Rome, Piazza della Repubblica 47 🧭 Map
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby.
What really made...
A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area.
We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel).
The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area.
The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are...
What an experience we had! It was simply outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets. I would definitely be back and spend some more time in the city and the hotel when...
Wonderful service!
We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made.
We normally stay at Marriott...

It's quite good specially for families, it has a swimming pools, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful
Very comfortable hotel. Amazing staff. During this hard time they provide safe and excellent service.
Good location, little bit far from “center”, underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around.
Great family hotel, we loved it clean spacious apartments great location 30 minutes from Rome centre. All amenities you could wish for the staff also great very courteous and professional, we would love to return loved Rome.
Very helpfull and kind staff! Especially Stefano who was helping us a lot! Thank you for him everything again! Brilliant location, you have train, metro, bus close. Shops, pharmacy and restaurant just next door. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. Right next to a very good restaurant and the train station. Breakfast on site was very good. Computers to use if you need to and the wifi was good enough to stream videos.

My husband and I recently spent four nights at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a tranquil area away from the noise of Rome, it is surrounded by lush gardens.
The accommodations were comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I highly recommend booking a room that includes this meal.
The service was exceptional, with...
Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean. Was very impressed because my sheets where changed every day for all of my stay. The corridors were very quiet and with a pleasant perfume. Will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Pamphili 🫶🏻
We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Breakfast came with our hotel stay and it’s something you don...
Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was spacious, clean, and smelled amazing. Every little detail thought of. I also LOVED the bathroom and shower. Great property. Amazing rooms and service, very friendly and responsive staff, the included breakfast could be better with more options but apart from that all good, will be going back for sure.
Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.
Loved our short stay at this beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic balcony and welcomed with a bottle of champagne and cupcake. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. I also love that the lobby had free umbrellas to rent which was perfect for a rainy afternoon.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really nice stuff, very helpful. Room has the most beautiful bathroom I have ever stayed at and I love traveling.the room is spacious with gorgeous tall sealing and beautiful architectural details. great view of Santa Maria Maggiore
near to the Termini station, better take walk to, if you luckily have a room toward the facciata of Santa Maria Maggiore, you'll enjoy a really spledid scene out of your window! Breakfast is nice taking on the roof restaurant.
We stayed here in January 2019. This is THE place to stay in Rome. This hotel is located right by Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and our room had a beautiful view of it. When we walked into the room and saw the view, we were completely blown away. The hotel is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. A great place to stay if one is planning to look around in Roma. Prices are acceptable, transport is great, hundreds of good restaurants of decent prices are located in Esquilino.
Very nice place, good food and very helpful staff. A good base for site seeing. Fantastic views with a very nice basilica across the road....
An excellent central hotel facing Mary Majors. Big rooms, good breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Restaurant is expensive. This is my second time to stay here. It's an old style hotel with lots of stairs.
Not allowed to bring drinks and food. Want you to use only Wi-Fi on horse prices and the restaurant.

We stayed here 9 nights in Nov 2024 and tremendously enjoyed the experience.

Since the remodeling, staying here has been an absolute joy—but seriously, where’s the gym? The vibes are unmatched, especially if you’re an old soul with a young heart. The food is exquisite, the rooms feel like you’re stepping into a beautifully curated museum, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Above all, the staff truly makes the experience unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing stay...
My apologies for the 2 star review. I did not submit that on purpose, I may have accidentally hit a button on an open screen. I had a 5 star stay. Staff was amazing, room was great, location was great. I did have an issue with the A/C but it was handled immediately with a room exchange and everyone was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.
Beautiful renovations. We visited a week after they reopened and there were a few teething problems, without which it would have been 5 stars.
The cocktail bar serves excellent cocktails and is very snug. The breakfast was also excellent.
Rooms are “preserved” in an antique style but are all new and clean
We popped in for a couple of drinks and to give our little 6 month old a break from the hot weather. We were looked after extremely well by the lovely bartender who made a great old fashioned for me whilst helping to entertain our baby daughter. Lovely decor all around a beautiful little luxury hotel with lovely staff.
No comparison. The staff at this hotel still understand what the service industry should be. I have never been more attended to at a hotel...and Ive stayed at many. Friendly and extremely welcoming check-in process, bar service was top tier, just fantastic. This is a historical hotel. So the furnishings reflect that of Old Luxury. We loved this hotel! We stayed in one of their rooftop rooms and were super impressed by the size and comfort of the space. Our best sleep of our trip. It was quiet, even with the location (basically on top of Trevi Fountain). There is also a great (partial) view of the fountain from the rooftop...how cool! We chose to walk everywhere from the hotel and found all major monuments easy to reach on foot...
A fantastic location from which to explore the city. Originally booked to stay with my husband but then travelled with a friend instead - the hotel would be ideal for either couples or friends. I’m lucky to have been able to stay at some amazing hotels, and...
I've visited Italy several times. Most recently, I decided to expend my Expedia points to stay here and treat myself to a "5 star" location. 100% Worth it. The location is incredible - you are a 30 second walk to the Trevi fountain at the heart of Rome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is amazing. More over - the free breakfast was delicious!
I loved this hotel so much. Perfect location, convenient to walking to all the top sites. Trevi fountain was literally steps away. The staff was amazing, very convenient, so comfortable and our room is really large (we stayed in the annex). Be sure to visit the museum below - very interesting. Highly recommend this hotel!
Great cocktails and slick, professional and personable service. Harry’s bar was a relaxing stop-off after the busy Trevi fountain area.

