Nice clean rooms just like the pictures, good breakfast and friendly service at the front desk. A couple of stars off for service just because it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel by phone or email prior to our booking to confirm everything. But we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Clean rooms and just a 5-6 mins walk from the Roma Termini. Breakfast could have been little better. The staff was quite friendly and they let us stay in lobby for some time even after we had checked out. Rooms are little outdated and not too spacious but no complaints. Lift size is small but serves the purpose. There is a vending machine in the lobby that one can use for buying coffee and snacks. Area is just perfect as the property is located in a safe neighbourhood with plenty of local pizzerias (where we saw only locals).

No air-conditioning as it's broken so rooms very hot 25.5°C & if you open the windows in the hope of a cool breeze you are kept awake all night due to the traffic noise. Asked at reception for a portable fan only to be told they have 1 ONLY & one other guest has it. Black mold growing on walls, not healthy.

Their cleaner stole three pairs of my husband’s underwear😂 Water occasionally took a while to heat up, there was so much dust in the air conditioner vent, but otherwise it was a good hotel. The quality of breakfast is cheap but a wide range of food was available. Location is fantastic, it’s right across the station.

Good hotel. I can say it is an average. Price is affordable and deserves the service.

Staff is very helpful and supportive. I really liked them.

Breakfast was not too good. I could be better.

Location is quiet good.

Good location. Very noisy at night due to the street activity. Nice breakfast buffet. There is a bathtub so that is awesome.

Everything was great except that the beds are really hard. It's only about a 5 min walk from Termini, the main bus and train station and there are also some cool sites nearby.

Let me first start by saying I've stayed at many hotels and I don't have high expectations for hotels as I use the room as a place to sleep and freshen up as I explore when I travel. The location is within a 10 minute walk of the train station so i'ts very close if arriving by train in Rome. The hotel is on a very busy street so expect noise. The male receptionist upon arrival was one of the rudest in hospitality I have had EVER spoke with. He was the only one there and was trying to multitask as he was talking Italian with someone on the phone, not sure what he was saying. There was an elderly couple at the counter waiting for him to get off the phone. Another gentlemen came with a room key and cut in line and kept waiving at him to get his attention but he was being ignored by the receptionist. I was all for it since he didn't feel like he should wait in line like everyone else.

Once he got off the phone, he took the key from the guy that cut in line and just threw it behind him on the shelf. The elderly couple was English and tried to speak Italian to the man and apparently asked him "what is a good pizza place to go to?" You can tell the receptionist was annoyed as he said there is one across the street. When the couple asked if it was good. The guy just said yes. Then the couple pushed harder and asked are there others you would suggest? The guy said there is one to the right and one to the left and one across. You can tell he was annoyed and just didn't care to help the couple.

So that's our initial impression of the hotel! As we walked up to the counter, we told him we needed to check in. He asked us for our voucher, luckily we printed it everything from out trip that included 6 other hotel vouchers printed front and back. We showed him the voucher and he just ripped it out, keep in mind it's printed front and back so there is info on the other side we needed. He used it to figure out the name of the reservation, which he could have asked us but I'm assuming he probably did that b/c it was easier due to the language barrier. He handed us our key and that was that. No smile, no thank you, nothing.

My wife and I would walk to the further elevator and around the corner to try to avoid him b/c of how unfriendly he was every time we entered/left the hotel.

The rooms are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel. There was a piece of paper saying it was a 4 star and that is how they charged for the taxes, which IT IS NOT. There was nothing special about the room and you can hear lots of noise from the busy street as I mentioned earlier. Lots of shoe marks on the wall next to the bed, small room, and old. Bathroom is small and what you expect in a lot of European hotels.

On one occasion in the morning coming down our elevator, we wanted to step outside to see what the weather was like before breakfast. The same receptionist was outside talking to someone in Italian and there was a double door that he was holding open one of 2 doors. I wanted to avoid him so I opened the other door and he was not very happy that I did that, he didn't say anything to me but as I turned back in to head to breakfast, he was visually upset that I opened that door as he pushed it back to shut it.

The included breakfast was uninspiring. Some bread, some ham, cheeses, cereal.
Typical European buffet breakfast. The lady working down there was working very hard to refill food, clean up tables and reset tables. The meal was included so I wasn't expecting much anyways.

I would have gave this a 2 star but the receptionist made it a 1 based on his horrible customer service. I would not stay here again.

Staff is nice and helpful, this is not the issue. The hotel is older and very easy to hear noises from other rooms or down the hall. A decent location. Within walking distance of a hop on/hop off stop. A double room is an ok size. A/C works well. Semi-confusing bathroom. No actual shower, but a tub with a handheld shower head. Water gets EVERYWHERE. Breakfast is very basic. Mostly breads, a little fruit, yogurt and meat&cheese. Wi-Fi is frustrating to log into. Kicks you off frequently and requires re-logins. The longest series of login steps I have experienced at a hotel. Very slow elevators, but at least they have two! But it did help us a place to stay to enjoy Rome, so thanks!
