5 star hotels on first line in Budva

Had a fantastic stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Iberostar Slavija in early April and have recommended it to several people since returning home. The location was perfect for us as it’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, and approximately a 20-minute walk to the old town. We stayed here for 5 nights in April and had a 5 star experience. The staff were very good, especially Suzana at reception who gave us a warm welcome and was helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool and large terrace were glorious with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Highly recommend this hotel in Budva.

Everything about the hotel is incredible and unparalleled! From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, the staff makes sure you are well-taken care of. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and modern, but also homey and cozy. The location is two minutes away from the beach and boardwalk, there are stores and shops around, and really everything is within a few minutes walk. The food - delicious...

Good location but very noisy due to traffic and fantastic service. We went as a family of 4 and had a sea view deluxe 2 bedroom family room and half board. The infinity pool and spa facilities were great, too. The one letdown would be the food choice and labelling of food. For a 5*, we were expecting more high-end choices of food and more variety. Hence, the overall 4*.

A wonderful hotel, with friendly and professional staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and quality food. The location is great, with the beach right next door and all necessary amenities nearby.

This hotel is so good. The room we stayed in is one of the best rooms i have ever seen. When you go to eat, you can choose a huge variety of foods that are so tasty. You don't even need to leave the hotel. You have hundreds of activities to choose from , so if you can afford the hotel, i would highly recommend. 👌

On general, we had a comfortable stay with a well decorated, spacious and clean room. The service was friendly and quick. May be the best part was the location and the wonderful beach just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also quite well.

A good place with private beach, parking, pools and nice food, they provide kids (childrens castle) and adults (pool) activities. Minus one star for sun beds challenge, I think that the hotel should have more umbrellas and sun beds, but plus one star for great kids castle, its well equipped and animation team does well and for room automation. Keep it going

Amazing hotel, beautiful and astonishing views. The breakfast is delicious and there is an abundance of choice. All the prices within the hotel are extremely inflated so I would not bother paying for anything inside the hotel including excursions, you can use GetYourGuide or something else which offer much cheaper prices. Local corner shops sell things at a much cheaper price although the promenade...

The rooms were amazing and the food was really tasty with loads of options and variety. Unfortunately the service was really lacking (delays, wrong orders, misinformation...). For a 5 star hotel this shouldn't happen. But overall the experience was good.

5 star hotel but very small rooms ( no closet) no coffeemaker. Very small pool with no place to sit around. We had to pay 15 euros for seats on the beach. No juices at breakfast. The air-condition was difficult to activate. Big disappointment!

Strange place. When arriving and multiple times after we were asked if we were actually guests at the hotel. The staff would frequently laugh at you when asking questions. Great hotel with excellent service also a parking space! However, there are many new buildings under construction, it is very noisy during the day (also at night if you have a room with sea view on the pedestrian zone) and it is quite hard to drive around the area.

Beautiful water front hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. The food in the hotel was excellent and it is very close to many tourist locations and food options. The staff is very helpful in providing guidance on places to go and things to see.

Amazing place, at the best location in Budva, the most beautiful view and the highly luxurious designed rooms. They have the most comfortable Hastens beds. The food is amazing, the service and staff is so kind and they will do anything to make your stay as best as possible. This is the best hotel I have visited!

This hotel is AMAZING !!! It is the best hotel we have ever been by far. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful especially Vladimir (the manager of the hotel) he just took care of everything! The hotel is brand new (exist only 3 months) and the restaurant at the 1 floor is incredible!!!!

Hotel is new. Our room is wide and clean. Terrace is awesome(wonderful design and view). With these staff you can feel in the 7 stars hotel even if you are in the hut. Staff are very kind and helpfull. Mr Viladimir is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.

Visited the restaurant of this hotel by reservation. Everything was great: service, food, sea and mountain views. The place is quiet, beautiful and cozy. Amazing place. Beautiful villas, unbelievable view, and a very helpful and accommodating staff.

Stunning Villa with perfect view. Pictures match 100%. But still for this price service is like on a camping area. Slow, impolite with strange policies. E.g. Checkout before 10 am including unbooked wakeup call at 9 o clock.
