We stay 8 night . On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good.
Service was ok . Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24 . Location is the best. But a bit Noisy even midnight all Supercar come an drive very loud. At night from 23:30-03.00 hard to sleep for some one I sure.View from my room is very Nice specially at night.
However, when we came back closer to 2PM, a different staff member who seemed less welcoming than the rest assigned us to a room on the 22nd floor instead. While we didn’t mind the lower floor, since higher floor levels aren't guaranteed, we had requested not to have a corner room. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was at the very end of a long hallway, the most “corner” room possible. We were eventually reassigned to a room on the 19th floor.
Another issue we encountered was the long waiting time when we requested for their firmest pillow. It took over 20 minutes for the pillow to arrive, and it ended up being the softest one. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get the correct pillow, that’s us waiting at least half an hour for a simple request.
Overall it was still a great stay, but there could be improvement in their service.
The hotel provided early check in which was very nice.
The concierge staff and reception staff were very cordial..
We booked the one bedroom suite with loungue access..
The lounge services were quite nice
The location was spot on and we had an easy time commuting.
Overall a very nice stay
Good location. Pavilion is just opposite so it is very convenient. Enjoyable stay overall
Always love to stay whenever we visit KL.
