This is the second time we have stayed at this property, returning after a great stay last year. The staff are lovely and we have been looked after again. We look forward to returning next year.

Worth the stay. Overall great. Checkin was difficult as had to figure out where different hotel for checkin was located. We were then referred back to our hotel for Checkin. Also breakfast was st that other hotel. So confusing but all worked out. Very central location. Clean, comfortable.

Hotel nice and with good location

A quiet little place in the heart of the city, walkable to almost all of the historic sites and the waterfront. Abundant number of places to find food locally.

Overall good but needs some slight improvements. There should be a wastebasket in the bedroom, the tiny one in the bathroom is no way near big enough, also there is no toilet paper holder, definitely should have one and get rid of the soap holder in the shower it's way too big and you keep bumping into it. Put one in that is a more appropriate size and out of the way.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Such a unique hotek. The stairwell with all of its hanging plants was so enchanting to walk through each day. The room was large, nicely decorated and had a good bed. The bathroom was newly renovated. I was pleasantly surprised to have a patio with lovely views. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the self check in was seamless. I would definitely stay here again

Isabella made our check in and our stay very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small for a triple bed room. The location of the hotel allowed us to explored the historic center and gave us easy access to transportation to farther areas. We felt comfortable leaving our car in street parking nearby.

The building has a number of small hotels. Hotel City Center is on the first floor and is serviced by an elevator. The room was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful, and very knowledgable about various sites in Palermo. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and an easy half hours walk from the station.

For the price paid per night (＜£70) and its location, it’s what you need for exploring Palermo. Walkable distance to Palermo Lolli train station (where the airport train will take you) and bus stops. On a quieter street with coffee shop downstairs and a couple of bars in close distance. Lots of options for dinner close by too. The room was basic, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom could go a refresh...

Incredible central location, very nice people, good value, slept like a dream, taste for quality.

I have no complaints with anything but the room I took was very small. Also the reception area was a 2 flight walk up with no elevator. The hosts were very kind and the breakfast was ample.

Very clean hotel in a fantastic location. Old fashioned fournitures that give a touch of liberty style. The lady who received us was very attentive to our needs. A very good place to stay when visiting Palermo. Last but not least, there is a very good supervised parking at a very short distance.

One of the best hotel where I was ever.

What a gorgeous little hotel! Prompt communication, friendly service but foremost it is a beautiful building right by the train station. The room has high ceilings, gorgeous floors , comfortable bed, very clean and a stunning view from the balcony. I would return in a heart beat. A very nice host and super friendly. Location is around the corner of central station. Rooms, bed and airconditioning were comfortable enough to spend the night. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my two week stay here. So much Aloha! I felt at home here. I fully recommend this place to anyone. Nice view towards the ocean as well. I can see the ocean from my place in Honolulu, Hawaii as well. It's extremely important to me. They kept my place extremely clean and offered breakfest in my room! A beautiful bed and breakfast. The room we had was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was standard Italian breakfast. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. Location is fantastic and lots of attractions are within walking distance. All in all a great place to stay in Palermo

Cute 16th century place. Adequate service very slow and not consistent. Beds not very comfortable so I slept on the couch. Only thing that was nice was the breakfast and surprisingly for an area with some of the best espresso their espresso was disgusting.

It is a structure full of charm; our room was very large, tidy, fresh and clean. The style between modern and ancient make the environment unique. The welcome of Mr. Michele is excellent, she knows how to advise and indicate every useful detail even for very short stays like ours (only two nights), also taking into consideration the presence of an 8-year-old child, recommending areas and parks suitable...

I highly recommend Bellaroto Suits, beautiful modern rooms, but with the old historical still kept in the details of the interior. The host Michele is really so warm, with great adwise to were to go and what is a must to be seen and to eat. So welcoming and heartwarming staff. The location couldnt have been more excellent, so close to everything you might need on your trip.

Miguel / Michael is an amazing host and his partner Rita as well. Location proved very suitable for inner city explorations, our rooms were pretty spacious, very clean with a taste for interior design. Yummy hearty breakfast and great local recommendations by our host on where to go for dinner made this stay truly enjoyable.

I spent a week at 120 Rodionoff in June (for work). A Very comfortable B&B, complete with everything: private bathroom with Jacuzzi whirlpool, 32-inch LCD TV with satellite, small terrace where in the evening I sat to read the newspaper and take coffee, air conditioning (but for sleeping I found the ceiling fan). Two of us stayed two nights and had a wonderful stay. It is a little strange as the entry to the rooms are next to the living space of the owners, but they are really nice even if they only spoke a little English. Clean and respectable place and would consider staying again.

We have found an offer remarkable: less than 20€\night-to-head with the breakfast. Our room was large and equipped with shower. Not good for the cleanliness of the room and two shared bathrooms. A magnificent B&B, only two very beautiful rooms, WiFi, in the city center and a great host who will bend over backwards to explain Palermo and all its sights and restaurants to you. Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night. Not a pleasant experience. Breakfast could have been more assorted as well.

Very good accommodation close to Palermo's center (walking distance 10 minutes). NIce and large rooms with air conditioning and private toilets (external to the rooms except for one rooom). Excellent sweet and salted breakfast with Sicilian specialities like cannoli, croissants and Cakes. Very gentle and nice owners, careful to every possible need of the guests. Adviced!

Very good small hotel in the city center. I stayed there for 3 days 3 years ago on my trip in Sicily. Fair price and nice intersting decorated rooms, clean and with a balcony. Receptionist was kind to suggest me good place to eat.
