Palazzo met my expectation, rooms as expected is small which is not unusual, it is the same all over Europe especially Bella Roma a historic city the capital of the world. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My first day at the hotel is fantastic from the wonderful receptionist, to Door man and to great room service waiter. This will be my spot whenever I visit Rome and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Great food.

Our stay at Hotel Navoma was a huge disappointment! The service was absolutely awful, especially at the rooftop – slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. The staff acted as if they were doing us a favor instead of providing proper hospitality.
Other major issues:
• The street noise was unbearable! The hotel offers no soundproofing, and we were kept awake all night by traffic, loud voices, and general street chaos.
• Sleeping was impossible! In addition to the street noise, the thin walls made it easy to hear other guests and plumbing noises.
• The rooftop service was a disaster! We were ignored for ages, and when we finally got served, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.
• Breakfast was a joke! Cold, uninspiring food that didn’t match the hotel’s supposed standards.
• Complaints were met with arrogance! Instead of addressing our concerns, staff made excuses and acted like we were the problem.
For the price, this experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel unless you enjoy sleepless nights and terrible service!

we were impressed by the outstanding service quality. rooms perfectly prepared each day, all staff very friendly and supportive, nice bar and restaurant, with excellent drinks and food.

Exceeded our expectations. This hotel was beautiful, conveniently located, clean, well decorated and full of friendly accommodating staff.
The front lobby staff speak English and were so friendly! We felt so welcomed and the rooms were very clean and spacious for being in Roma.
The rooftop bar is outstanding. Worth making a visit- the views and ambiance ate stunning.
We will certainly be back again- loved our visit!

I loved staying here. Located close to many of the attractions in Rome and not far from others. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of great choices. There is a bar on the main floor and a rooftop bar. It has beautiful views of the city and is very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Rome.

All the employees were helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean and well-kept. The location of the hotel is so central that we only needed to drive to the Colosseum once. We walked everywhere. Although the hotel's breakfast has many varieties, it is the same every day. It's okay for short-term holidays, but it can get boring by the 3rd day.

The room is dark even with the light on...the shower room is open, so it's a difficult place for shy couples, but the location is the best.

The location is excellent, a few minutes to go shopping, close to the Pantheon. In addition to the price, it is highly recommended. The room size was just right.
