We had a fantastic stay here when visiting Rome. Just 20 minutes walk to the Colluseum. The host is very welcoming and kind, he even allowed us to use some of his personal belongings when we needed something. He gave us a map of the city with attractions listed. The room is comfortable, clean and spacious, the bathroom is nice. In a quiet location so no problems sleeping. Iron, hairdryer, kettle and fridge for guests. The best thing was the breakfast, it is fresh pastries, fruit, cereal and other things (Italian style) with the best cappuccino! The breakfast is plentiful and very welcome before a day of exploring the city. All for a very reasonable price. When we return to Rome we will stay here again. Grazie!

Vincenzo is a good host, speaks English very well. Nice quiet location too about 20 mins from the Coliseum.

Super cute and clean place. It is very close to metro station and attractions. Vincenzo is wonderful and a very helpful host. Breakfast is good (italian way with delicious coffee). :)

Though it was a budget option, we had a wonderful time staying here. The room was spacious, the bed was large enough for 2 persons, and the bathroom was ok. With some inexpensive touches, it would have been perfect.
The air conditioning unit was new, and worked very well. The breakfast was varied enough, and the coffee was ok.
The room was cleaned every day, which was incredible, but a little unnecessary.
The place is somewhat central, but since this a big city, you can’t really go on foot everywhere. There are bus and metro stations not far away.
Anyway, it was a pleasant experience, and we might book it again when in Rome.
