Very convenient location, a few minutes walk to Roma Termini station. We chose it because they had a room available for 3 people. Staff were friendly and let us check in 1.5 hours early! Staff were also very quick to respond with resetting the safe and replenishing toiletries. Only issue was the shower water leaks under the glass door, had to use towels to soak it up when showering. Sink design is odd, it's really shallow on one side. Water pressure was good. Bedsheets looked clean. Thankfully AC worked and stayed on overnight.

In the world of hotels, this shouldn't be a hotel, clearly weak management that produce such team and such bad service, what to say? Rooms are beyond small, 3x3m, hardly enough for bags, we were informed that parking is available, surprised that parking is not available and the available one is paid Euro 22 per night, in one star hotel, they will provide 2 bottles of water which is not the case un such cheap hotel and cheap management, prices are similar to 4 stars decent hotels in the same area while this hotel shouldn't get one third of its price, to be fair, location is not bad next to metro station, pillows are comfortable, nothing else to say but the worst experience ever, not sure how people rating anything good about this hotel, management should be changed to change the mindset of the staff, else they are happy to be cheap and they will remain cheap, this is demonstrate bad leadership which creates bad followers

My friend and I stayed at the hotel from
July 22 - August 1. We come to Rome every year and I can definitely say: we’ve never been to such a clean hotel. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help if it was needed. We ate breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was very good and you can find everything at the rich buffet.
Patrizia always greeted everyone with a smile and a warm welcome. I really miss talking to her every morning and the hot chocolate she always made. As we’ve promised you: we’ll be back next year. :)

1st day at the Best Western Hotel Royal Santina and would like to say what a fantastic hotel and highly recommend to anyone looking to book. Rooms are modern, well equipped and overall very good quality for the price range. Hotel is located perfectly, less than 10 minutes from Rail terminal. Just been in White restaurant for evening meal and not only were the prices reasonable but two fantastic staff in Sofia & Federica who couldn't do enough for us and made the evening really special. Looking forward to the 3 days we have left.

Excellent Hotel, nothing but positives, even the small inconvenience of our AC not working was resolved promptly by changing our room. Reception and Maintenance staff were extremely helpful. Location is perfect with a 1 minute walk to Termini, very close but such a great location you seem to forget you are near a station. The sound proofing of the room is excellent and cleanliness of the room is what you expect from a 4 star hotel. For two people, it was very comfortable. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Great hospitality from the front desk. The room were layout with modern style and artistic. The location is just 150m from Roma Termini Station with ample restaurants and other services near by(Hop On Bus Stop).The F&B is very good with Europe standard.

The room is clean, but very small. The decor of the room is new and luxury. Staff are nice. Especially the reception staff. They were co-operative. The only issue had was with the room service as they want to clean the room even if you mentioned do not disturb. They tried to enter the room without knocking the door. When i reported the issue to reception lady she took action for investigation. The room very small for 2 people. But it is still clean. The location is perfect as it is near to the termini train station. Less than 3 minutes to reach the train station. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel very clean room with a nice breakfast in the morning.
Our view from the window was poor.
For some reason the cleaners in the morning make so much noise banging and clanging it had to be designed to wake you up to start your day.
Location was good easy access to the bus and trams outside to most tourist destinations.

Convenient location just opposite the Roma Termini station. Room was clean and well equipped with basic amenities. The front desk staff were the highlight of our stay, they were very professional, efficient, and friendly. A special thank you to Paola who organised a free room upgrade for us. Keep up the amazing work!

This is a well-appointed 4-star hotel at a prime location for those who need to go around Rome: right next to Roma Termini (the main hub for all public transport in and beyond Rome). Where the facilities are good, it is the staff that makes this hotel shine. Special mention goes to the ladies who manage the breakfast in the morning and the restaurant and bar in the evening: they define Hospitality with a capital H.
