My family flew in and stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. They managed to get an apartment type setup with 4 separate bedrooms and shared kitchen/dining which was absolutely perfect for our needs.

Location - 10/10, super convenient.
Staff - 10/10, incredibly friendly and helpful
Design - Excellent, modern and trendy.

I picked this hotel last-minute without doing much research and totally lucked out: great value, location, and staff. My 6th-floor room has a view of the Central Fire Station and Fort Canning Park. It’s filled with wonderful light during the day and, most importantly, clean and comfortable. Anything I could need is either available in the mall or close by. The MRT is near, but if you like to walk, as I do, when exploring somewhere new, then this place is perfectly situated for that. From here, I’ve walked to Chinatown, Gardens by the Bay, Little India, etc. I would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to friends and family. (Note: Didn’t use the common spaces, just needed a room to store my stuff and rest in at night after a full day of sightseeing. Stayed 6 nights.)

Update:
Booked another, shorter stay a week later. Same size and style room, but this time there was no view. Window overlooked the narrow and deep space between buildings with an outdoor staircase just 10 feet away, so I couldn’t leave the blinds open for the little natural light there was. Also, a lot of other windows with a clear view into my room. Couldn’t adjust or even shut off the air-conditioning which was set way too cold for me. This stay was so much less enjoyable than my first. Not sure I would stay there again unless I could guarantee a nice view. Everything else was fine: room was clean, staff friendly, they held my luggage for me after checkout until I was ready to catch my flight (it’s self storage out in the common space in the lobby cordoned off only by rope barriers, which filled up by the time I left making it hard to retrieve my luggage by myself).

Location is great. It's very central with walking distance to few main attractions.
Rooms are V basic but clean. Bed was comfortable. For a short trip it was ok.

I stayed here for four nights and the rooms were large enough for me and a very practical layout. They have a large communal kitchen which I didn't have time to use but would have loved to. The hotel is clean the staff were nice and having the mall down stairs was a life saver. Note: there are no fridges in the rooms but there is a shared fridge available.

I would say this is the nicest Hotel I have stayed in Singapore with my family. The staffs were very attentive and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to assist me when my family had an emergency. A special shout out to Hui Li and Gen. Thank you guys for making us feel so welcome! We will definitely visit and stay here again!! Thanks again!!

Rooms are generally well designed, bright and quiet. This time my windows were facing a safety stair case and a black wall. Barely any outside light... Service is good. Hotel is in the middle if a mall with multiple restaurants and services. Clarke Quay is just across the river which gives a full access to the metro network.
