Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.
We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby.
What really made...
It was a nice, clean hotel! I'd love to stay here again if I go to Rome! The service was great too.

It is a good hotel in a perfect location and it is affordable as well. If I ever go back to Rome, probably I will stay in the same place. The employees working at the reception are super helpful
The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. It seems like my bathroom is due for a renovation, but they haven't done it yet. Breakfast options: toast, kind of roll, cheese, ham etc. Nothing special but you won't get hungry. On the positive side, the terrace view was amazing...
Amazing view from the roof of the hotel!
The hotel is in a good location for the Vatican but not very good for anything else. The staff are lovely and very helpful but the rooms are very old and quite run down. The “gym” can’t even be classified as such and there wasn’t even complimentary water in the fridge. It’s not a cheap hotel either, the quality/price ratio is very poor. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Not very recommended. There is no quilt on the bed, only a sheet. It is not very clean. We brought a disposable four-piece suit.
Tourist hotel with much going for it and a bit missing too.
Great location, spotlessly clean, 24 hour concierge, and nothing is too much trouble.
So all good there. But can't switch Sky TV to English, no gentle side lights, and no tea making in room.
No big deal, but why spoil a good experience for such trivial issues .

What a fantastic hotel and amazing staff. We stayed at this hotel with Hilton and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very well appointed and modern. What an absolute gem in the heart of Rome. A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent accommodation and great food. Stayed here as part of our Golden Wedding celebratory holiday and we are so pleased that we did. It was so memorable in many ways and really made our celebration
Very central to popular tourist spots - Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, shopping on Via dei Condotti, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Borghese Gardens etc. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, bar/restaurant) are all incredibly helpful and friendly. We had included breakfast (through Hilton Gold status as this is a SLH/Hilton property) and the breakfast spread was a treat each morning (especially the...
Housed in a 19th-century palace and steeped in history that dates back to the mid-16th century, Hotel d’Inghilterra was once the residence of Roman nobility — specifically, Prince Torlonia. The hotel exudes classical elegance, with Renaissance-inspired interiors and carefully curated artworks that reflect its storied past. Last year, the hotel was closed for renovation when I visited Rome, so I made...

My husband and I recently spent four nights at this beautiful hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a tranquil area away from the noise of Rome, it is surrounded by lush gardens.

Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean. Was very impressed because my sheets where changed every day for all of my stay. The corridors were very quiet and with a pleasant perfume. Will definitely come back. Thank you Villa Pamphili 🫶🏻
We were placed in the hotel by Qatar on a layover. The hotel is wonderful, the staff so friendly. Every one of them was so helpful, smiling, they went out of their way to make our experience an enjoyable one. The room was very comfortable, bright and airy. The food was really tasty and well presented. Tonight for dinner we had 3 young waiters who excelled, Alessandro, Amedao and Prince.
The hotel has been wonderful, the food and restaurant is great. The decoration is wonderful even though you’re a little outside the city the view is amazing. The pool is huge. It included a breakfast buffet. Our waiters name was Alessandro and he was great. We had dessert in the evening and some tea. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were neat and clean. Front desk staff were amazingly helpful with our rooms, calling a cab whenever we needed, and providing us information for our first visit to Rome. The food in their restaurant is beyond delicious. Breakfast came with our hotel stay and it’s something you don...
Very stunning hotel and some nice staff. Annoyances were the mosquitoes, ridiculously early cleaning times for rooms and the pool being closed for more than half of our stay with no prior awareness of this as well as extra costs for ridiculous things like 5euros for spa robe, 8euros for breakfast omelette.

Everyone was very personable, polite and friendly! The rooms are swanky and well set up. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning!
The apartment was a very short distance from a lot of great restaurants and late-night stops. Our host who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the apartment itself was not only very beautiful but amazingly clean. Highly recommend them for all coming to visit Rome!
We love love love the breakfast here. The bread and pastries are some of the best in the city, the ambience is great, strong coffee and friendly staff. It's a real bargain for Rome to have a buffet of this quality at such a good price.

