Hilton Milan delivers an experience that truly deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed with the exceptional professionalism and warmth of their reception and concierge team. The wonderful woman with reddish hair at the front desk remembered so many personal details from our interactions, which made the stay feel thoughtful and elevated. Equally impressive was the lovely team member managing the breakfast check-in—warm, efficient, and consistently welcoming each morning.
Every staff member I encountered exemplified outstanding customer service and a guest-first mindset. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set this hotel apart from many others I’ve experienced in Milan.

Nice hilton with a new premium feel. Huge breakfast spread. Good size rooms and gym.
Gym : threadmill, elliptical and recliner bike; cable machine. Good amount of floor of floor space to exercise.
Breakfast is amazing with classic Italian but also plenty of sour options, including Asian.
Rooms are good size, very nice bathrooms with plenty of amenities.

My experience at Hilton Milan was not the best. Upon arrival, we parked on the ground floor. At check-in, the front-desk agent (I believe her name was Eleorena) welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service.
The problem began when we went to the concierge. The concierg which was a tall, bald light-skin man who sometimes wears black sunglasses ( can't recall his name ) refused our request to have our luggage brought up from the car. He lifted his head, gave us a dismissive look, and said: “Either bring the car to me, or wait two hours for the next shift. I’m not going to the ground floor to get it myself.”
We understand that guests are expected to pull up to the hotel entrance; however, the manner in which this was communicated was extremely rude and disrespectful. Feeling uncomfortable, we returned to Eleorena to ask for help and reported the concierge’s behavior. She apologized, said she was aware of the man’s behavior, and offered to bring the luggage herself. Of course, we did not want a woman to carry six suitcases alone, so we accompanied her and carried the luggage ourselves.
This behavior is unacceptable at an international hotel such as Hilton.

I had a great week in the suite room. The location is perfect. The room is super cool; it's luxurious yet still has the classic European style. The bar was good; I met nice people. The people at the reception were very kind. Highly recommended.

I had a really lovely stay at Hilton Milan. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was consistently excellent. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and wonderfully quiet – the beds in particular were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and I had a great night’s rest each evening. The bathroom and wet room area was also a really good size and felt fresh and well designed.
Breakfast was a real highlight. There’s such a wide range of options, both hot and cold, that there’s genuinely something for everyone. The waiting staff at breakfast were fantastic – attentive, warm and always ready with a smile, which made the mornings even more enjoyable.
I’m also excited about the new Pizza Aut restaurant opening later this year – it’s definitely another reason for me to come back. Overall, Hilton Milan exceeded my expectations and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is

I stayed here during the first week of 2025. While I won’t comment much on the hardware or facilities, I’d like to share my experience.
The moment I walked in with my luggage, I immediately noticed the security guard eyeing me like I was a thief. Even as I moved to the seating area to wait, the guard followed me the entire way.
I can’t help but question: is this racial discrimination? Would this have happened if I were of a different ethnicity or skin color? I didn’t see the same treatment being given to white travelers.
This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Such behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful. Super convenient location, 5 min walk from the central train station. Would stay here again— grazie a mille!

Great location less than 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale station. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to a new room on the 4th floor that had undergone a recent renovation. Wow...very nice rooms, very modern. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food although some of the hot items were room temperature. The main dining room and restaurant had great options and was our favorite.
