Upon arrival we were met with courteous and friendly staff who showed us to our room. Our room was a luxury double and we couldn’t have been happier, the bed was so comfortable and I think we have had our best nights sleep in a long time. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful in adapting their 5 course menu to meet with my dietary needs. The food exceeded our expectations and was matched perfectly...
We loved every minute of our 4 night stay at Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese. The entire staff was very accommodating to us and made our stay nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable - automatic blinds, televisions in every room including the bathroom mirror, and luxurious beds. Great housekeeping services, too - turn down service, daily cleaning, and complete resetting of all the amenities each day....
We booked breakfast for our last morning in Rome. We did not stay at the hotel. The views were breathtaking! We ordered an egg dish each, then the french toast to share. They were all so delicious! Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!
We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The finer details to make a stay extra special were present everywhere. Helpful and happy staff , excellent food and drinks , amazing views and atmosphere it the roof top restaurant. Every need was anticipated and provided with as smile. The rooms are super comfortable , modern and has everything we needed and more. Lots of treats to make you feel...
My wife and I stayed here during our first trip to Rome and wow, what a great hotel. The gym was good, the breakfast was fantastic and had amazing views of the city. We didn't eat here for dinner because the prices seemed a bit exorbitant. The location was a bit away from the center of the city and seemed to be more in a business district but we enjoyed that aspect because it allowed us to get away...
I loved the hotel, it's location, the restaurant was excellent. But I paid 300 extra euro per night for an upgrade to a premium luxury room with balcony and I cannot imagine a smaller room. I presume in the end it was just a higher floor. I needed room to work in my room and there was just a little round table and relaxing chair. For that price I would have expected a desk and chair and much more...

A fantastic location from which to explore the city. Originally booked to stay with my husband but then travelled with a friend instead - the hotel would be ideal for either couples or friends. Even though the immediate area is so busy (we visited in July), the hotel is a tranquil oasis, with some of the best soundproofing and aircon! I’m lucky to have been able to stay at some amazing hotels, and...
I've visited Italy several times. Most recently, I decided to expend my Expedia points to stay here and treat myself to a "5 star" location. 100% Worth it. The location is incredible - you are a 30 second walk to the Trevi fountain at the heart of Rome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is amazing. More over - the free breakfast was delicious!
I loved this hotel so much. Perfect location, convenient to walking to all the top sites. Trevi fountain was literally steps away. The staff was amazing, very convenient, so comfortable and our room is really large (we stayed in the annex). Be sure to visit the museum below - very interesting. Highly recommend this hotel!
Great cocktails and slick, professional and personable service. Harry’s bar was a relaxing stop-off after the busy Trevi fountain area.
Expensive but great location. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. For a 5* hotel the complimentary drinks facilities in the room were disappointing
Hotel was amazing. Small hotel by American standards but the service was impeccable perfectly located in the heart of Rome.. Trevi fountain Pantheon, Spanish steps, Colosseum. The staff is/was my favorite part.. Ultra accommodating and helpful with directions and advise… Last thing Rooms are perfect and housekeeping is next level.. This will be our hotel for every retrip to Rome!

Beautiful! I would definitely opt in for a room with a view if they have them available.
I went for an aperitif at the hotel’s roof top restaurant The staff were welcoming and overwhelmingly courteous. The view overlooking the forum and the war memorial of pz Venezia was enough to take your breath away. Drinks and accompanying food were excellent. I will be back for a full course dinner.
This hotel is simply amazing. It is perfectly located near all tourist attractions but sufficiently tucked away from the crowds. The rooms are super comfortable and have a breathtaking view (make sure to ask for a room with a view). The breakfast is amazing and there are no words to describe the service. The staff simply goes the extra mile to make your stay a remarkable one. Absolutely sure this will...
Amazing view in rome to have some cocktails. The service is however not really good. There is no Italian flaire, very touristic.
Amazing location, GORGEOUS room, and very friendly staff! We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon and it they made sure we felt very special. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very well located. In the centre of everything. The Bed is comfortable but in general the bedroom is tired and needs a refurb. WiFi very slow and hardly any service in most areas. The staff are doing their best and very friendly.
Great location, close to Roma Termini. Walking distance to all major attractions. Breakfast was a bit of a mess at the buffet area, not enough staff to service tables and coffee orders. Room and bed was comfortable however airconditioning didn’t work at all. Free WiFi.
A hotel after renovation. We had a problem with the room, the friendly staff gave as a better room. It was an excellent upgrade, made our vacation. We stayed here for a night before heading out on our cruise. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to many of the sights. They also arranged our shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port. Thank you so much for everything
A bit outdated furniture and bed, but the bathroom was newly renovated. The good thing is room is very clean and room service did a great job everyday. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Very close to touristic areas and attractions. We mostly walked to everywhere and no need for any means of transportation.
What a great place to stay! Very close to many attractions and the manager Peter was the best! The top floor breakfast was great with an awesome view. Not to mention, we would have shown up for a tour that was scheduled (through another site in error) but Peter was very sweet to show us why there was no tour and the site had made a big mistake. Would highly recommend
I’m giving a 4 star review mostly because of the excellent location and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. However, the situation is different at breakfast. Clean, comfortable, great location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Would happily stay again.
Hotel was ok, the mattress wasn't the best, many small fixtures need to be repaired in the bathroom. Size of room very small, wifi slow. Overall good experience.
A really nice setting next to Santa Maria Maggiore. Traditional hotel friendly reception especially Roberto. Photo from roof terrace
Loved staying here couple years ago! The owner is very friendly helped find hidden gems in the city. Also got engaged in this hotel so many lovely memories 😍
Exactly what you need it to be. Clean rooms and in a good location for the tourist hotspots. Unfortunately WiFi connection was poor for us on third floor and breakfast had a very limited choice but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the hotel due to sightseeing.

