ibis Krakow Centrum in Krakow

This hotel is great! Staff is friendly and speaks English well unlike most locals. The rooms are modern with a lot of attention to detail. The location is also top notch. A 10min walk to the city center through a nice well light street. The breakfast buffet is also great. A huge selection of sweet and savoury options is available and all of it is very tasty. Ibis Krakow is truly a great place to stay.

The hotel is well located with buses and trams at the corner. Staff are really friendly and room is big. They have a water fountain in each floor where you can fill a jug available in the bedroom. Price is also fair. Really recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were a bit small but manageable. The breakfast was decent, though not outstanding. The location was great, with a beautiful riverfront just 200 meters away, perfect for morning/evening walks. A bus stop was only 400 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring the wonderful city of Krakow. The staff was exceptional—polite and helpful. Overall, it's a good budget hotel, though it doesn't offer many amenities.

Hello to everyone who is checking this hotel! As all things in our life: Ibis Centrum in Krakow has its pros and cons.

+ : to my mind, it's location is perfect (old city is 5 mins walk, there is a gas station near it that has 24/7 shop, there is also a small shop nearby, this place is quiet and the river is right next to it); breakfast is good (take into account its price - it is around 9$ per person and I would say there is a lot of food there for this price).

- : you can't make tea/coffee in your room (there is nothing for it). We made tea on the first floor for a few times and then they turned the kettle off. I do not know if it is on purpose or just a one time occasion, but I think it is a must for a hotel to make availability for their guests to make tea/coffee. If not in the room, then in the kitchen. I hope it was just a one-time occasion and not on purpose. But if on purpose - it is a cheap move.

It is rather a problem due to pandemic, but no one was cleaning our rooms for a few days until we asked for it. Then, we figured out that all rooms are being cleaned upon request. So, if you need your room neat & clean when you are back, ask for it.

I think it could a bit cheaper or include breakfast in the price we paid for our room as it does not have a fridge and smart TV.

Overall, the experience is great (80% goes to recommend the hotel rather than not).

Our stay was great in any case and we wish prosperity to this hotel and many more new guests in the future! Hopefully our review will help its management to make this place even better and assist its potential guests in finding the best place to stay! Happy New 2022 Year!
