Thank you for my wonderful stay at Four Seasons. While the building itself shows its age, the staff here really make a genuine effort to provide friendly, welcoming and fantastic service. The room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping team do a great job keeping the room clean. No request is too difficult & it’s easy to ask for help via their app, using technology to provide efficient & easy service. The staff at the executive club were incredible. I genuinely appreciated getting to know some of you and thank you for delivering such amazing customer service. If you get a chance to experience the executive club, it is well worth the extra money. This is truly an amazing hotel to stay in and I would not hesitate to stay here again with my family.

Michelle went above and beyond by promptly addressing our inquiries, even during weekends and after office hours. Additionally, she generously shared numerous invaluable tips that proved to be incredibly helpful throughout our wedding preparations.

Beautiful and sophisticated hotel with really friendly staff. Always smiling. You feel very comfortable here. The breakfast is also very good. Has a lot of choices. The hotel is near by the Orchard Road and also close by metro to other places like Chinatown or Gardens by the bay.

I have amazing experiences during my stay at Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. The hotel location is perfect and I could go shopping and sightseeing to great places nearby. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Really enjoyed staying here! Recommended!

Unparalleled experience. Service you can trust. Our larger than usual room was super clean and cozy. Beautiful view. Really good breakfast with organic food options. Staff was so helpful and warm, it felt like we've known them for ages. Great memories. Can't wait to come back!

I love this hotel! The service is perfect. The room is clean, the breakfast buffet is great too. They have 2 swimming pool. If you want a view, go to their rooftop pool! But the pool in 3rd floor is lovely too. The location is quite good,
In orchard area. But it’s a little bit far from nearest MRT station

Fantastic, thanks for the the most enjoyable stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Rooms are large and well maintained. Large 40inch TV with a very good channel selection. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced, with many meat, fish, noodle, cereal, bread, pastry selections. There is definitely something for all tastes. Children are well catered for. The two pools are large and well maintained. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
