We had a great time, the people that have the rooms are very sweet and kind and always in touch if you need anything. The location was great, it’s 10 minutes away from the Colosseum and the metro. They cleaned the room everyday and we appreciated that so much🩷 Loooooooved the balcony!🩷

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at.
It was only topped by the woman that did the check-in and handed out the keys.
She screamed at guests, including us and she repeatedly tried to enter our room without knocking as well as calling us throughout the day.

All I can say is that this was the worst place we have stay.
They left us one hour waiting outside in the rain,not answering the phone.Check in was at 11am and she said we could get in at 3pm only meanwhile we were with a six month baby there.The girl in the reception (Kristin)was veryy rude,all the time screaming and speaking loud.
The room was not clean,the bathroom and sheets had a smell.
Im sorry but I if anyone wants to reserve there,I suggest you go sleep outside at the road or under a bridge.Not recommend -100/10

Rooms are small but comfortable, though they tend to get very hot early in the morning unless you use the A/C.
Service is not very nice and staff struggles with foreign languages, including English. Checkout was at 11am and by 10:30 we were getting a call to ask to clear the room.
The location is great especially if you want to see the Coliseum and adjacent POIs.

Dirt, grime, dust everywhere and the person doing the check-in absolutely rude and disrespectful. Avoid.

We had high expectations wich we didn't meet at all! This is just an apartment with 4 rooms. Doesn't even have a reception. Breakfast was meh. Just some packaged croissants and mini cake bars and some mini hard pies. No water, we had to go get it on our own. Coffee was amazing. For kids the onliest drink was water. Location was AMAZING. Even tho we had to go to a bakery to eat more breakfast since we only ate Dinner and breakfast and we had to eat a filling breakfast. The room was okay. We had the 4 people room and the bathroom was very clean along with the room. The shower thing was kinda broken and the cabin for the shower wouldn't close easily and the glass cabin was kinda brown on the bottom. Also be aware that you have to bring your own toothpaste, body wash and hair wash because the amount given was very small! Overall for us it was very good since we only slept there! We highly suggest it if you want to go for vocation and be outside all day if you want to chill on the hostel all day not very worth it!

Dirt and grime everywhere! Foreign hair and other hairs in the bath! Alien tufts of hair behind the fridge and under the bed! Cigarettes on the terrace… The morning fake! No! No coffee, nothing !!! The shared kitchen is absurd, since the other guest is refueling himself, there is nothing for breakfast! They're vacuuming next door at 6 in the morning! At night, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner makes a huge noise, even when not in use. You can't relax at night! The second day we went ‘home’ to have someone inside and ‘tidy up’ even though we didn’t ask for cleaning. Apparently the same dirt I photographed the first day remained. In the first place, how does anyone come, especially in the time of covid, to touch our things ??? Absurd!!! No parking space! They write in vain! Found 1 km away! I do not recommend the place!
