Great hotel
Room is superb, big space & comfortable. Lif well manage, fast even at higher floor & many visitor. Hi tech control.

When I first checked in, I was assigned a room that felt quite old and not as well-maintained as I would expect from an InterContinental property. It was also a connecting room, which I had not requested. Later that evening, I noticed a stain on the bed linen that looked like dried blood. Because it was already late, I emailed the Duty Manager and received a response the following morning.
The service recovery the next day was very professional and truly appreciated. I was moved to a newer, clean, and well-equipped room that reflected the quality normally associated with the brand. The difference between the two rooms was significant, especially in terms of maintenance and amenities. The team also prepared an apology card and chocolates, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Given the large gap between the two rooms, I believe the hotel could improve its room assignment process, ensuring that all guests—regardless of booking type—receive a room that meets a consistent minimum standard from the start. I also hope that housekeeping and room inspections can be more thorough so that issues like stained linens are avoided.
Overall, the staff handled the situation well once it was brought to their attention, and the second room made the stay much more enjoyable. With a bit more consistency and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much smoother experience for all guests.