I had an amazing stay, fantastic room, the breakfast was superb and had a huge selection. The staff were so helpful and the concierge was an absolute legend. I couldn't fault this hotel at all and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
Nice enough hotel. The rooms were very hot and apparently it's illegal to run the A/C only in summertime as we asked for it to be turned on and were told this. Also ask for a room on the outer side otherwise your view will be of an inner courtyard fire escape

Wonderful hotel, clean, big room, friendly staff. Excellent location! And the best breakfast!! Omg delicious
I have payed extra for a superior double room and expected to have much more space than those 13m2. Overall, the whole place is pretty tiny, which you don't expect after looking at all those gorgeous pictures on booking. com.
But the location is great of course. The breakfast was good. And the hotel has offered free storage for the luggage and a really nice limo service to the airport for 50 euro
Fantastic hotel perfectly located in Rome nextdoor to the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were large, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was fantastic! Some rooms have a better view than others. Would recommend.
Brilliant hotel, friendly helpful staff and an excellent location. A quirky old building which means the WIFI was not great but a fine excuse to finish work early and explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Rome.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was alright, but we did have better breakfasts in other hotels during our stay in Italy.

This place is really good! I'm a tourist and I like it very much! Near to the city, near to the mrt station. The most important is the room is big and clean as well as the receptionist is really friendly! Enjoy to stayed here. WORTH FOR MONEY!
I've been here for a couple of days, for some business. We love love love the breakfast here. The bread and pastries are some of the best in the city, the ambience is great, strong coffee and friendly staff. It's a real bargain for Rome to have a buffet of this quality at such a good price.

Amazing location - it felt less touristy and there are some great restaurants nearby. We booked the Superior Double Room and it was very spacious - probably the biggest room we had on our trip in Italy and Greece. The service was great and the rooms very clean. It is relatively close to many of time attractions. Breakfast was satisfactory. The receptionist Angelo was a great guy that gave us a lot of info about Rome. 5/5 would go again.
We stayed here on September 9th, 10th and 11th. We loved it. The rooms were small, but we expected it. My husband and I were is a room at the back of the hotel so the view wasn't great, but my friend had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street. We spent time on the balcony which was nice. The best part was the staff!!! They were great. Alan and his co worker in the evenings ...

Stayed here recently, and loved it. They had a welcome bottle of Champagne in the room, as it was my birthday. Went to the Court prior to the Thursday night Colleseum underground tour.
The staff are very professional and courteous, and we're very helpful when I needed my tickets printed!
The only thing disappointing was the TV didn't work, and I like to fall asleep with the TV on. They came up twice...
If you book make sure you book the right room they will be more expensive when you want a view of the colosseum. We booked the Master Room.
The staff: Very helpful. They spoke Italian, Spanish, and English the staff that were present. They helped us with transportation and suggested tours and provided a map of everything we needed.
The Room: Absolutely stunning view. Both the Bedroom window and the...
Really nice hotel but has some areas for improvement:
- Valet service for €60 a night apparently doesn’t open until “6 or 6:30A” - when we needed car a bit earlier to make our flight, we were told the garage wasn’t open yet. For €60/night, we should get the car when we need it.
- Hotel bar is a big hot spot for non-guests. When we showed up to ask for a table, we were told there were none all night...
A beautiful hotel. While many areas of the hotel look dates and could use a renovation, the room we were in was gorgeous and the Junior View Suite was everything it was advertised to be. Note that this hotel has a very Byzantine set of stairs to get anywhere. I am not sure it is built with accessibility in mind.
Also room service isn’t exactly geared for kids, but the kitchen was able to pull something...
My husband and I booked the grand view junior suite for our honeymoon and had an impeccable experience the entire 6 days we were there. I initially selected this hotel strictly for the view (honestly had lower expectations for everything else due to some reviews) - but we were swept away by the lovely, attentive service provided by every staff member we encountered. The view was as unbelievable as...
