The location is perfect, right in the center opposite the Teatro Massimo. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hospitality was truly exceptional. They left us one day more to allow us to rest after the day around Palermo and before taking the plane back in the evening. I highly recommend it.

A lovely spacious and peaceful (with the windows closed!) retreat in the heart of the city. The apartment and shower room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and both Giovanni and Francesca pleasant and obliging. The kitchen facilities are great for breakfast and light snacks.

This place is an absolute gem. My room was very comfortable and quiet in a great location. I was easily able to walk everywhere. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Plus a delicious breakfast in the morning. Definitely will be back!! Thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful!

Italy keeps surprising me. I’ve seen a lot of Italy and didn’t know what to expect from and in Palermo. Again I was pleasantly surprised. By the beautiful town of Palermo but especially by the Khalisah accommodation! What a fantastic place at the edge of the old part of Palermo! They have 12 rooms. Unfortunately we only saw one. Stay here. For real. The rooms are nice, the people are helpful, the breakfast is good, and it is in a fantastic location (walkable to everything) but still quiet. Bonus, if you drive then there is actual free parking right outside which is a godsend in Palermo.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and nicely done up. The hotel is central located and surrounded by lot of spots. Despite central location, the surrounding is calm. We had a delightful stay at the Bella Palermo in early June. Giacomo was a charming and helpful host and was available to answer any questions we had about the property and Palermo. What a gem of a hotel. Don't be put off by the facade or the location. The rooms are very large, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are elegantly detailed and though you'd think the noise from traffic would be an issue, I didn't hear a thing. Staff are lovely. Great hotel.

Despite the fact that on entering the room we were met by the impressive size of the cockroach (cm 4) normal level at an affordable price. To sleep comfortable, the location is convenient. The Internet is not very stable.

Mr. Mario is very crazy, a unique person, with a heart of gold.
