Rome, Via Colonnello Tommaso Masala, 54 🧭 Map
Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport. They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive). The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel. The room was very large with a balcony (see photos). Well maintained and smells great. (Room...
I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me. Rooms are pretty big and the AC in that room and hallways are really strong. Given the fact it was so hot in Rome, we appreciated the strong AC. Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool...
The location is not convenient to see tourist sites in the city. The room was decent size and quality. It is nice to have a tub in one room with a sink and a shower, commode, sink, and bidet in the other bathroom. I don't know if the fridge runs when the card is not in the slot.
This was a great stay. Some portions of the hotel are admittedly due for some updating, but our rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome, the executive lounge was well appointed, and the staff was simply outstanding in all of our interactions. It's about 30 Euro for a taxi to the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Great Hotel with really good restaurant. I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much! Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great! There's a small but good gym, and a big swimming pool where I've had lots of fun going on and...

Rome, Piazza della Repubblica 47 🧭 Map
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby. What really made...
A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area. We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel). The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area. The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are...
What an experience we had! It was simply outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets. I would definitely be back and spend some more time in the city and the hotel when...
Wonderful service! We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made. We normally stay at Marriott...

The first room was in 3rd floor and not only was very hot but also the bathroom was old and had mold and ants were everywhere. There was a leakage on the ceiling too. Upon discussion with the front desk they gave us another room which was newly renovated. We were happy with the new room. But I can't recommend the hotel to anyone as they may get an old room with mold. I believe the management shall...
Our stay at Hotel Roma Tuscolana San Giovanni was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean with a decent view. The location near San Giovanni metro station was convenient for exploring Rome. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Rome.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was alright, but we did have better breakfasts in other hotels during our stay in Italy. Our biggest complaint was that despite the extremely warm temperatures, they refused to turn on the air conditioning. Their excuse was that they don't turn it on until June. I'm not sure why the calendar dictates whether air conditioning is needed...
My friend recommended this hotel so I checked and it looked nice at first sight. And he wasn't wrong. The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious with nice beds, TV and lights. Breakfast was also nice and neat. I would recommend it and IMO it is good value for the price we paid.
Had a great time at B&B Tuscolana :) Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are sufficient and clean. At breakfast I would prefer few more healthy options, otherwise great. The location is really good with 20min by bus to Colosseum and by train to the station close to the Vatican. Anything closer easily costs 3x as much
Travelled from Canada and visited Rome, Florence and Venice. B&B Hotels Roma Tuscolana San Giovanni was by far the best stay. The service at the hotel was impeccable both Roxanna and Julianna were very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station making it easy to get around Rome. My husband and I recently spent four nights at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a tranquil area away from the noise of Rome, it is surrounded by lush gardens. Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean. Was very impressed because my sheets where changed every day for all of my stay. The corridors were very quiet and with a pleasant perfume. Will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Pamphili 🫶🏻
We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Breakfast came with our hotel stay and it’s something you don...
Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

Great property. Amazing rooms and service, very friendly and responsive staff, the included breakfast could be better with more options but apart from that all good, will be going back for sure.
Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.
Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic balcony and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cupcake. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. I also love that the lobby had free umbrellas to rent which was perfect for a rainy afternoon.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice stuff, very helpful. Room has the most beautiful bathroom I have ever stayed at and I love traveling.the room is spacious with gorgeous tall sealing and beautiful architectural details. Since the remodeling, staying here has been an absolute joy—but seriously, where’s the gym? The vibes are unmatched, especially if you’re an old soul with a young heart. The food is exquisite, the rooms feel like you’re stepping into a beautifully curated museum, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Above all, the staff truly makes the experience unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing stay...
My apologies for the 2 star review. I did not submit that on purpose, I may have accidentally hit a button on an open screen. I had a 5 star stay. Staff was amazing, room was great, location was great. I did have an issue with the A/C but it was handled immediately with a room exchange and everyone was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.
Beautiful renovations. We visited a week after they reopened and there were a few teething problems, without which it would have been 5 stars. The cocktail bar serves excellent cocktails and is very snug. The breakfast was also excellent. Rooms are “preserved” in an antique style but are all new and clean
We popped in for a couple of drinks and to give our little 6 month old a break from the hot weather. We were looked after extremely well by the lovely bartender who made a great old fashioned for me whilst helping to entertain our baby daughter. Lovely decor all around a beautiful little luxury hotel with lovely staff.
No comparison. The staff at this hotel still understand what the service industry should be. I have never been more attended to at a hotel...and Ive stayed at many. Friendly and extremely welcoming check-in process, bar service was top tier, just fantastic. This is a historical hotel. So the furnishings reflect that of Old Luxury. Uber-great staff! Alex, we can’t thank you enough! Upgraded our room, helped to get driver license from behind the bed-head (don’t ask me!)) travelling with 2y old is total fun). Cool location (5-15min walk to all key city locations). Good breakfast, nice room! Thanks guys! You rock!
The staff is THE BEST! Super friendly, helpful and insightful, we had a blast in Rome and it was due to the help of Ale and the rest of the amazing people that works in the hotel
The location is great, close to Colosseo, surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. More importantly, the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are very pleasant and very clean. I have been here quite a few times, and it is always impeccable! I can honestly highly recommend this hotel.
The service was great and the rooms very clean. It is relatively close to many of time attractions. Breakfast was satisfactory. The receptionist Angelo was a great guy that gave us a lot of info about Rome. 5/5 would go again.
We stayed here on September 9th, 10th and 11th. We loved it. The rooms were small, but we expected it. Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful and observant staff. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are nicely furnished and decorated, and their restaurant recommendations are spot on fabulous.
The front desk is hard to find! I booked this with Hotels Tonight and the receptionist was out to lunch so I was unable to locate or enter the hotel for 30 min which was quite a pain. Very comfortable hotel. Amazing staff. During this hard time they provide safe and excellent service.
Good location, little bit far from “center”, underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around.
Great family hotel, we loved it clean spacious apartments great location 30 minutes from Rome centre. All amenities you could wish for the staff also great very courteous and professional, we would love to return loved Rome.
Very helpfull and kind staff! Especially Stefano who was helping us a lot! Thank you for him everything again! Brilliant location, you have train, metro, bus close. Shops, pharmacy and restaurant just next door. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. An excellent central hotel facing Mary Majors. Big rooms, good breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Restaurant is expensive. This is my second time to stay here. It's an old style hotel with lots of stairs.

