Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport. They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive).
The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel.
The room was very large with a balcony (see photos). Well maintained and smells great. (Room...
I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc.
The rooms were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly.
This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me. Rooms are pretty big and the AC in that room and hallways are really strong. Given the fact it was so hot in Rome, we appreciated the strong AC.
Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool...
The location is not convenient to see tourist sites in the city. The room was decent size and quality. It is nice to have a tub in one room with a sink and a shower, commode, sink, and bidet in the other bathroom. I don't know if the fridge runs when the card is not in the slot.
This was a great stay. Some portions of the hotel are admittedly due for some updating, but our rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome, the executive lounge was well appointed, and the staff was simply outstanding in all of our interactions. It's about 30 Euro for a taxi to the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Great Hotel with really good restaurant.
I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much!
Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great!
There's a small but good gym, and a big swimming pool where I've had lots of fun going on and...

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby.

A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area.
We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel).
The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area.
The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are...
What an experience we had! It was simply outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets. I would definitely be back and spend some more time in the city and the hotel when...
Wonderful service!
We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made.

Stayed here recently, and loved it. They had a welcome bottle of Champagne in the room, as it was my birthday. Went to the Court prior to the Thursday night Colleseum underground tour.
The staff are very professional and courteous, and we're very helpful when I needed my tickets printed!
The only thing disappointing was the TV didn't work, and I like to fall asleep with the TV on. They came up twice...
If you book make sure you book the right room they will be more expensive when you want a view of the colosseum. We booked the Master Room.
The staff: Very helpful. They spoke Italian, Spanish, and English the staff that were present. They helped us with transportation and suggested tours and provided a map of everything we needed.
The Room: Absolutely stunning view. Both the Bedroom window and the...
Really nice hotel but has some areas for improvement:
- Valet service for €60 a night apparently doesn’t open until “6 or 6:30A” - when we needed car a bit earlier to make our flight, we were told the garage wasn’t open yet. For €60/night, we should get the car when we need it.
- Hotel bar is a big hot spot for non-guests. When we showed up to ask for a table, we were told there were none all night...
A beautiful hotel. While many areas of the hotel look dates and could use a renovation, the room we were in was gorgeous and the Junior View Suite was everything it was advertised to be. Note that this hotel has a very Byzantine set of stairs to get anywhere. I am not sure it is built with accessibility in mind.
Also room service isn’t exactly geared for kids, but the kitchen was able to pull something...
My husband and I booked the grand view junior suite for our honeymoon and had an impeccable experience the entire 6 days we were there. I initially selected this hotel strictly for the view (honestly had lower expectations for everything else due to some reviews) - but we were swept away by the lovely, attentive service provided by every staff member we encountered. great view of Santa Maria Maggiore
near to the Termini station, better take walk to, if you luckily have a room toward the facciata of Santa Maria Maggiore, you'll enjoy a really spledid scene out of your window! Breakfast is nice taking on the roof restaurant.
We stayed here in January 2019. This is THE place to stay in Rome. This hotel is located right by Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and our room had a beautiful view of it. When we walked into the room and saw the view, we were completely blown away. The hotel is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was great, they have a wide variety of food to choose from, including...
A great place to stay if one is planning to look around in Roma. Prices are acceptable, transport is great, hundreds of good restaurants of decent prices are located in Esquilino.
Very nice place, good food and very helpful staff. A good base for site seeing. Fantastic views with a very nice basilica across the road....
An excellent central hotel facing Mary Majors. Big rooms, good breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Restaurant is expensive. This is my second time to stay here. It's an old style hotel with lots of stairs.
Not allowed to bring drinks and food. Want you to use only Wi-Fi on horse prices and the restaurant.
The hotel is located in a superb place. Our room window faced the cathedral. The view was breathtaking.

My husband and I recently spent four nights at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a tranquil area away from the noise of Rome, it is surrounded by lush gardens.

Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean. Was very impressed because my sheets where changed every day for all of my stay. The corridors were very quiet and with a pleasant perfume. Will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Pamphili 🫶🏻
We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. On the positive side, the terrace view was amazing...
Tourist hotel with much going for it and a bit missing too.
Great location, spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge, and nothing is too much trouble.
So all good there. But can't switch Sky TV to English, no gentle side lights, and no tea making in room.
No big deal, but why spoil a good experience for such trivial issues .
We booked this hotel for a 6-nights stay and it was overall a pretty good experience.
The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They clearly understood the agreement about how to behave with clients.
The rooms are clean, big enough. Ours had the shower in the bedroom space, which is kind of disturbing but didn’t bother us that much. We had a locker and fridge in our room.

