5 star hotels on first line in Budva

We came to celebrate my moms birthday, didn’t tell the hotel staff and on her birthday they brought us the champagne and cake to the room! That was so cool! Thank you for it. Also we are traveling with a 2 y.o kid and everything was arranged so well. The hotel has a nice kids playground and they have provided the kids pot for us as well which was very convenient! The only thing is a very strong air...

we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. I would definitely will come back.

Our stay hear was wonderful. But what impressed me most, was help and engagement of hotel team and host himself when other guest by mistake took our luggage. They did absolutely everything to contact that person and get back our luggage. For me it was amazing how much they care to do things right. Standards I saw here where top of the top.

The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable. I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room.

The hotel is complete. There are no negative comments about it. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very cooperative. The breakfast is full of many items that satisfy all people, and there is many restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, and there are many different activities that entertain the guests. The beach is wonderful for swimming. Everything is wonderful.

This hotel is so good. The room we stayed in is one of the best rooms i have ever seen. When you go to eat, you can choose a huge variety of foods that are so tasty. You don't even need to leave the hotel. You have hundreds of activities to choose from , so if you can afford the hotel, i would highly recommend. 👌

Coming to the hotel we were greeted by the very lovely hotel staff Marina. The rooms are clean and spacious although we were on the part where there is an ongoing construction work so we often wake up with noises. Lovely hotel situated not too far from Budva Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style. Seating available inside and out on the terrace which is fine in good weather. An a la carte menu is available in the evening. Roof top bar is good with views across the bay, an infinity pool & sun loungers, parasols to use. Staff great and the food is lovely...

Great hotel. Lovely hotel which is impeccably clean. We had a suite which was spacious, and the bed was really comfy, and room was cleaned daily. The side balcony was small and just about had a side view of the sea which was disappointing. Pool is lovely, with amazing views of the bay. Be aware though that it has a number of steps up and then only a ladder into the pool which could be a challenge...

Had a wonderful week’s stay here. The room was meticulously clean and serviced every day. All the staff were very friendly. The pool area is quiet and offers stunning views over the bay. Breakfast was acceptable. All in all, a fantastic experience.

The staff were friendly and greeted us with kindness after our long travels. We weren’t sure why, but we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice of them! Had a fantastic stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town.

5 star hotel but very small rooms ( no closet) no coffeemaker. Very small pool with no place to sit around. We had to pay 15 euros for seats on the beach. No juices at breakfast. The air-condition was difficult to activate. Big disappointment!

Strange place. When arriving and multiple times after we were asked if we were actually guests at the hotel. The staff would frequently laugh at you when asking questions. Great hotel with excellent service also a parking space! However, there are many new buildings under construction, it is very noisy during the day (also at night if you have a room with sea view on the pedestrian zone) and it is quite hard to drive around the area.

Beautiful water front hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. The food in the hotel was excellent and it is very close to many tourist locations and food options. The staff is very helpful in providing guidance on places to go and things to see.

It is nice room in nice location, but the breakfast takes centuries you have to wait for your order for 30 minutes. I was out of time last day and I called if we could order in room or in hall before we come down as we are too short in time and even this 30 min waiting matter on what waitress made his self-stopped and hanged phone. ps. We stayed there 7 nights new boutique hotel beautiful decorative clean nice pool at the roof with deck & amazing view of the bay. Also there is a great spa there. This is one of the best restaurants we have been so far! The pasta is like in Italy, the wines are superb, the hamburger is heaven. And the service... so professional, quite, but efficient. Better than all the posh places we had visited in Porto Montenegro...

This hotel is AMAZING !!! It is the best hotel we have ever been by far. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful especially Vladimir (the manager of the hotel) he just took care of everything! The hotel is brand new (exist only 3 months) and the restaurant at the 1 floor is incredible!!!!

Hotel is new. Our room is wide and clean. Terrace is awesome(wonderful design and view). With these staff you can feel in the 7 stars hotel even if you are in the hut. Staff are very kind and helpfull. Mr Viladimir is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were six girls renting one of the villas and we had an amazing time! The villa was even more beautiful than in pictures, we felt we were living in a castle. The service was amazing as well, so helpful and nice people. Would highly recommend this place!!

We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!

Visited the restaurant of this hotel by reservation. Everything was great: service, food, sea and mountain views. The place is quiet, beautiful and cozy. The food is served in a timely manner, the quality of the products and the skill of the chef are at the highest level. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Stunning Villa with perfect view. Pictures match 100%. But still for this price service is like on a camping area. Slow, impolite with strange policies. E.g. Checkout before 10 am including unbooked wakeup call at 9 o clock.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in (Puccini) was impeccable and has amazing views of the bay. The location is superb and a short walk to the Old Town. This was the best place we stayed on our 3 week, 5 country tour of the Balkans. Highly highly recommend.

I had an excellent stay at this centrally located boutique hotel. The staff are warm and lovely and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I just wish they had black out shades because despite closing the drapes and blinds, the room becomes bright at 5 AM!

Amazing place, at the best location in Budva, the most beautiful view and the highly luxurious designed rooms. They have the most comfortable Hastens beds. The food is amazing, the service and staff is so kind and they will do anything to make your stay as best as possible. This is the best hotel I have visited!