We love love love the breakfast here. The bread and pastries are some of the best in the city, the ambience is great, strong coffee and friendly staff. It's a real bargain for Rome to have a buffet of this quality at such a good price.

I've visited Italy several times. Most recently, I decided to expend my Expedia points to stay here and treat myself to a "5 star" location. 100% Worth it. Hotel Corona is a nice stay in a great location. What made this hotel over the top was how amazing the reception was. Andrea was there working and felt as I had a friend always greeting me making sure my stay was okay. There is a feeling you are at home in the hands of great people here. Its a 3 star, lives up to their category. Dont expect too much because you're getting exactly what you're paying for. There are a lot of pros: the stay was cheap, location is great, staff is nice and breakfast included in rate was enough. Basic but you can make the best out of it, ham, cheese, bread and eggs, coffee, milk and tea. The cons justify the price, the room was not very clean when we arrived...

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming and were quite rude. While the hotel is clean, the service did not meet my expectations for a three-star hotel in Rome. The room was very small, and the bathroom shower was even smaller. The sliding door barely fit me inside the shower, and I’m of average size. The shower was uncomfortable, with my body hitting...
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that provides easy access to the heart of Rome. The room, staff, and breakfast were acceptable. However, the shower experience was unpleasant due to water spilling everywhere. Additionally, they didn't replenish the water and provided unlabelled toiletries in the bathroom. The noise level at night was very high, with both external and internal sounds...
A beautiful hotel. I advise everyone to visit it. The service is great and the staff are very friendly... It is recommended for Arab Muslim tourists as there are showers, which is a rare thing in European hotels. There are several restaurants near it that sell halal food to Muslims...
I stayed at the hotel during my short visit to Rome and Vatican City. It is a nice comfortable place with friendly staff.
A little out of the city centre (a 30 minute busride to the main station). There is a bustop right in front of the hotel and the bus runs the entire day. Lovely breakfast with plenty choice, clean and very spacious rooms!
Unfortunately, this hotel is quite far away from Rome city centre. But the service is very good. The room is big, clean and comfortable! Breakfast is delicious with many dishes. I love this hotel!

Great hotel and walking distance to all the best spots. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great gelato place across the street, great leather handbag store, and great restaurants around. You won’t be disappointed.
Wonderful hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly. I had a single room in the annex building and it was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very centrally located for visiting all the hot spots in Rome. Many restaurants close by.
Had the most perfect stay at hotel Smeraldo, as soon as we entered the staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything. One of the receptionist, Cesare was great he was giving us all of his top recommendations for places to go, eat and drink. Such a great, friendly guy, thank you! Also the rooms were great perfect size and lovely and clean. And perfect location, can walk to all the top tourist...
I personally stay here as well as book for clients and this hotel is perfect in every regard. My first time in Italy, and staying at Hotel Smeraldo was a fantastic choice. Every amenity was exceptional, exactly as described on booking sites. Staff: The team was excellent—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Whenever I needed assistance, they were there with clear explanations, making my stay even more special. Food: Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of well-prepared...
This hotel has small rooms however, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Close to a number of the tourist spots. The included breakfast is wonderful and the staff extremely friendly. Particularly, Manuel, who when he found out it was my wife’s birthday bought a little cake over!
It is very centrally located. Easy walk to many sites including Trevi fountain. There is a farmers marked about 2 short blocks away that has fantastic shopping and restaurants. There are plenty of places to eat walking distance and a great gelato place right across the street along with a great deli with fantastic pizza and other great food. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful Breakfast was...
