Our perfect stay in Rome started here.
Newly renovated hotel with modern rooms and spacious bathrooms. The owners extremely kind! Close to the center. Per friendly. Reccomend to everyone.

Super place for accomodation in Rome. Near by Metro A. Quiet area. Brand new hotel, total clean! Owners of hotel and their friend were always present and ready to help us.

Location is good. Room itself is good. We stayed in the room on ground floor next to the front desk. Soundproofing of the room is very bad. One of the employer talk/laugh/listen radio very load after 11p.m. which makes it a pain to try to sleep.

Very clean hotel. The location is very close to the metro station, the city center , and the Collosem. The people working there are very friendly and supportive too.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very reasonable and most amazing restaurant directly across the road. Highly recommended. We had a family room and suited our needs perfectly.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. The shower was broken but overall I had a good experience. The location is very good because the hotel is situated very close to metro station.

We were on „school“ vacation and chose this hotel. The rooms were looking nice but we had many problems. The shower head was broken und our bed was broken too. Some rooms even had mold. So you would ask yourself how someone would rate this hotel with 5 stars. We were able to swap rooms until we were happy and in the end we had an actual nice room. We didn‘t have blankets and as we asked for them we instantly got them. We asked for an AC and got it. These guys are pretty motivated to step up their game and i think that soon, after they have fixed everything, they‘ll become a great hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing! The Metro station is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are super markets, restaurants, bars etc literally next doors.
I visited during March (temperature outside was 15C) and the Air Condition was sufficient to keep the rooms warm.
The room were spacious. I have to say that the furniture was cheap, aging and not very well maintained (e.g., broken bathroom hanger, dirty wall, discoloured curtains, broken lamp, etc). The rooms were clean otherwise; floor, bathroom, towels.