We stayed here 2 years ago - Although it is a little far form the tourist attractions, it was an amazing experience. Beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast on the veranda located on the roof of the hotel with a wonderful view.
It was close to Termini Station and easy to get to anywhere. I checked in around 9pm. When I opened the window, I could see the Santa Maria Church right in front of me. The sound of the bells echoing in the sunset was very beautiful. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, there was a wide selection, the staff were friendly and everything was comfortable.
Very good, the front desk staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the room facilities are all there.
I liked the hotel. Excellent location, 2 metro stations nearby. The train station is 5 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket around the corner. Very decent breakfasts. Minus - no slippers, air conditioning did not work, water in the minibar is paid.
The location of the hotel is very good, about 10 minutes from the station and about 10 minutes to the Colosseum. It is recommended to order breakfast when booking a room. The view on the top floor is very good.
Old-brand hotel style, the room key is heavy and you can leave it at the front desk; the breakfast is delicious and the terrace has an unbeatable view; the location is good and it is within walking distance of the station and major attractions; the tenants are of high quality

This was a 10/10 stay! The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and overall amazing. But what we REALLY liked was the service and staff! Very friendly and welcoming, and super helpful. I would definitely love to come again! Thank you so much!
I unconditionally recommend this hotel. Not only were the accommodations excellent, but the customer service was the best we experienced in all of Europe over 2 years. We had a one night stay in Rome after our cruise so booked this hotel as it was reviewed really well. We loved our stay here. Unbeatable location and amazing and attentive service. The breakfast was included with the room reservation and was one of the best in all hotels we stayed in Europe.
Really loved Harry’s Bar and Hotel. It’s right next to Trevi Fountain. We had a 4th floor room and had drinks on the patio in the evenings while we looked at the fountain. And the masses of people at it. This is a super cool and modern boutique hotel. Great price/value ratio.
We stayed at Harry’s Bar and Restaurant at Hotel Trevi Rome, a boutique hotel just 80 metres from the stunning Trevi Fountain and situated at the base of an important archaeological site—which hotel guests can access for free (well worth a visit!). The room is cold 🥶 The air conditioner is turned on for no reason in the morning and evening. It is very noisy and cold. The switch is not in the room. I ignored it when I told it. Um, the room code was quietly changed without telling you. Speechless
The hotel was perfect! The location, the size of the room, the breakfast - everything was 10/10. Will def chose this hotel again if I ever come back to Rome!

Rome, Via Delle Capannelle 134 🧭 Map
Nice place a little outside Rome. The staff drove us to the metro with a shuttle bus every day, and picked us up in the evening. Good service from the staff in the front desk as well.
No A/C on the rooms, and limited breakfast facilities.
It about 6 sq m2 including bedroom, toilet & shower, and hall.
When we arrived there it was unpleasant smell and the sink in batroom was dirty. On the squeezed soap in the shower was someone's short hair.
The hotel located too far from the city centre.
The sauna it was from 100 euros for two persons with advance booking.
The staff is friendly.
The restaurant is unpredictable with the cost and expectations...
An honest review will tell you this hotel is on the flight path to Ciampino airport.....but that aside the place was great lovely pool comfortable rooms free shuttle bus to station or metro excellent food peroni was a bonus.
Most of the staff were friendly only reception could learn to smile.....
The hotel is very clean, has friendly and helpful stuff , magnificent place , delicious breakfast. Our stay here was great as it's quite and peaceful out of the craziness centre of Rome. Will definitely book here once again if will visit Rome in the future 😉 keep it up
Extremely nice staff
Extremely good bed
Great to have a swimming pool, we had a good time
But when i book 4 breakfasts and i wake up at 8:30am to have them, i'm expecting to have more than cereals and coffee
Every morning: no pastries and i needed to ask for eggs. I hardly do not recommend the breakfast there, it seems to be a problem till years through the other comments but they definitely don't...
I understand why it's 3 stars. The pool and spa are amazing. But the sunbeds don't have pillows and you have to pay extra to use towels and book the spa. The airplanes are flying over, the staff don't speak English only the reception. And it's quite far from the center and the metro. They provide shuttle service to the metro but you have to book it. Also the rooms look much more nice on the pictures...
