Not too far ftom the train station The apartment was quite nice. The a/c was a great addition. The apartment was very roomy and quiet comfortable. Walking up the stairs was a bit if a challenge, so if you have big luggage think twice. Outside at night feels a bit dodgy. Would be excellent with a bit more human one on one interaction
Modern apartment, but non working AC The apartment was spacious and the checkin was quick and easy. However, the "air condition" almost did not work. We had it at the coolest setting, but the room stayed at 27 degrees Celsius throughout the night. When I contacted the owner, he tried to help to solve the problem, but we concluded that since it is a fancoil and not real AC, he was unable to help. It...
Central location, clear check-in instructions and very responsive host. The self check-in was convenient. Building has an elevator and it is a historical building with marble staircase. Property had the amenities as described as clean towels, toiletries, hair drier, safety deposit box, hangers and wine and prosecco glasses. The hosts were nice enough to leave some complimentary water and prosecco in...
Great communication with the host, convenient location. And the jacuzzi in the room was fantastic!
Good place with free parking places A good place for a short stay to visit Palermo. A lot of free carpark places nearby, I was lucky to get a spot right in front of the entrance door :) 10-minute walk from the main city center, however it's good to wander around since it's a very Palermo real-spirit zone with a lot of cheap, tasty food and coffee options. The room is modern with perfect mattress and...
The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. I also asked for an extra blanket because I was cold and didn't want to sleep with the heating on to avoid getting sick, but I didn't get a response back or a blanket

Amazing venue! Really crazy classy place and quite cheap! We rented a two bedrooms flat which was a palazzo del siglo XVI. Breathtakingly beautiful and quite. On the ceiling, beautiful frescoes... very high ceiling, sumptuous balconies... indulge mortals!
Great location to stay in Palermo. Nice accomodatiion in a wunderful renovated pallazzo extremely central but astoundinlgly quiet if your room is to the courtyard. The greatest detail of this site is the amazing host, Luna an extremely kind person with deep knowledge of culture and history. All of us enjoyed our stay in Palermo and will come back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

No hotel is better. Paulo and his wife do an excellent job. She makes the most wonderful breakfast right from her grandmother's recipes. You will be treated like someone special when you come to the Alma. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is kind and helpful.
We had a wonderful two night stay. I requested an upgrade as it was my wife's birthday. The free upgrade was to a suite. On the day of her birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly was left in the room. Staff extremely courteous and friendly, room exceptionally large and clean. Best breakfast ever experienced in Italy with delicious cakes to see you through most of the day. Highly recommended.
Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. In a great location, room was very clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Would highly recommend
Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The place is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and generous. The location is excellent.
Clean modern rooms, great location (walkable to shops and restaurants), extremely kind staff, and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. We loved our time in Palermo and would definitely stay again.
This isn't a hotel per say, but a B&B arranged as an hotel. The building is full of levels re-arranged as an B&B an hotels. So don't expect a huge lobby or a bar. It's just a small lobby used for breakfast and 7 rooms. The rooms are well done, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and ok to use. The hotel is run by a family and everybody is taking care of travellers, which is really nice...

Pleasant one night stay in this Best Western . It’s convenient to Palermo Lolli train station for airport … ten minute walk and in a nice area . Nice common area on ground floor and large breakfast room . The shower was modern and was most welcome after a long trip from Taormina that day . Reception was very pleasant and helpful . Would stay here again .
Heritage hotel Excellent location near many restaurants and cultural sites. Neighborhood is quiet. No AC until May. Today's high is 25C
It's okay. It's a bit like a small hotel with a restaurant. If you are on a business trip and have a low budget, you can choose this hotel. It has basic facilities. Hygiene: OK, not particularly clean Facilities: Generally a bit old Service: Average
The room is a bit small but clean, the facilities are acceptable, and the location is not far from the train station and the theater, which is quite convenient.
Good treatment and very friendly

we were a group of 'older' guys who like food beer and travel I have travelled many times in Italy --many times 5 star-- this hotel leaves them standing--spotless, huge rooms aircon that works great area good breakfast but most of all a friendly welcome from the staff
what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks we are a group of well travelled 'older' guys who enjoy short breaks --100% satisfied with this hotel and indeed Palermo
The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.
Great location, lots of lively options for food and drink. Bed is a little hard and shower very little but staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me check in at 10am because the the room was ready which was fantastic
I liked the location of the property. The hotel was very dated. They were very rigid, I was specifically told that if i was not at the reception by check out time then I will charged extra. Stay elsewhere, there are plenty of hotels around the area.
The staff was awesome and very helpful. Street noise a bit loud. Shower door needs attention. Step down in extra room needs signage. Room 103. Can be very dangerous