Great small hotel. The rooms are clean and new and the staff, like Roxana, is helpful and professional. Great location if you’re taking the train from and to Fiumicino from Termini.

The decoration of this hotel is relatively old, and the single room is very small. There were some hiccups during check-in. I would like to thank the front desk staff for patiently helping me solve the problem. It's very close to the terminal train station and can be reached on foot.
Perfect! Close to Roma termini train station (5 min walk) lovely breakfast selection, rooms cleaned every day. Nothing but praise. Also there are lots of lovely outdoor seated restaurants right in the same street and a great supermarket only around the corner! Don't be put off by 3 stars and don't believe all the rubbish reviews! Trust me...if it was rubbish...I would say so!
I stayed here last September on my first trip abroad in my life. While sightseeing, I lost my favourite sandals that I had left in my room, and when I checked with the male staff at reception about it, I was turned away because they said they would check again, and when I checked with the same male staff the next day, I was turned away. Had a very friendly staff member. The man with long curly hair (forgot to ask his name) was a great help and spoke/understood English very well. The location lost a star as we were next to an active construction site. The service loses a star because the woman waved off a request on our final morning. Which was rather rude. And 2 stars were lost for the room because 1: The TV didn't work, 2: It didn...
Loved it very much! Special things for me: Jacuzzi in our bathroom was perfect after long walks, breakfast was very good, specifically coffee and prosciutto, we had a room with an inner balcony, no view, but still it was very nice, beautiful lobby and waiting room for the aesthetics suckers.
The receptionist who checked us in was pleasant and spoke very good English. On the other hand, when checking out, there was another receptionist, who was difficult for me to understand. He made a mistake and wanted to charge us 600+ euros after we had already paid in advance... After we showed him the voucher, he checked again and apologized for the mistake. My experience was really good with Hotel Lazio. Good location, close to Termini, nearby countless restaurants and shops. It was nearby a chuch and a busy street so when you open the window, you hear a lot of church bells and sirenes, but the room has airconditioning, so opening the window is not a must. I enjoy the hotel due to its location, the service. When ever I come to Rome I stay in this hotel
Three stars based on convenience and location. I always keep an open mind when traveling abroad, and when staying in bigger cities I expect to pay more for a hotel room. Stayed at Hotel Miami in December- price was great, very nice staff, and good location. There is an elevator also. Very quite not a luxury hotel but for the price point excellent.
Location is right next to various areas and the service was nice. The hotel stuff is kind and friendly. But the problem is it is facing main street and there's live house pub across the street. The wall is thin. So it's very noisy in the night time. I couldn't sleep well the whole stay.

Great experience in the stay. All great including well functioned the AC, clean room maintained, near the Roma Termi station, and breakfast. One thing they hope to inspect the bed condition.
It is the most affordable hotel near Central. I think it does everything I ask for, including working ac, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast services. I enjoyed my three days living here. Of course, the look of the room is a bit vintage, but for these prices, I couldn’t ask for more. However, it would be better if there is also toothbrush and toothpaste.
Room is small...especially the bathroom. The room was noisy in the evening because it was close to an elevator...possibly from the other building. . Each even there was a mechanical sound and a bell ring.
It’s an old building at a rather ghetto and dodgy neighbourhood. Won’t really be safe for solo female travellers since i was catcalled and disturbed by men there as i was walking by. It is near Roma Termini though so public transport is highly accessible. Plenty of souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The hotel itself has thin walls so you can hear other people’s snoring and noise pollution from the streets...

Walkability to the train station (5 minutes), Coloseum, a multitude of restaurants, and vibrancy of the city. Staff was super friendly and inclusive breakfast, perfect. A definite recommendation here.
Room and bathroom small but adequate, room safe and fridge provided. Great location easy walk to central rail station and great local public transport or reasonable walk to many Rome attractions.
It was the best hotel I could get,the room was clean and nice.you can hear the voices from the street but it is close to the train and bus station, which is great. The staff was phenomenal! The guy who welcomed us waited for us till late night, keep the parking place in front of the hotel for us and went to the nearest supermarket to buy a wine bottle for my friend in the midnight!!!! Breakfast was...
Adequate! The room was very clean and the staff was nice. But this supposed 3 star rating is ridiculous. The hallways were a bit loud, as the marble floors really echo the sounds of doors closing, suitcases rolling, etc, so if you are a light sleeper I would definitely bring ear plugs and a white noise machine. Old fashioned does not begin to describe this place, but hey, you came to Rome to experience...
Very clean and comfortable
Very nice hotel. Basic but well worth the money you are central to the termini and buses and metro.
