. Thank you Hilton. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

What an incredible experience I had in Hilton Milan! The main reason I’d go back there is because of their hospitality and incredible service! Super helpful staff and the kindest people ever.

Even with critical requests they were able to go to the next level and help me. Moreover, the location is perfect. It’s 4 minutes walking from the central station which can get you to wherever you want easily!