Water pressure for shower was non existent… otherwise clean and functional
It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.
Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.
Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted...
Top choice among budget hotels 😍 Big thanks to Giacomo and Luca who were attentive to every single detail. They are making this place look much better! Pillows are fantastic! And you get real mozzarella for breakfast 😋 AC is working properly Grazie 🙏

Superb B&B We very much enjoyed our stay here and I can recommend it to anyone. We felt welcomed from the first moment by the nice man who handles the parking, then by Mr. Giuseppe who took care of us, both charming and service minded. The place is clean and well kept, the double suite we had was spacious and the beds firm but comfortable. The air conditioners were efficient and the shower worked...
If you drive, you have to go into the walking street. Breakfast is small, towels are not provided for everyone. Water is free. The room is spacious. You ring the doorbell but no one answers. You have to call.
Giuseppe is a wonderful host. The breakfast was amazing as was the staff! Great location!
Small authentic B&B in an upmarket area of Palermo with parking. Convenient location. Very large room for a family of 5 and beds were comfy. Don’t expect 5 star decor and furnishings. Photos are accurate. A great stay - would recommend!
Weekend in Palermo Palazzo Pantaleo is a solid 3 star hotel on the road that becomes the main passagio for the town on the weekends. Because it's set back from the street, you can get away from what is a very large crowd without any problems. The room, the bed and the bathroom were all very clean.
All staff are friendly. Great location and walkable to the attractions in the city. Easy parking that we could just walk in Palermo and drive to other cities for a day trip. We could have the great start of the day by enjoying breakfast at the nice dining area and greeted by friendly staff. Bottles of water were filled every day, it was great with such a hot weather.

Showing signs of age This must've been an awesome property when it opened 10 years ago, but it is not the same as it once was. The walls are dirty in some places, some of the gaps between the tiles are discolored, the cracks are starting to appear in the shower floor. The room was crowded to the point that it was hard to move the desk chair out. And that is the only chair there was in the room....
The staff here was great, very friendly and welcoming. The property however looked very unkept and the photos on the website were misleading. The window in the bathroom was left open when we first entered and our room was invested with mosquitos, I was bit all over my body. There were black spots in the ceiling on the bathroom, could have been mold but I'm not sure. The hotel is next to an ambulance...
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station in mostly quiet residential area. The breakfast is not included but well worth the price. Be sure to order the evening before. The rooms are organized around a central courtyard with numerous places to sit. This is a nice place to visit with fellow travellers but does encourage noisy conversation and telephone calls. My first night was quiet...
Excellent Hotel This an excellent small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is a in a good position to explore Pamermo. We could not have asked for more.
Recommended for Palermo Amazing beds and shower. Close to city centre and a short walk to the bus station. Friendly, helpful staff, assisted with a great restaurant recommendation. Rooms maybe soundproofed, didn't hear any other guests at all.

The hotel is situated in via Roma near the railway station. An excellent starting point for exploring Palermo. It is on the four floors of the building. The room is extra big. There is air conditioning in the room. The...
The hotel is perfectly positioned, in Via Roma near to everything you could ask for - supermarket (Lidl), restaurants, pizzerie and the centro storico. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds and good shower. I really liked the view from my window. The girls working at reception were both fantastic, helping us out with everything.
It is very hard for me to leave such a low review, as the staff were amazing at this hotel. Only complaint: The room was ice cold. The air conditioner wasn't warm enough, even on max heating.
Staff is super friendly and will help you with anything you need. Position is perfect as you can reach almost all the Palermo's attractions on foot. Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast included. The hotel is also close to the Ferrovie Dello Stato parking lot which cost about 10€ per day. Price is competitive. Recommended.
This family-run hotel in a historic building offered us some of the best value in Palermo. We stayed in room 4, which was very spacious, had a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, two balconies, and air-conditioning. The room was reasonably clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property is located just steps from the Quattro Canti, an excellent location for walking to all attractions. We found our room a bit dated and definitely in need of a makeover. The headboard is made of fabric, which is not washable and therefore unhygienic. The air conditioning is noisy, so if it's very hot and you have to leave it on at night, it would be annoying. The soundproofing is terrible...
Never again. Not worth the price The place is not up to standard. Very old building with little maintenance. Electrical fittings are old and don't inspire confidence. No wardrobe or mini fridge, the paint on the wall needs a new coat and the curtains need replacing. The air condition unit looks like 15 years old. I switched it off after 2 minutes as it was letting off a bad smell. No luggage store...
Excellent location and close to all main attractions and management very helpful in recommending what to do and where to go

