The Republic Mini-hotel

Air conditioning not working, room not close, headboard detached from bed and leaning against the wall. Pieces that break off. No. No and No.
Good that is two steps away from the station...

We were supposed to stay at Hotel Fiamma for 4 nights, however on the first night we had to leave during the night as the beds were filled with bed bugs. My friend awoke to very uncomfortable swollen bites all over her face, arms and legs. We left the hotel immediately and had to find alternative accommodation at 3am. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful and are now refusing to give us a refund. I would absolutely NOT reccommend you to stay at Hotel Fiamma. It was an absolutely awful hotel experience and my friends leg bites became badly infected during our stay in Rome and she had trouble walking during the rest of our trip in Italy. The hotel is refusing to give us any form of compensation nor are they even willing to give us a refund for the 4 nights. Disgusting service.

Situation of the hotel is OK but the place needs to be completely refurbished. Service hardly OK. Rather disappointing for a 3* hotel (might be the standard in Rome). Our room had a no view (= on a wall).

It was a terrible experience to stay this hotel two days. I lost my camera and staff at the lobby desk told me they can do any thing for me. Till now, I still remember the attitude and face since then. A star ranking is TOOOOOOOOOOO much for this hotel. FORGET GOING to this hotel if any mind in your head.

I stayed there in 2014, staff is extremely rude, i was assigned to a horrible room the ac was not working and it smelled like dirty socks, but they moved us to another room which was good, the hotel's location is good too

The only good thing about the Hotel is the location near the Termini.
The Breakfast was very sparse. From 07:45 PM there was no more bread, and it was also not refilled. The staff was generally unfriendly.
The whole room was smelly, the air conditioning was broken, and behind the curtains, the walls have blue roan, everything was dusty and dirty and there was a used towel was on the table.
But the cruelest thing was the bathroom: All of the joints and the ceiling have blue roan, it was smelly, it was not cleaned, on the floor, a used condom and several burnt-out cigarettes lay. (Complaints here cares)
The maid came during the week only once, and only made the bed and still steal.
