I have stayed many times in many different places but I have never seen a hotel like this. It was a complete disaster. Thank God I only stayed one night. The receptionist yelled at me for ringing the doorbell late. He also yelled at me when I asked for an iron in the morning and even walked up on me. I was solo traveler and i really scared of him. Even if you don't have a chance to stay anywhere, stay on the street instead of staying at that hotel.

I was so lucky to find this hotel. It was my favourite stay in Italy 🇮🇹. Very clean, nice owner, great location. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. I will definitely come back. I’m a solo traveller and felt very safe

Charged €10 for checking in 20/25 minutes late. Very expensive for late checkin and I did contact them beforehand to inform flights were delayed. Air conditioning was broken which isn’t ideal for 25+ degrees in a room with 6 people. Did have a fan but really didn’t help. Staff were lovely and I understand that the €10 fee is not necessarily their fault.

Just stayed here this month. Over priced for the facility. The office in on the 5th floor but they don't tell you so you lug your bags up a floor or two while the elevator doesn't move before you give up and wait for it. Rooms are on the ground floor. Bed for a single is about 24" wide - have fun with that. Not worth the money.

The host was the rudest I’ve ever seen and trust me I’ve traveled a lot in hostels.
The shared room has no space and no locker.
I really hated this place.
I decided to leave after one night.

Nice little hostel. Very convenient key card. Friendly staff. Shower in bathroom. On the 5th floor but has an elevator. Enjoyed my stay

For the price I expected less tbh. Staff was nice, rooms and toilets were clean and they have key cards which unlock main door and room door. Surrounding street are little sketchy so I don't recommend going around alone.

Host was absolutely lovely, very kind and accommodating. Had a private room with a key card, elevator to save your knees.

Location was a 5 minute walk from the station (would not recommend busses)

Bed was a little too hard for me, and no air conditioning unless you pay more, only downsides but not an issue if you only need a bed to stay in.

This is more a hostel than a hotel, so bear that in mind. It's pretty small and quiet, which is nice. I stayed in a four bed dorm. The beds were comfortable but the room was a bit cold (although wrapped in blankets to sleep it's fine). There was only one power outlet near the door so you can't charge things near your bed. Staff were nice. The bathrooms were good (especially by hostel standards!), but hot water was lacking. I would stay here again if I came back to rome.
