Very good hotel just in a two steps from Termini station. Great staff, cosy room, luggage store. The choice of things was limited in breakfast, but ok.

I’ve booked our rooms three months before we travel. It is my first time in Rome and was very excited. The location from the terminal was perfect as well as the other tourist spots were walkable from there.
As soon as we arrive at the hotel, the receptionist were not so welcoming but the other staffs were hospitable especially the man who’s on duty when we checked-out.
We went to our room and it was organized. However, it smells like sewage coming from the toilet’s drainage. Then as soon as we lie down on the bed there were woman’s hair and dust under the bed.. the bed is uncomfortable and was very hard and pillow are weightless that we ended have stiffed neck. The aircon wasn’t working and was very hot. We just opened the window to have fresher air. While sleeping we can hear the people talking from other room.
We didn’t make fuss about it because we’ve experienced worse than this. So if you’re only needing a bed to sleep on, we recommend this but if you’re looking to relax it may not be for you.

This hotel is walking distance to Roma termini station. It is clean and organized and cheaper than other hotels. There are no special services or gym or pool at this hotel. It is good to use for a few days. I checked into this hotel twice. The first time I checked on, me and other people were sent to their fellow hotel that is owned by the same manager since there were mistakes from overbooking.

Our experience at Hotel Regio had a rocky start. Despite booking our stay through Booking.com, we were informed just two days before our arrival that our reservation had been arbitrarily changed to another hotel. While Booking.com resolved the issue for us, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff couldn’t locate our reservation, causing further delays and inconvenience.
Eventually, we were given a room, and from that point, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for exploring the city, with most attractions within 1–2 km. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options.
However, the experience was marred by the attitude of one receptionist. When I asked for assistance with storing our luggage, she was unhelpful and noticeably sarcastic. To make matters worse, she made a snide comment in Italian, seemingly assuming I wouldn’t understand. While I chose to communicate in English as I’m more fluent, I understand Italian very well, and her behavior was entirely unprofessional.
I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, as it does not reflect the otherwise good aspects of the stay.

Very close to Termini station which is very useful. Rooms are a bit old but very clean.
Staffs are not the friendliest but still correct.

Nice clean rooms just like the pictures, good breakfast and friendly service at the front desk. A couple of stars off for service just because it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel by phone or email prior to our booking to confirm everything. But we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
