Aparthotel Adagio Vatican

We just got back from Adagio Roma Vatican. Great hotel in the perfect location. We had a very clean apartment, with spacious bedroom and lovely balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Clean and nice bathroom. Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Vatican city. There's a train station just a minute of walk from the hotel, and bus stop, 3 minutes of walk. You can reach the city center easily then. Local grocery shops, small pizza shops are located a 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Swimming pool is quite small, but enough to cool yourself, and you can rest on the lounger around the pool. The reception desk is opened 24h and very kind people working there. They speak most popular languages like English, French and of course Italian, so no problem with communication at all. Breakfasts where good enough, but actually the same thing everyday.

Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very big and had kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, large fridge freezer etc. Staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was decent (bacon, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals etc). Next door to a train station and close to bus routes. A Pam supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. The pool was also decent and had no problem with getting sun loungers each afternoon. Only gripe is that the hotel doesn't offer a more regular change of towels and bed linen.

A nice, very clean hotel with a lovely swimming pool and decent views. Comfortable beds and excellent air con. My room had a fantastic balcony. I requested to change rooms a couple of hours after check in, as a connecting door to the next hotel apartment room meant I could hear every word said by the couple next door from my bed and couldn't sleep. I was given a new room after some persuasion. Reception staff were mostly really rude to me which was unpleasant throughout my stay. Very easy to get public transport nearby, buses a couple of streets over were handy. FYI - No breakfast available at this hotel.

The apartments are of very good quality, pretty big.
The kitchen has just the minimum to be able to cook, the bathroom is standard. The design is a bit old fashioned, but everything is working very fine.
The rooms are nice and comfortable, it’s also very quiet.
It was nice to be close to some green area, a nice path is passing by going to a wood, perfect for jogging.
The hotel is easy to reach by train or by bus.

Great hotel in a lovely location. Only a twenty minute walk to the Vatican and 30 minute walk to centre of Rome. Our apartment was excellent and very clean. The staff were so helpful and kind. We had breakfast one morning and were impressed with the large selection. Will definitely go back

I stayed here for a long weekend and all was just fine. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and colorful lobby area with tables easy to work with your laptop. The Superior Studios have direct access from the garden, they are very nice and spacious and have all amenities one needs with a nice outdoor patio in the garden. Breakfast was also just great and all fresh and well prepared. The hotel is just off the historical center with a good connection to the public transport as the train station is just next door. I can recommend this hotel and won't hesitate to book here again next time I'll be in Rome.

The room was very nice and presentable, but unfortunately the beds left a lot to desire. We booked a studio apartment and it was lovely except the bed was completely worn out and we couldn’t sleep properly. The staff very kindly moved us to another room which was an apartment and the beds were better but still not very good for our backs. The replacement apartment had a heating system that only operated in certain hours of the day this was not told to us so therefore it was blowing cold air in the night which was very uncomfortable once we asked at the desk and they told us the hours that the heating worked in, We were able to turn off the heating system when it wouldn’t blow heat anyway And got a more comfortable sleep. As far as the kitchens go they were well appointed but lacked some of the basics that I would’ve expected such as salt and pepper and a bit of cooking oil. I understand that this is maybe something you wouldn’t deliver but it also wasn’t available in the shop at the desk, so therefore we had to try to source it in the area and it was difficult to find in the quantities you would need for a holiday let.
Positives were the room was very clean and well decorated we love the spacious environment and the friendliness of the staff Being right next to Balduina train station was really convenient.
