Really amazing!!! Starting with the owners; Ermanno and Alessia, Really sweet and very kind. They made us feel the typical warmth of southern Italy, welcoming us with a big smile and a delicious cake prepared by them for breakfast. Beautiful and wide spaces, perfect home equipped with all comforts. Really GOOD !!! 100% RECOMMENDED !!

Not a bad spot to stay in Palermo, it's nice and authentic right near several tourist spots. There is a restaurant downstairs but it only seems to be open when I've already found somewhere else to eat and I'm on my way back home. Patrizia is a very welcoming person and a nice family atmosphere is created in the house. Clean, excellent location there is everything you need to feel good. I certainly recommend it.

Patrizia is really helpful and always available to help. the breakfast in the morning is great. The coffee is free. Private toilets are clean. Not to mention the cutest dog ever that welcomes you.

What to say? A holiday within a holiday! An environment in which you laugh, converse pleasantly with an attentive and friendly hostess and with equally polite and friendly guests, pampered by organic sweets out of the home oven, a breakfast that makes you "taste" Sicily, I can't wait to return !

Mrs. Patrizia is very kind and helpful. Very clean, spacious rooms and a favorable position to visit all the historic center. The breakfast is above average for a b & b. The bathroom is not communicating with the room but is still for exclusive use.

Congratulations to the managers, we were treated really well, they make you feel at home, excellent location just outside the center so as to avoid the busiest area and the ZTL,

The lady was always very kind and flexible, really nice room, and essential for us motorcyclists, there is a fenced condominium space with gate and cameras where you can park your motorbike in peace! Recommended! ✌️

We enjoyed our stay at the B&B. The room was clean, there are bus stops close by and the owners were really nice and helped us out with any questions. The only thing we did not like that much was that you could hear everything though the walls. There are only two other rooms so it was not that bad after all. Thank you for a great stay!

Really nice place, always clean and tidy, great location 20 mins walk to city centre. And the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Will come second time.