Perfect location in the middle of the city, just nearby main street, double security doors on entrance. Very welcome and warm hosting, nice and clean room, big bathroom space and balkony for smokers, would recommend breakfast as well as good value for price, they even met our requirements of very early breakfast on the last day. Nice place to stay Only the Breackfast is poor :(
The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Lemon candy is provided and the staff is very friendly.
Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. The room was spacious enough and very close to the train station, located on an old street with an inconspicuous entrance. The facilities were rather old. The staff were quite friendly. However, it might be inconvenient if you arrive at night and don't speak the language.
Palermo...!!! It's something... What a wonderful city! I fell in love with Sicily because of it, and because of the Art Lincoln Hotel. What wonderful people work there! It is a convenient and ordinary accommodation. There are no special features, but it is not bad if you book it just for sleeping.
Clean hotel, close to the train station. Delicious breakfast, good place to stay in Palermo on a budget.
Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. Clean and through what’s app able to contact the owner if an issue. Code to get in door. Come and go. Breakfast right outside our door top floor. Marble steps. No elevator. A great workout. lol. Friendly staff. Air conditioning. Modelled as an old Sicilian home.
Nice Stay Great location in historical district. We were able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
We only stayed one night at this property on our way through Palermo and it was nice but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the steps were steep and narrow. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was good for walking to nearby shops and restaurants.
Great location, close to port and shopping and restaurants. Staff is so nice and helpful. There are a lot of steps to get to the rooms and they are a little narrow. Good service and communication on arrival. This is clean, basic accommodation in Palermo that was great for a short stay. There is a lift to the accommodation, which was much appreciated to get to level 8. Well located to walk to the major sites. I would return for a short stay in Palermo.
Clean, functional, powerful shower, roof terrace.
This is a great little B&B for travelers or vacationers. Massimo is extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they do a great job. There is also a communal kitchen with a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and city.
The B&B does not have an external sign, there is only the writing on the bell. It is in fact an apartment in a condominium two minutes from the court. This is a small hotel in an excellent location. You can easily walk to many famous locations. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are amazing. We paid extra for the daily breakfast service and we were extremely satisfied with the quality and selection of items. We would definitely stay here again.
So, this hotel has some definite pluses and minuses. The pluses: The room is clean and large. The wifi is good. The location is central. There's a decent shower. Front desk staff really tries. The minuses: The thermostat doesn't actually do anything (my room was rather warm). The location is VERY loud at night -- bring earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. I got woken up by drunk screaming arguments...
The location is great as it is close to the city centre but overall it is an ordinary hotel. Our room had a particular strong smell that wasn’t nice and it was quite dark as the windows were opening to an internal space. We didn’t try breakfast there but instead went to nearby coffee bars. There wasn’t any particular service that makes it special and they don’t have free parking so we had to take our...
Hotel room was spacious especially for European standards and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with hot water which was resolved while we were there but we did have to take 1 night of cold showers. Location is very very walkable.
Beautiful Boutique Hotel. Great Location. Front desk, especially Valentina was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet was delicious and Rosy (our server) was the BEST!! The only issue was our room faced the street and it could get loud into the early morning hours.
Decent stay at the P da L. Front desk service and location was perfect. AC, internet and TV worked well. Housekeeping could have been better. Body wash was not replaced twice! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were smaller but comfortable. Recommended

Granted that I have seen it on TV and my review is for the initiative. Really commendable!
The gulet is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the crew, Angelo Guglielmo Gerardo and Eleonora are serious qualified and helpful professionals with whom we spent a wonderful holiday that we will not easily forget. Thank you!
Unforgettable week. Superlatives Angelo, Guglielmo, Eleonora and Gerardo of the staff. One thing that makes holidays beautiful is when you forget what day it is. This is exactly what happened to us on the Tersane IV.
The TV programs four hotels and four restaurants are only fiction. All fake.
I state that I am writing the review even though I have never been there, but based only on the TV program "4 Hotel". I would just like to congratulate the owner; because he really seems like an exquisite person. A real gentleman, bravo! If I ever return to Palermo for other holidays, it will surely be your boat that I will choose to stay overnight. I hope .. see you soon!
