Enjoyed my time at the hotel with my partner for 5days. The room was very big which comes with a fridge. I really love the canvas that’s glows in the dark. The worst thing I hate is how the internet run very slow and the lift where it’s very dusty which cause me to sneeze.

Room: dirty Walls, dirty Floor, broken blinds that cannot roll up.
The corridor door is very big and shuts with a loud bang on the 2nd Floor.
FYI - There is no furness to cook, and the fridge is tiny.
Positive: there is no street noise in room 21.

The staff didn’t care about the problem we have for the bathroom, the elevator stuck most of the time, the wifi speed was super low. However, the location is good and you can reach city centre in 10-15 min. For low budget hotel is good.

We had to spend a night at this hotel, and it was a horrible experience. After a transatlantic flight, we had a long layover, and all we wanted was to take a shower and rest. However, upon checking in, we discovered there was no hot water, and the bed didn't have appropriate linens. The pillow was poorly filled with something, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. When we inquired about the hot water at the reception, we were informed that there was nothing they could do and that we had to wait until the morning, even though we had to check out early. Also there was no other room available. This was highly frustrating - we couldn't wash, couldn't rest, and the worst part was we couldn't even take a shower due to the ice-cold water.

We enjoyed our time at Hotel Mosaic. The hotel is in a pretty good spot for access to everything. It also had air conditioning which is always a plus. The housekeeping staff left our room unlocked after they cleaned it which was weird and rude, especially as we had our valuables locked in there initially. The bathroom was great and the room itself was perfect for three. The lock for our door was quite difficult to figure out so we struggled unlocking it, but that’s just all European locks I guess. Thanks for having us.

A great place to stay in Rome.
Most of the big sites are really close, the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is really kind and very helpful. It was the perfect hotel for our trip.

Ok for one night
Near to city centre. Helpful stuff.
Views from the window on ugly and little dirty yard. Our room was different than expected looking on the pictures.

Friendly staff, good location of the hotel, but bad mattresses on the bed, a small fridge, fresh towel every day, except the last day of staying, but awful plastic curtains in the bathroom, mold on the walls in the bathroom, a bad fan, a half-broken shower in the bathroom, a bad view from the window... Too expensive for the service we got there.

We don’t recommend Hotel Mosaic Central Rome. We have paid for the room through booking.com, we arrived and were surprised that the photos DIDN’T correspond to reality at all. The receptionist is incompetent. The owner didn’t want to talk with us on the phone, but told the receptionist to recommend us to cancel the reservation on booking.com, and then we will be "refunded". Upon cancellation of reservation, the Booking.com have informed that now the owner must confirm the cancellation and return the funds. We again wrote to the owner, but we did not receive an answer or funds!!! We don’t recommend!!! this place and suggest choosing one of the hotels nearby for the same price, but of much better quality!

The hotel itself is very nice, the beds are comfy, the shower has enough space tho the AC is a bit weak.
There’s a great view from room 2A and the location of the hotel itself is great, located a few minutes away from the basilica, basically is on the main shopping street with lots of restaurants, especially gelato and lots of brands.
I liked that it was around a ten minute walk from termini.
The reception is also 24h and they were really nice.
