Hotel Conca Park

Conca Park is in a fabulous location, and the wow factor is there when you arrive, so I was expecting our room to have the same effect, but unfortunately not. They are basic, but this is due to the hotel priding itself on zero waste. We were also facing a wall, which was very disappointing as we thought that by booking through an agent over 9 months prior , we may get a room with a view of the pool or the garden. On a plus, the beds are extremely comfortable. If you're a sun worshipper, this is not the hotel for you. The pool is shaded from 12pm.....1 if you're lucky enough to get a lounger in the right spot. Bear in mind this could be different in summer months. The location of this hotel is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the town centre. The food was very good and the staff are absolutely excellent.

Recently returned after 7 nights, hotel ideally situated being an easy 5 minute walk into town. Staff are all welcoming and attentive ensuring you are looked after led by a very passionate boss who personally showed guests around his own garden. Great sea views from our room on 3rd floor. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. We will definitely be returning in the future.

If you ever wanted to stay in a place that's part museum part hotel/spa, this may be the place. We were met at the car and our bags were taken for us by the staff.
A golf cart took us up the long winding ramp past the artwork to the reception desk. Every hallway seems to have artwork. The common areas also have art pieces.
By Italian standards this is a five star hotel.
By American standards it would be a four.
Picky eaters will love the vegetarian and gluten free options.
Marco and his staff do their best. The theme is no waste and minimum environmental impact.
I was not sure about the lace thing I was going to post until I read what someone else posted and it confirmed what I experienced. The pool area is always crowded. Another poster said that people that are not staying at the hotel use the pool which now makes sense given what I saw there during my stay. Also the fact that people smoke by the pool etc.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived. The short ride on the golf buggy through the art-filled cave was a fantastic start.

The room was bright, and the bed was very comfortable.

We opted for half board, and both meals were lovely, with the staff providing excellent service. The dinner backdrop was breathtaking.

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, whether at the pool, restaurant, or reception. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless.

I highly recommend a stay at this hotel; it exceeded our expectations.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Conca Park for 3 nights and we wished we could stay longer! The view from our room/balcony was breathtaking! The whole hotel’s surroundings were beautiful, with trees, flowers and cliffs, everything was picturesque.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, with an option to sit outside or inside. There was also lunch and dinner options at the hotel, with lunch either being at the restaurant or by the pool which was a great option.

We also used the wellness centre and each used the Turkish bath facility and had a massage, which was so relaxing.

Overall, everything was perfect and we can’t wait to stay again ❤️

My favourite hotel in
Sorrento is Conca Park! We spent 5 days there and enjoy our stay in the design hotel and also tried delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel. The pool area is great and calm, I did nice pictures with lemons trees in the garden. The view from the room has magnificent view to the sea and also garden terrace. I will definitely recommend my friends to go for vacation there!

The cleanliness and comfort of the room were the greatest bonus. Our room was always cleaned quickly and efficiently, often before we returned from breakfast which we appreciated. I slept great - good temperature in the room, clean sheets, enough pillows, and a sizeable bathroom. I loved that there was a clean, open area to easily hang clothes and tuck away my suitcase. That's not always the case! The entirety of the hotel was also very clean and nice looking. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge area for a cocktail or tea before or after dinner. Being served small snacks were very nice. The hotel was just a very short walk from the city center. We liked that our car was safely parked. The greatest downside was breakfast - it was inedible. Being served instant coffee each morning for the cost you are paying is just unacceptable and the quality of the food being served was the poorest quality. Those serving the food didn't seem very happy to deal with you. Just a small note for those for who it might matter- there's a bit of an uphill walk from the street to the hotel. Not a big deal because there was a golf cart to take you up and down - you just have to ask. Check-out was a little silly because we paid, and paid for parking, so we thought it obvious we would need our key to leave. When we went down to retrieve the car keys no one was there and had to call reception. Overall a nice stay - we were happy we stayed here compared to other hotels that maybe would not have nice sitting areas for the end of the evening and this particularly helped us to be able to relax.

The hotel was perfect. We paid extra for the sea view which was magnificent. Location was ideal with only a short walk to the town centre and sea front.
The hotel entrance via a tiled underground "tunnel" which was very unique and special.
Staff were accommodating and friendly. If you are planning a trip to Sorrento this is the hotel to stay in. Highly recommended.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Conca Park Hotel. You can find water fountains of drinkable water on each floor and at arrival, they will give you a bottle for it. the Wellbeing Centre is well organised, the jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing as well as the whole experience. The swimming pool is also nice and you will find friendly staff all around. We learned about the history of the Hotel and enjoyed spending one evening drinking cocktails at their bar. Fantastic experience overall. It is easy to notice when the owners of a business care about their guests, and trust me when I say that they do! We will definitely come back!

Paid for a non-seaview room and I was surprised by the size of the room and its facility. The room is nice, new and clean, especially with a large shower. The staff were hospitable and efficient. The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk to the main walking street or to Marina Grande. I will stay here again in the next visits.
