Hotel Lirico

We stayed at the Hotel Lirico for a week and found the room to be clean and tidy. The room was cleaned every day.

The continental breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The Reception staff were helpful and polite (this was our first time in Rome and we had to ask about various things).

We had a lovely holiday and would stay at the Hotel Lirico again.

Honestly LOVED hotel Lirico. Of our 3 hotels in Rome it was by far the nicest. The front desk staff is super accommodating and will give you waters as needed. The hotel room is super cute and retro and very very clean. Would totally stay here again.

The hotel is well located close enough to lots of the major sites that walking is often the quickest option. Lots of restaurants close by, and the train station is only a 10 mins walk. Handy local market next door. The hotel reception is on the first floor and there are steps up to this, the small lift then still has a few more steps. Reception staff are really friendly and ready to help. Our room was compact but had everything we needed. Aircon was good, bed comfortable, the shower cubical was a squeeze but the water pressure was great. Small fridge in the room is good enough for a few bottles of water. The local streets were quiet at night so no noise problems.

Not a five star hotel but very good. Clean, comfortable and located in a good spot. Only downside is that there is a lot of steps to reach reception. A basic hotel but I would recommend it.

The staff were so enthusiastic and helpful.
The location is a short and easy walk to the train. But away from the crowds.
You won't be disappointed!

Great hotel. We had a quiet room with the view on the courtyard and were happy about this. Stuff was helping with all questions and helped with the luggage on the stairs even without asking about this. Hotel is close to the rail station, to many sightseen, supermarket and restaurants are near hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great experience. The most important aspects for us when picking a hotel were price and cleanliness, this place was perfect for both. Our room was very clean and the price was fair (we paid in cash to receive the additional discount).

Pros
1. Location - You can take a bus from the airport to Rome Termini train station for only 6 euros (T.A.M or Terravision), and then you walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. Also, from our hotel all of the sights are roughly 20 minutes walk away.
2. Cleanliness - The floors, linens, bathroom, and shower were all clean.
3. Staff - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The 2 gentlemen who worked the front desk were great to work with!

As a heads up, we stayed in a single room and the space was pretty small. The bed takes up most of the room with only a little room to walk around. This didn't matter to us because we spent 99% of our time out of the room, but I did want to note this for others.

Overall though, I would stay here again and would recommend to others!

It's easy to get to from the train station, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, so you can travel on foot. The subway station is close, so it was easy to go to the Vatican, but I got pickpocketed in a crowded subway on the way to work. Other people, please be careful....
There was a closet and extra bedding in the room. I spread out three small suitcases, and the room was cleaned every day and towels and shampoo were added (the only amenities are shampoo, so bring the rest with you or buy it). There was also a kettle and coffee, and I don't know about breakfast because I didn't use the hotel. There's a small restaurant right down the street, a restaurant across the street, a supermarket, a lot of supermarkets, an ATM machine right nearby, and a coin laundry nearby.
The reception staff and cleaning staff are also very friendly.
The accommodation was quiet and the bathroom was clean as it had been remodeled. Thanks to you, I had a good rest~~

Great location - close to train station and numerous hotels. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us when we left something in our room and were an hour away. Overall 5 star service.
