Great location. Spacious rooms. Nice people. We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely return. This was just an overall nice place. A/C worked great—room was always nice and cool, WiFi was perfect. Elevator was always working. Nice size shower and bathroom. Breakfast was great, included water and croissants that was replaced every day. Rooms were cleaned by housekeeping nicely.

We spent one night at Ripetta 25 after a Mediterranean cruise. Paolo was a remarkable host making sure our short stay was comfortable. He even suggested some highlights to see on the day we spent in Rome. We especially appreciated that he reached out to us ahead of time to see when we planned to arrive so that the room was clean when we got there. He also arranged transportation to the airport which was helpful as well. Ripetta 25 is a gem and we will stay here again when we’re in Rome.

Best place to book if you are looking for a central location in Rome. Best part is the friendly nature of the owner and other staff. The owner went over and beyond by booking us a 2 night hotel somewhere else as there was an extended blackout in his hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We liked the place very much. The apartment was specious, comfortable and clean! Very friendly staff and the owner was very helpful and gave us good recommendations. Well stocked fridge and breakfast and replaced daily. The neighborhood was amazing. Easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. We will definitely come back!!!

Great value for money. Amazing location (walking distance to the main landmarks). The rooms are spotless clean, cozy and ideal for family stays. Great food in the immediate vicinity. A pharmacy and mini market just next door. Cable service in the room and seamless Wi-Fi. Very kind manager and staff. Grazie Ripetta 25!