Very good location, buses, metro and most of the attractions quite close, 6 min to Vatican. Clean rooms with super comfortable bed. Reception is on 4th floor. Beautiful terrace.
Good location, 10 minutes walking to Vatican City.
Reception staff were amazing.

Great property. Amazing rooms and service, very friendly and responsive staff, the included breakfast could be better with more options but apart from that all good, will be going back for sure.
Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.

It's air conditioned, elegant and petite. All of Rome's houses & restaurants are a lot smaller compared to other European houses, so it's not the hotel that's especially tiny, it seems to be a standard. It has a great location. The breakfast is very basic and if you want eggs or something other than toast & a sugary croissant you need to go to a restaurant. The coffee was really great & strong.
Amazing location for the price, right in the historic centre. Surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants - even though 2/3 nights we got takeaway and ate on the roof terrace overlooking the coliseum because the view was so great!
Great service, very helpful people, and beautiful and very clean rooms. Extremely close to Colloseum and most of the sites.
Small rooms but comfortable, thin walls enough to hear others speaking loud to each other, minimalist breakfast but with excellent coffee and the smallest elevator ever (but very intimate, and very useful in this tiny vertical hotel)
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The interior is small, but pleasant. What prevents this from being a 5 star for me would be the beds, my friends and I shared a 3 person room, the single bed was comfortable, but offered very little support for your body. Meanwhile, the double bed was incredibly hard, so we had to put blankets beneath the covers to make it okay to sleep on. That aside, the location...

Good location, little bit far from “center”, underground railway station just in front of hotel, apartment was spacious, beds and mattresses were super, very good value for money (in our case - family of 4), we did not take breakfast (too expansive to my opinion), lot of grocery stores around.

The apartment was a very short distance from a lot of great restaurants and late-night stops. Our host who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the apartment itself was not only very beautiful but amazingly clean. Highly recommend them for all coming to visit Rome!
We love love love the breakfast here. The bread and pastries are some of the best in the city, the ambience is great, strong coffee and friendly staff. It's a real bargain for Rome to have a buffet of this quality at such a good price.
Superb hotel in a superb location. Great amenities including ample 240, 110, and USB outlets. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food choices and the servers were attentive and helpful. Beautiful courtyard with lemon trees. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. A++ experience!

Staff was amazing, room was great, location was great. I did have an issue with the A/C but it was handled immediately with a room exchange and everyone was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.
Beautiful renovations. We visited a week after they reopened and there were a few teething problems, without which it would have been 5 stars.
The cocktail bar serves excellent cocktails and is very snug. The breakfast was also excellent.
Rooms are “preserved” in an antique style but are all new and clean

Over the top service! Desk and staff is super polite! Rooms are clean and tidy, mine was just a little small, but I suppose it depends on price. Breakfast was perfect for me. They ordered soy milk for me as I am lactose intolerant. I will definitely book this hotel again. I had a wonderful time here.

Such a beautiful place to be,i was there for 12 days back in 2019,i would recommend to anyone.Really enjoyed the gym in the morning hours.
I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay there was NEARLY perfect, however, to be entirely honest, it wasn't as nice as we were expecting.
Pros:
1. Location. Just a short walk from the Roman Forum (w/gorgeous views of it) and the Colosseum. Another short walk down the Circo Maximo to a metro stop. I really loved starting each day with a quick stroll down the Circo.
2. The View. Amazing.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Breakfast is a lot of bread items, fruit, yogurt, meat & cheese slices and you can get soft boiled or hard boiled eggs on request. If you don't have breakfast included it is 12 euro. Ask if service tax included before tipping. Location is great, right out the door. Nice terrace on 2nd level. Not sure there are any handicap friendly spots anywhere in all of Italy. Sad
Centrally located close to both Colosseum/Palatine hills/Forum romanum as well as Trastevere. Spacious room with pentry giving you the opportunity to get some nice food from a supermarket and prepare there. Real nice breakfast buffet with Italian standards. Friendly staff. Bed could be a bit more comfortable though.
We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. The hotel is clean and modern. Our room was quiet, despite the fairly busy road close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
There's a small gym and an enclosed outside area for lounging around.
It's well located near Palatine Hill and Circus Maximus. For a great dinner take an easy stroll to the Jewish quarter or across the river to Trastevere.
