Super hotel for its money. In November the price tag is more than pleasant. Everything is expensive-rich, a very large room, a comfortable bed and pillows. The room has everything, coffee/tea. It is located far from the beach. Breakfast could be better for a hotel of this level.

The hotel itself is stunning! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size and always spotless following a housekeeping visit. The food was lovely, with a large range of options for breakfast. The pool area was nice and quiet. We paid a bit extra for a sea view room which I imagine would be much better than looking at the shopping centre on the other side. Couldn’t fault the hotel...

we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. Recommendation is a must to secure a spot at the restaurant, and every step is carefully taken care of by the staff of the hotel, from the reception at the entrance of the mansion and throughout the whole dinner. Arva at Aman Sveti Stefan was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. A waiter comes and picks you up at the entrance to the island and walks you all the way to the restaurant. In 2024 following aspects got worse and honestly I will not return: - staff much less friendly - beach prices are higher while quality of service is really poor (bartender puts ice into ice cofee with bare hand, and asking for 5 Euro for such level of service and even expecting tip) - private beach is rented to people from outside hotel, even to families with kids, on weekends...

5 star hotel in all but leisure facilities. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast, decent sized rooms and perfect locaction. Probably worth paying extra for sea view. Service could be a bit slow and dour at times but you get used to that. There are a lot of stairs when you leave the hotel!!

My room, although at the rear of the Hotel was a nice size and well appointed, it had a balcony and had excellent views of the mountain range behind the town. The hotel is very good, the customer service is 5 start. When we arrived the room was not ready they apologised and gave us a room upgrade. They organised transport for us so we could go to Albania for a day. Rooms were well cleaned and tidy we even had chocolate left on the bed for us. We have just spent amazing 5 days at the Oak Leaf Residences occupying Villa 1 and 2. Villas are spotless clean, well maintained, equipped and have amazing views over Budva bay. If possible take Villa 2 for best view ever! The staff is always there to help You! Highly recommend Oak Leaf for relaxing vacations!
