Very good location, super clean & comfortable room, delicious breakfast with affordable price. But most of all, the host Giovanni is amazing! He is very kind and tries to give as much help as he can. One thing I really have to mention is we accidentally left out coat in the closet but Giovanni helped us get it back at our next hotel! Grazzie mille Giovanni!

Great location in the old City center all the sites are within walking distance, great host, clean rooms. Can be a little noisy at night but every major city in Italy is the same.

This was an absolute "hidden star" in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were super-cute and clean. Honesty Bar was a nice feature. Really close to the main streets and many attractions. The breakfast was lovely!

Was easy to check in and check out after hours and the breakfast wad good every morning. The location is extremely convenient. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a shorter walk to a bunch of restuarants and things to do. The front desk also gave a lot of recommendations that were super helpful and lots of fun. Great experience overall.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My only issue was the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely hot, and took hours for the A/C to somewhat cool the room.

This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything.

Just like any historic center in Italy, facade looks gritty. However, once in the door to the B&B suite, hey presto, bedroom suite is modern and clean! Alessandro is fantastic… he responds day or night! Nice breakfast spread included. Facility is less than 10 minutes walk from Palermo train station centrale. Up Via Roma and street parallel to it have plenty of eateries!

The apartamento was excellent, it was very clean, cosy and placed in the middle of the city, so we didn't need any public transport in order to visit Palermo. Chiara was very nice and the treat was excellent.

I stayed here for almost one month in July 2017. The family that owns this Hotel made it feel like home to me. My room was kept clean and was allowed to park my bici in their parking garage. Great place to stay and I felt very comfortable the entire stay :) I always found parking on near by streets for my rental car as well. Just wait until after 5pm or so.... Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa for everything...

It was February 2018 so the rainy season. The family who runs the Hotel is very good with Service，very clean，quaint，most reasonable price for the area. Very Sicilian，frugal in that no frills kind of authentic experience which I recommend for spoiled Americans who dont understand how real Europeans who are authentic live. Budget place. Fairly nice staff. Clean bed, tiny bathroom and shower. Next to the Bolaro market so noisy and lively. Breakfast is disappointing but a nice cafe for capuccino and croissant is 20 steps away. A few hundred meters away from the main shopping street as well.

In a very peculiar and agréable architectural style house back from early 1900 years it’s where this lovely b&b lies. I visited the place with my two daughters and we all agreed that it was the best we had ever been guests in. The pillows were the most doftiest ever. The rooms were vlean and tidy. The breakfast was nice but It was all the same whole week. I would have liked to have fresh fruits and juice. The personal was nice and polite.

Tastefully and modernly furnished accommodation with outdoor shower comes along with very nice owners and a beautiful and lively beach within walking distance. Questions were answered via Whats App quickly at any time. Yoghurt, tea and coffee could be consumed around the clock. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the accommodation.

You get what you pay for. Since it is a two Star hotel of course the rooms are quite spartan, but they are very clean and spacious enough. The AC works, which is the most important part. I slept like a bear, but the neighbours might have heard my snoring

Great location for access to both old and newer in this exciting city. Room was immaculately clean and Giuseppe couldn't have been more helpful. I have a suspicion he is a perfectionist! Oh, it's on the 6th floor via the lift. Thankfully the friendly neighbours downstairs provided that essential piece of information.

This family hotel is elegantly decorated, with comfortable and clean bedding. There are two vanities in the bathroom, which is very user-friendly. Although it is a bit far from the scenic spot, you can visit various shops along the way and arrive at the scenic spot you want to visit without realizing it.

This is very lovely, old and honest place. You get what you paid for. The owner lady is very nice person. The place has a character, there is a cat 😸, the room we stayed had Aircon and TV (we didn't use it), great location. The bedsheets/towel were clean and ironed (but old- which we didn't mind). We just arrived late last night and we still haven't completed our stay yet. But we absolutely fall in love with this place. It gives you the experience of staying in a museum rather than in a hotel, which is wonderful. Antique furniture and decorations give the charming feeling of 19th-20th centuries. We recommend this place for an unique experience and we will stay again if we visit Palermo next...
