We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful throughout. The room was very clean, though a bit compact. Peaceful stay overall, and the location had great connectivity to all major spots. Stayed as a couple and would definitely recommend!

To be honest first impression wasn't the best but the room was clean the bed was comfy and the staff were absolutely brilliant remembering our first names from day 1 . air con was really good

This establishment has at least 2 levels of rooms. The first room we were given was on the second floor where there’s no a/c in the common space/ hallway. The room is very dated but smelled clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working in that room so then we were given a room on their first floor. The door opens to a hallway of a few rooms. The hallway is air conditioned and the room was far superior to the second floor room. This room appeared to have been updated and was much more pleasant .

Do not come here. Although I was not a guest here, I was a guest at the hotel next door, I was asking a simple question about lost luggage. The two gentlemen in the front desk did not seem friendly regardless of the fact. Another staff member, lady, came and helped but she was unable to help. Instead, made me go out the front door instead of letting me back the way I came and rude about it without letting me finish what I was asking. If this staff is any indication of the service here, I dont encourage anyone to stay here. I wish this hotel the best but you need to work on your hospitality skills. I asked kindly for help and did not get it here. Good luck. Buona fortuna

Location: a little bit undesirable and definitely noisy but literally right next to Termini station so easy access anywhere and not dangerous by any means. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores all nearby.
Service: the staff are really friendly, thorough cleaner doing the rooms. The breakfast was fine, soy milk was available which is great for me as a vegan.
Rooms: fair room size but bathroom cramped. No kettle or iron. Our hairdryer didn't work. The bed was honestly pretty hard and not really comfortable.
Overall: I'd consider going back for the right price. The location really is second to none if you want to have quick and easy access in every direction and although the hotel has some drawbacks as listed, it's really not a bad place.

Clean and convenient location. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has many sweet options. The surroundings have some homeless people, but it is a problem that affects not only this hotel but all in the area. Good option for visiting Rome.

Got there and they didn’t have my room so they moved us to a two star hotel down the road. Unreliable do not book..
Response to owner: did you or did you not have a room for us even though we had the room booked? We didn't argue because we needed somewhere to stay but making us go down the street to a two star hotel was not acceptable at all. And it was a two star hotel (we looked it up)

They do not speak any other language apart from Italian so it is impossible to talk to the workers here.
We were sent to this hotel from a previous one that had overbooked. Apparently it is very common in low profile hotels in Rome.
We specifically gave instructions not to touch our things or enter our room but when we got back from a walk around they had already taken everything to a different hotel, instead of some food that was in the fridge. They took it out of the fridge, moved the fridge to a different room and left my things under the sun. By the time I got there they were wasted, of course.
I do not recommend this hotel.

It's a restaurant on the ground floor and the hotel is a wing of the building on another floor. It's a common thing in the area for small hotels to only occupy parts of a building and share a communal lift. The room and the restaurant are both adequate, but not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. No complaints for the price.
