We arrived late in the evening and the reception personal was really friendly and kind. The room was relatively speaking small but very modern and acceptable clean. Two things that annoyed us were that the Shower was moldy. (Requested feedback and did not get an answer within the stay) The other thing was that there is not really free water (one bottle for platinum member) and the mini bar price list was hidden and just a QR Code. The breakfast was good but nothing special. The checkout desk was really slow in the morning of the checkout we waited around 30 minutes. I would rate it 3,5. The price is too high for what it is.

Stayed for 2 nights and was welcomed by Fabricio. Great and friendly service, provides all the info for us to get around town, places to go for meals, and how to get to the airport too. Felt well look after and great location with exceptional restaurants nearby, walking distance to the Train Station. Highly recommended.

To be honest “IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD”
first of all the hotel canceled my reservation for no reason then I do it again with 15% increase in the price if you ask why I thought it is a good hotel! When I came to them and told them they was like not our jop
I paid 2100 EUR for 6 nights!
Then no water they charge you for it every day + no tea bags etc…
The room was not isolated I could hear my Neighbors and couldn't sleep, you can not close the widow very.
You can not control the a/c it is centerpased a lot of things was not good
Finally the crew was good
I give it 4/10 never do the experience again

A lovely new hotel. Room and bathroom are small however everything is clean and modern. It's a 5 minute walk down 1 road to Milano Centrale station and around a 3 minute walk to Lima metro station. A few stops away from Duomo.
A train ticket cost 2.20 euro for 90 minutes on the metro.
Good value for money.
The breakfast is decent however between 9-10 on weekdays they don't refill the food and things can run out.
The rooms are cleaned relatively well however they didn't seem to change the bedding unless requested or dust.

Good location, nice rooms with excellent shower.
If I could rate service at minus it would very much be so. Staff are acting “according to policy” and not according to the needs of their guests.
NH is a great brand and I have stayed in many NH hotels around Europe.
This service was never part of any NH properties.
Will think if I want to visit NH once again.
